Mount Havana is the perfect place if you want to relax, chill and enjoy. Very calm place with nice ambience. Staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. Food is beyond delicious. They have set menus with less variety but you’ll not regret! The only issue is the pool. There are some tile alignment issues. Due to that there’s a possibility of getting wounded. But still I give 5 starts cos it’s worth it!

After crazy Kandy, this was the perfect place to rest and gain some silence and quality time. The staff (basically it's only the manager who you deal with) is a nice person, and one of the very few professional people who we met in Sri Lanka, trying to accommodate your requests. He also offered us a nice tour in the plantation to explain about what they do. Breakfast and dinner were very nice. The downside was the entrance which was one big black gate with almost no sign. However, after you enter, it's a great place to stay if you want to relax, swim, read and have good food.

The place could use some maintenance at some spots. The service was very friendly. Nice place for a weekend getaway in beautiful surroundings.

We had a luxurious stay here. Loved the serenity of the location. It had panoramic views and the facility was indeed luxurious. It's a great place to relax and unwind. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Mr.Suranga gave us a garden tour and briefed the concept of the villa. Love their concept of organic and freshly picked garden veggies, bio gas unit, bee honey harvesting and many more. Mr.Sampath served us always with a smile and attended our needs without hesitation. OMG!!! The food❤️.....no words. We had 3 lavish meals which is mouthwatering even at the thought of it. We loved the pancakes with bee honey❤️. Chef Yoga made it too hard for us to leave the place. Loved the Mt. Havana experience and would highly recommend it to anyone. Havana team deserves more than 5 stars. Good luck to the great team!!!🎉

Highly recommended for those who wants to get away from daily busy life and relax in the middle of mountain. Mr. Suranga was purely professional and hosted us very well. I would recommend to take a garden tour with Mr. Suranga.

Located in a very remote place...accessibility is very poor...food is pricey and choice is limited...inspit of booking suite room which can accomodate 2 adults and 2 kids we were charged for our 10year old....this was not mentioned during booking...so it came as a shock...horrible place...

Such a beautiful property! The views are amazing, it was incredibly peaceful. The food was excellent, decor was chic, and the pool was fabulous. Hope to return again!

The place never met my expectations at all. Only thing great about this place was the Property, Rooms, Washrooms, Pool, Sitting area, Dinning Area etc...was good. Unfortunately, some others were way off. Example - We were not properly welcomed. The staff just ignored us when we arrived. We apperantly had to ask their assistance to unload our luggages Rooms were perfect. But the Amenities was never replaced. Sheets n towels too, no attention was given to us. The service was totally nil. Apperantly, we had a heaty exchange of words with the hotel staff n thereafter the service was good. Unfortunately, this place is only served for foreigners and the locals aren't welcome...this was told to us by one of the staff. Very very unfortunate. A wonderful property like this, Overall I will not recommend anybody to visit this place with a Staff n Service like that.
