I went to this hotel with 2 friends of mine but only one of my friend stayed over night . The staff didn't let my other friend to check out the room saying that he has to pay to even go in to the room which is ridiculous because he didn't plan to stay there and he just wanted to check the room. The room was not cleaned properly and it didn't have any essential items which you can find in a normal hotel. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

This place is horrible and ridiculous.. me and 2 of my friends visited here for 1night stay and one of my friend came to see us but the staff warned us that you can't bring outsiders for your rooms.. they are not allowed to tell us like that cuz we allready done with our payments.. and also the rooms are so untidy and cleanliness is 0.. the staff is absolutely horrible and the management of this hotel is worst as hell... specialy mentioning the Foreign people do not choose this hotel if you want a comfotable stay.. Im not recommending this hotel.. one of the worst hotels in kandy..

There are many choices here for a very cheap price. Lowest- to highest-value rooms are available, and you can choose as you wish. room has more space. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is not up to standard. The hot water is not working properly; water is leaking through the syphon set and the bidet shower, etc. If you are looking for a cheap price, this is a good option for you. It is not recommended to stay at this place for those who are looking for comfortable and luxurious rooms.

Large spacious room, good views with balcony, loved waking up and all I could see was the forest, toilet/ shower rooms smelt at times like the drains needed a clear out and water didn’t drain from shower very well. Door to balcony didn’t lock but wasn’t a problem as was 4 floors up. Clean towels provided on request. Restaurant wasn’t open but we went to local places for food as plenty around. Hotel is up a steep hill but wasn’t an issue although could be for some one with respiratory problems. Host and lads were lovely, very friendly and would have a chat. Swimming pool at front of hotel minimal seating available but good for a cool Off on a hot day, It is a cheap hotel and good value for what it is, the only big downfall for me was the noise, walls are paper thin and I could hear whole conversation from next door room and even snoring also someone partying in a room at end of corridor so didn’t sleep much but this was only one night, if you looking for a budget stay and not to fussy then I would recommend

The owner is flirting with all the female guests. Be careful. At first he is always nice to everyone but after some time he will come onto you. Especially if you are a Chinese. Don't go there.

Somewhat the rooms are okay but they charge 4500/= Per night (The most comfortable room they said) but the service isn't enuf for the price like I didn't find any towels and soaps inside the bathroom Anyways location was nice perfect place if ur willing to have a decent rest 😴

I would give 5* for the availability and service but for overall experience I think this would fair. We had to call them mid night and ask for any available rooms to stay for the night and the person at the hotel immediately answered and arranged the accommodation. They had several room options for different budgets and min was 2.5k LKR. We checked 2 budget rooms in the lower section, which had plenty of space and additional bed but smell was unpleasant. I guess they didn't had any time to prepare them. However they offer rather good 2 rooms in the above floor for the same budget and we decided stay there. Rooms was okay for given budget but I think it could be better. Overall cleanness of room was okay but bedsheets was not. Also bed was too uncomfortable and it was hard to move as it make a awful sound loudly every time you move a little bit. Also fan was too loud but hot shower works which is plus. Other room we got didn't had any those problems so that could be just that room I got. They had good rooms with good view for higher price but I didn't check. I would imagine they have a good view outside. The person take care of this place was very friendly to us and worth mentioning as we did crashed in the middle of the night.

Room is good but the location is on the top side of the hills. Cheaper price rooms, but I don't like there check-out system. It’s 11 AM, very early for Check-out.

I stayed here 2 nights. It is a very calm. Quiet hotel. I did not pre book the room. I just walked all over Kandy for 4 hours exploring and checking out guesthouses and hotels. It has the best view in Kandy. Thats all I really wanted. Calm, beautiful view. It has its flaws. But its environment more than makes up for it. The staff is amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

Not recomended... room door locks are broken.not good service.And the shocking sence was in today morning while we were in the room without knoking they try to enter the room.very disgustin.quite and clam place but not good to stay.not safety.please avoid this place.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days.. The atmosphere of the venue was brilliant. Good hospitality and the customers service was excellent . The price was reasonable and completely worth it. Wanna come back and stay again . Highly recommended .

It's a very basic hotel, I guess you get what you pay for, very cheap but no WiFi, for air-conditioning It's extra charge, bed is so so, view from the hotel is great and breakfast for few dollars is good and worth it.

If you want to stay a bit outside of Kandy but only a walk of 20 min to the temple, this is a good place. Restaurant and room with fresh air and wonderful view. Manager and stuff very friendly and helpfull. I would come again

There is no pool. And we waited so long after we reach till receptionist come. Rooms are having a bad smell

First of all, this hotel is too unsafe cause the window glass doors have lock options but they all are broken. Furthermore, we noticed that any local people with their partners were coming here to stay which is risky for us travelers. Water issues are present here as well. They show the picture of swiming pool but the pool has no water. Overall, it's very poor experience.

Affordable hotel with an amazing view on the hills in Kandy, only two kilometers from the center of town (you have to walk past a lake filled with wild birds and giant lizards), it’s also close to the tempel of the tooth! The staff is kind, the place looks amazing, and there is a pool, what more to ask!

They're really very kind, carrying and open people who are ready to help in every moment. Some positive tips: - very nice price - a small pool - amazing view - hot water Something what was not convenient to me: -it's high, will be difficult to get for the person with extra weight. I used tuk tuk every time - the furniture, bed sheets and towels a bit old But I think that the quality and price are totally equal. This place is really nice for a budget tourists.
