The worst restaurant you can ever visit! Does not even deserve 1star a minus rating would be better. These people had a buffet which didn't have enough Chicken (if we took a very small piece only 3 could eat) for 4 of us. Then we told the people their to add in and they all said OK and was missing for about 15 min and then I called them and asked which then they said they are cooking lol, which then they offered a request and said they will give 4 omelettes and they bought us 1 omelet only and that also in a way which I never would even give my dog! The omelette which was 1mm in thickness and it was in small pieces like 2cm by 2cm each about 4 pieces. I was like 'Are You Kidding Me' Then we refused it and complained them which then they agreed to charge 350 rupee which was 500 before but they added a service charge lol, they should give a service for us to pay that additional 10%. I strongly say this restaurant isn't at all a good place to visit. Even Don & Son buffet is 565 rupee they give chicken and pork including dessert buffet campared to this that's heaven.

Good place to have a driving break. They have food available any time. No crowd when we visit the place. Staff is not well trained. Service is bad. But they charged VAT and service charge as well. Food is fine and portion is ideal. Parking available for 5-6 vehicles and washroom facilities also available.

Horrible food! These people cheat foreigners, we were told by the hotel staff over phone that they would charge 500 srilankan rupees ,but they charged 1000 srilanka rupees for lunch.The hotel staff are rude. NOT WORTH FOR MONEY.SHOULD BE BLACKMARKED !

I have visited this HOTEL MAPURA for the first time. The hotel environment was awsome. And the food items were served with a decent manner and the food was delicious. The hotel staffs and the manager respond with manner. Highly recommended. Thnx for your service. Eagerly waiting for the next vaccination to spent there. ☺️

An excellent place.. If you plan on dying of food poisoning that is.. The cooking oil is probably an expensive brand, manufactured during second world war.. The chef obviously lacks basic culinary skills..

The stay was great. The food was amazing and the Saturday dj night was so fun. I had a nice time dancing!

Not a good place. Food is too much overpriced. Taste and portion was okay. But no choices and not worthy the price we paid. Very unfair service charges for soft drinks. No customer service worth enough for the huge service charge. Need a lot of improvements as a restaurant.

Pathetic customer service...We booked the location for a lunch during our annual excursion. All head count is 107 but we were asked to pay for 118. We have taken the plate count while having lunch but they refused to accept that count. When our top management gone to discuss the issue with them very politely, the front office managers were furious and shouted on them very impolitely. Since we don’t want any messing ups during our travel, we paid whole 118 and left peacefully. Foods were fine. But the service and the thuggery management was surprised all of us. We informed none of us will come again and as return they said “ Very fine and go to hell”😮.. Never go to this place.

It's not good. We ordered sea food rice and they given plane rice with 3 battered prawns and 2 fish slices,2 small carrot pieces. For Rs.650.00

Need to Improve the food quality and the quantity of the potion.very little portion of rice was there even it's not enough for 5 year old kid.imaging a take away box, the rice was half of it. A peace of boiled egg. I have never seen a half of egg on a rice. I don't recommend to have take away food from here. My original rating is 1 star but, personally, I don't like to mark star rating less than 3.
