Best place to enjoy your pizza 🍕 in middle of the city. Small clean place with friendly staff. More offers available for reasonable prices. You have to use road parking 🅿 Due to COVID 19 they always sanitised and clean tables and equipments when once they were used. You can arrange surprise parties and birthday parties with the help of staff. Recommended for quick bites and to enjoy the taste of delicious pizzas 🍕.

Taste was good but Crust little bit Hard. Small place but nicely decorated and well maintained. Lady who runs the cashier was very helpful,she perfectly explained about offers and available varieties. Prices are cheap when comparing to Pizza Hut.

A small place and can’t accommodate a large number of groups. Digital menu is not placed above the cashier. Only they have is three printed menus. The furnitures are in very poor condition. No parking and the area its situated is not suitable at all. It damages the reputation and the standard of Dominos Pizza. The cashier took my order and went upstairs and came downstairs after 15 minutes with my order. No one was there to attend customer orders in between that. The food is also not that tasty. I found it soo different with the carbonara pasta I had in Colombo. The lava cake was okay. The only thing I admire is when the order is is ready they send a text message to pick up the order. So I stayed in the vehicle and picked up the meal after the message.

One of the worst dinning I have ever had. No plates, no cutleries nothing on the table before getting the order. We received our pizza in the box like we got delivered inside the Domino's Pizza. Pizza was just okay reasonable price but definitely need some upgrade in the taste. Place was nice but we were the only customer around 9pm and the girl came and started cleaning which was good but while cleaning she started moving tables and chairs which was very noisy. We said to her not to make so much noise but she kept doing uuufffff. Staff were not friendly at all.

Everything is nice and good Service is a bit slower then regular dominos rest everything is fine.

One of the worst experience I ever had, there are no staff at the counter when I was visited and the floor wet and water all over the area from the air conditioner. Already the space is very small to occupy inside. Seems one staff is getting the order and going upstairs to get ready the order as well. After ordered I waited more than 30mins. That will be my first and last visit to the Kandy Domino's outlet. Even the street food shops have good service than this franchised brand. 😡😡😡😡 Food is good so please prefer delivery option as the best.

Very small place, not enough space for a large group of people. Tasty pizzas and side menus available but there’s no soft drink options as they mentioned in the menu other than Pepsi.. Few staff were there at the time we visited and it took some time to clean the table. Recommend for pizza lovers.. •Occupancy- about 15 people •Food - 8/10 •Cleanliness - 7/10

I feel that place is in need of a renovation. Nothings broken but a fresh look because things look very outdated. Food is good, prices are low compared to other pizza places. And they have so many options and offers to choose from. Not many choices on drinks though. Staff is really friendly and service is very fast. Visited two times recently and my experience was pleasant. Oh almost forgot, their takeout box design is really good. Brought some pizza home in an hour long bus ride. They were not out of the oven hot but still they had just enough heat to make it tasty.

Visited last week, this is our favorite pizza place but no more! They used to give great quality pizza but my experience last week was terrible I ordered the new nai miris pizza and a chicken pepperoni pizza both had no taste, very very little toppings and cheese. The restaurant is in a very bad state too…they have cut cost on everything and increased the prices which I totally understand and it’s ok! This is a business so I get it, but when you charge more and can’t maintain at least the same quality you had before is very disappointing. So I guess improved quality is just a dream. We have been cutting off a lot of our favorite places off our list lately due to the same issue - increased price but terrible quality! So no more dominos for us…

The Pizza is Nice and they had many options too choose. But not much options for drinks. Also they had some offers. The place is small and maintained. Recommend 👍

Tucked in a by-road in Kandy town, it's just as good as the other Domino's in the island.

The only Domino's outlet in Kandy at the moment. Service levels could improve. Visited many times. The last the staff was having a team meeting with the manager and none were attending the customers with care. I had to enjoy my pizza listening to the staffs meeting. The place is quite small 😬. The pizzas served was good.

Dominos Kandy has the worst customer service as if they think we go to them to beg food without money. rude attitude shown to customers. They should understand that pizza is a choice people make not a necessity and practice good customer service accordingly. Disappointed in their service and we will never go again.

I ordered online through the app. It's supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. But it's been one hour and I think the people working there are short of hearing... They aren't answering the phone. I have been calling repeatedly. This order was for dinner and now it's late and these people haven't delivered the pizza. I am never ordering from here again. This happened last time as well. When it hadn't been delivered they had put it as delivered in the app. Definitely bad customer service. 👎

The pizza is a little greasy, but not overly so. It tasted good. The location leaves much to be desire however and could use a little remodeling to give it some character. The staff was friendly and very prompt.

They have thin crust pizzas and the prices are reasonable compared to other places. You can get a good deal especially if you use an offer (They have a lot of offers.) The staff was friendly enough, but we had to remind them to get plates. The place could also use some brightening up. Its not that it is unclean, but a little bit dull for my taste.

I go here often. If you go to the city, you will definitely go. A place where you can enjoy pizza in a strange way. There are different types here. Really great❤❤

When I called Domino's Pizza in Kandy at around 9.30pm on 20.6.22 to place an order, a woman answered the phone and said that the order couldn't be sent to Anagarika Dharmapala Mawatha where I was staying at that time. Then I called the manager of the restaurant and asked him why my order couldn't be sent to me.. Then he accepted the order saying that he would send my order to me. I was waiting for my order nearly one hour. It took a long time but I didn't receive my order. So I called them again and the woman I mentioned earlier answered the phone and said that they haven't received my order and they had closed the restaurant by then. It's unclear why this woman and her manager treat their customers this way. They don't care about their customers at all and the service they provide to their customers is very deplorable. I was so embarrassed that there was no other place to order dinner at that time. I could clearly see that this was a place where the employees, including the manager of the restaurant, didn't even know how to speak kindly to their customers and ignored their customers. Employees of an international restaurant chain, including the manager, should understand that such underestimation of their customers is an insult to that restaurant chain. Highly disappointed about their service and i don't recommend this place to anyone.

Their pizzas are different to their main competitor. More localized varieties. Being the only outlet in Kandy, they could've given more focus on customer service. Specialty while getting orders..there's some room to improve.

Very disappointing customer service given. Please appoint a proper manager to maintain customer relationship first.. When I walked through with my family and I asked for what we need.. the manager said only thin crust available and said it like we are going to eat free foods😡 Idiot don’t know how to respect people… and also please advise and keep adequate essentials and other items to provide what customer requires at least in this seasonal times… without saying don’t have 😡 MANAGER IN KANDY BRANCH… please mind your language and learn how to talk

So cunning people. Once I placed the order with my card and I did not receive the order since they automatically cancelled the order. But they promised to send the money back with 3 days but still I didn’t receive the money back. Very poor customer care services.
