    This place has pretty bad customer service in my experience. They don’t pick up the phone. Even if the do that’s to make your call cut. I returned a 4G LTE connection because they took 5 Working days to activate it, which happened only after I returned to the office in person to make the complain. Over the five working days, person so called Manager (Muditha Doolwela) and his or her personal assistant didn’t attend to the phone. PA just once picked up and promised to call back but never made it. No person stepped in at least to say sorry for their mistakes and wasting my invaluable time. I recommend to walk few steps away from this place to Dialog and buy your 4G connection, at an extra cost for a fairly decent service. PS: Thanks Dialog Gampola for pre-activating my router over the desk.

    Do no trust the staff. They always try to reach their sales target by putting the customer in trouble. I was badly cheated by a staff that they have promoted peo TV on the month of April 2019. By it was a one year commitment plan. But the they didn't tell that the line will be commitment line. End of the month I had to cancel the telecom kind

    Doing the operations under the Covid-19 rules and regulations. Service is ok. But the thing is they don't have proper signal coverage to some areas, that maintaining under this branch. That is very poor customer service. If you are willing to purchase Internet devices from SLT, check the coverage before the making payments.

    Very poor service. They never answer the phone and Unstable connection. This is not because of pandemic. This is how they treat their customers for years now.

    You can't get their service over the phone. They gonna just cut the phone or do not answer. If you step into their office they ask you for a request letter and never gonna response back. You may need to visit their office many times to get your task done. Impressive :P :D

    Bought a 4G router which didn't work for 2 straight months. They didn't pick the phone up when called for help. When they did, they didn't care about me whatsoever. After few months, I received a legal notice and I went straight up to them, the customer service was garbage. They didn't even wanna hear what I had to say. One of the customer representatives said the exact words in Sinhala: "I'm Busy, please leave", they didn't want to bother to call their supervisor when I asked for him/her, the person didn't want to share her name either. I did experience the ugliest customer service ever. SLT is really good, but not their customer care services, they only talk to you well when you're gonna apply for their service, otherwise they absolutely do not care about you when you need help or you're trying to file a complaint. I suggest SLT to take SERIOUS note and train your staff properly on how to talk to customers + fire the ones who get complaints repeatedly. You may not find this serious, but 10s of 100s of customers are moving to Dialog simply because of the sh#%y service your customer care provide.

    Worst customer service and Manager also they are working like careless about customer issue and they are not answer the calls. And they are want to only reach monthly target. Please guys anyone want to get connection reach out the office don't make phone calls.
