A great place to spend your time with your family and friends. Easy to find the location too. When coming from badulla side, pizza hut is situated in the beside row of where keels super is situated.the ambients are very attractive. Television placements are quite good. And the food they provide ah very neat, higenic an on time. The taste also an additional factor that increases the value of this place. The display of the counter and the making of pizza beside the counter is very entertaining to watch. There are also parking available in this place. Overall a good experience in having a meal here.

When you are struggling to find good food near the lake side, and there are only local options available. Don't think twice and rush to the pizza hut. They serve nice baked rice with a variety of chicken options. And the local spicy Srilankan chicken is awesome. Service staff were professional and they explained all the dishes which we couldn't understand.

The one & only global fast food chain restaurant in Nuwara Eliya. The service is quick food was served in less than 15 minutes. Pizza Hut tradition tastes can sensed at this place. This restaurant is busy during peak times specially during a long weekend. Toilets are available but beware they are not clean & not maintained well. Parking is available only for two vehicles outside

Recently dined at Pizza Hut Nuwara Eliya and had a mixed experience. The food, including pizzas and Coke, was enjoyable. The availability of parking for approximately 6 vehicles and roadside parking options was convenient. The restaurant was quite busy during lunch hours, with around 10 tables available. However, I noticed that the staff seemed a bit slow during service, which affected the overall dining experience. It's worth noting that this Pizza Hut seems to be the only one available for quite a distance of around 50 kilometers. On the downside, the washrooms were disappointing, as they were unclean and dirty. Despite the drawbacks, the tasty food and convenient parking make it an option to consider if you're in the area.

It's a Pizza Hut, but fascinating to see the Sri Lankan version. Service was quick and the pizzas were great. Not the same as the UK but still great.

This pizza hut is fantastic. We went during peak rush of Christmas night, when all other shops were closed. I stood in the queue and got 2 veggie supreme pizzas and garlic bread for take out, because there was simply no place to sit. The order was done within 20 minutes. Both pizzas were delicious and special mention to the garlic bread which was one of the juiciest and softest I've ever had. Appreciate the quick service!

A nice place to go for a pizza. After ordering I was asked to wait for 15 minutes but my platter came within 5 minutes. Pizza with chicken was tasty and I enjoyed it. Recommend.

You can never go wrong with Pizza Hut. Extremely delicious. I would specially recommend the delivery boy Mr. Newton to the management. He was extremely polite and friendly. One of the best delivery boy I saw in Nuwara eliya.

Regrettably, our visit to Pizza Hut Nuwara Eliya was marred by a series of concerning issues. Initially, during order placement, the staff seemed preoccupied with a phone call, which affected the service quality. Upon getting back to our accommodation, we discovered a missing garlic bread and the incorrect pizza, containing prawns—a grave oversight, especially considering a family member's allergy. This oversight posed a potential health risk, an experience that should never occur due to service negligence. Furthermore, the inconvenience was compounded when our tuk-tuk was unexpectedly stopped in the middle of the road by a staff member to return a receipt, which added frustration to an already disappointing situation. Overall, the experience fell well below the expected standards of service and care at Pizza Hut.

Last visit Sep 2023. It was a long weekend and was packed. Still the staff managed to serve everyone very quickly. Had the Thin crust and the pan pizza. Thin crust is awesome. A cheesy kids one. Parking available for 8 to 9 vehicles but on that day it was totally packed. On normal days its a very peaceful place and one of the best place to relax if you come from a long journey. Even with so many people they manage to keep the washrooms clean.

*Order Confirmation No - A004478366. *Even though we ordered pizzas which both included chickens, only one of them had chicken in it. Having spent more than Rs.4000 this is unacceptable. *Sent a email to Pizza Hut stating the issue but no reply.

Good pizza. I ordered the tandoori chicken, margarita and butter chicken. The small and medium sizes are quite small compared to other Pizza Hut restaurants, I would advise going for large.

As usual pizza hut never fails to offer good food. It was not that busy as usual. But somewhat enjoyed the atmosphere there. Great for a quick bite.

We were craving for some pizzas, but the place we originally wanted to go was closed so we stopped by here. We have Pizza Hut back at home too in the States so it was interesting to compare it to Sri Lanka’s Pizza Hut. We do not like Pizza Hut back in the States, but this Pizza Hut was actually pretty good! The servers were super friendly! The place was actually pretty clean! We got the Sri Lankan Spicy Chicken Pizza and Cheesy Garlic Toast with Onions. The Spicy Chicken was really good! It was actually spicy which we loved! They also gave us Italian Seasoning and Chill Flakes on the side if needed. The Garlic Toast was different from what we are used to because it was more like a calzone. Overall, everything was pretty good!

Conveniently located on main road, opposite Gregory lake. Parking only for 6 vehicles. Nice and cozy place, very clean, friendly staff. Air conditioning can be a bit cold for some, in the evening. Very clean, separate male female washrooms. Place was crowded at 7pm, but pizza arrived in 20 minutes. Nice place to go with family or friends.

Love the location and service. Clean washrooms and good parking and just 500m from the main city shopping and bus stand. Great friendly staff and most importantly good quality food. I normally would give 4 starts for pitza huts in general in Sri Lanka because they always has some things to improve but this location is tick ✅ all the boxes. Love it and I will not hesitate to recommend it and revist soon. That day we order twice but forgot to redeem my 15% discount from the 1st order lol, because we were having great time. This pizza hut outlet is spacious enough, modern with beautiful interior and clean as well. Parking facility is also available for their customers. Service is nice and staff are attending to fulfill the requirement of their customers. Orders are serving on time. Taste of pizzas are ok but not met my expectations. Since I am a regular customer of pizza hut. We ordered two large pizzas. One was nai miris pizza but it was not met our requirement (actually it was not spicy although it has mentioned), Other one was double cheese chicken pizza. Both taste was same. (there should be significantly different tastes) So I am disappointed about only that thing. Taste was not in standards !!!!!!! Please try it make this correct.
