We did not stay here, just had lunch. Although the location is awesome (next to waterfall), the place is not well kept. The dining hall was stinking and there were flies everywhere. Food was just okish. The waiter was more interested in watching match on TV than serving customers. Avoid if possible

Toilet dirty. Food bad. We checked in since we paid advance online. Just entered room within 30 mins we had to check out. Because of above reason but still hotel charged us 2000 for 2 rooms. We were 2 families with 2 toddler 2 kids. Coz it's not hygienic to stay here except location. Ppl can visit falls without checkin to this hotel. Nothing is maintained here.

Never ever go to this place, i went here with ladies they need a washroom immediately, the hotel person is not at all ready to listen as we need only the washroom . Even if we are ready to pay he is not leaving to use the washroom. At least he is not showing concerns for womens.

Quality of food is not even closer to the price. There will be only one or two waiters to serve large groups of people visiting during weekend. They act as monopoly since there is no other option of restaurants at that place. The nearby road side stalls show better interest on serving their food. Better take a parcel from nearby villages before reaching this place.

If you only want to see view then you can opt for this place.Service is very bad . you have to stay with monkey. No restaurant service in that remote place. You have to struggle for basic need.

This hotel, being located at a vantage location, has a very good potential. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside and offers rooms with a great view of the Gaganachukki falls. The staff has been friendly and helpful. The food is decent, but can be improved. On the flip side, the maintenance of the rooms (especially the bathrooms) needs improvement. Though we rented an A/C room, the a/c was not working. The backyard can do with some beautification. Wire mesh on the windows will help the mosquitoes and monkeys away. Another particular problem is that the kitchen exhaust is very close to the balcony of one of the best rooms (#103), making standing on the balcony difficult. Room suggestion: If you do not mind climbing a spiral staircase, go for room #107 on the rooftop.

The manager is a grumpy fellow with a sad face and has no customer centric behaviour. His answers annoy you even as you enter the hotel. The AC room rent is 3k per night and is worth every rupee we pay for the view. Food variety is very very very limited. There is only 1 chef and literally a handful waiters who cater to guests. The two stars I have given are for the view the hotel has to offer

Since there was no decent place around to have food, we resorted to this one. The road to this place is pretty good, quite scenic actually. The food is make-do, however, the guy who served us behaved as couldn't care less if we ate or not. Quite a ride fellow. All others were not inhospitable. All in all, one can go there to have food if not a lot of options are available.

Nice hotel, having awesome view of Gagganachukki falls. Good food preparation and served well. A worth place to visit, only hotel guest have access till 10 PM for enjoying the sounds of the falls. Direct window view access for the views. Good park maintained for kids.
