Bar service available and kitchen service after 11am Cannot check in after 11.30pm - 7.30am No TV in room that I got 2 times. Reception dose not answer phone after 11.30pm. Masquetoe issue Parking available No security! Only CCTV Overroll good 👍 value for money !

Positives: Foods ok Hot water heater working Air conditioning unit working Negatives: TV very disturbing, cannot watch Less parking spaces Room quality is poor (Dirty) Pillow cases and bed sheets were poor Dirty swimming pool Simply they don’t maintain this hotel properly, unprofessional staff, no proper cloths. Overall disappointing.

Located at the centre of the town near the railway station. You get a view of the railway station from some rooms. Comfortable rooms. The prices are okay. The room service can be improved. Quite hard to reach the front office for room service during early mornings if no one is present.

To enjoy the small isolated old town Nawalapitiya where all the main ethnic groups are living within their own cultural limits, this place is where you should stay. It's not the greatest. For the budget stay we had, it served well and I'm pretty sure that they can offer more. For the room we stayed, it only had one dim light, no seperate balcony, bath room door gave is a creepy voice when open and closes, bidet shower was not working properly and some other few small things. But it was OK for us because we were there only four one night and the environment and climate made us forget all that.

Very good place for a 2 or 3 day stay. Has a swimming pool inside the premises. Not actually perfectly clean. Friendly staffs. Located at the centre of the Nawalapitiya. So easy to access from anywhere in nawalapitiya. So many rooms inside. Great for Families..

I’m not recommending this place for a stay. As a restaurant it’s a good place. As at 2022.07.03 single room non A/C room is 2000.00 and A/C room is 4000.00. I checked in a rainy day to a non A/C room. Room was not cleaned. Bed sheet and and pillow cases were not cleaned properly. Room service also very bad. Cutleries used for my lunch was there until next day morning even after informing to remove. The worst thing, There ware hell of lot of mosquitoes to disturb my sleep. No arrangements for that. Very poor place to stay for a night.

Room is clean and value for money. Duets were little old but clean. Bathroom also clean and fresh. Staff is very helpful. Cloase to the Nawalapitiya town. Pool isn't good for bath. Recommend for one night

Good place for a night. Food is OK. Rooms needs cleaning a bit otherwise OK. The train station is nearby and it would disturb ones sleep but our child loved it.

Food preparation time bit higher. Food was good. Large size average two portions. You can book a room over the phone. Went in off season. Clean, but was bit clumsy.

Could have been a nice hotel, if properly maintained and cleaned. Had to stay 5hrs to take a very early morning train. Otherwise, would have never stayed.
