I attempted to make a purchase of a philips shaver from this store on 30th june 2022 that don't have stocks in that time. they assure they can obtain from another branch via currier service within a week. as we all know, there's some delay in the collection and shipment process due to current politico/economical situation. coz of that, I have visited in to their store after 18 days, have waited at least 30 minutes to get a response. finally, they told me that no currier service available to collect the product from the outlet till now, there fore they can't guarantee the arrival date. disgusting! instead of taking responsibility and striving to improve their customer service, they instead resort to intimidation!
