Good customer care and service

With my recent experience When inquiring about a product over the phone they confirm they have physical stock and even provide the price based on that when we visit the showroom the same day. the answer is stock is not available 🤔 I have purchased many items previously but what I see now is the staff become very laze and the experience is bitter
