Obviously it was best location for spending times with frds. Here is mcd and lapinoz both is side by side. So if some frds want to pizza and some want burger so you can easily take parcel from one and enjoy your food in mcd or lapinoz both at single time.

Good Experience with food and Hygiene maintained by staff. New gourmet burgers with paneer patty are not so tasty compared to original aloo patty. Though chatpata flavour for french fries are good.

Hi All, its a good place to have brunch with friends and family. Food is good but the staff is really slow like turtle. If you order food it will reach till you when you are no longer hungry. Also there is no proper parking space for cars.

If you're reading this McDonalds let me know :) Staff is well oriented to offers & system whether you want to order a dine-in or on-the-go, online app based or website based. I have had 1 service error - did not receive patty in my takeaway burger, I was unhappy with it but that was corrected after I got it to the managers notice. Other than that, whenever I go here I end up buying more than I want to, staff indulges you with offers because they're up-to-date which is a good thing if your aim is to serve food. I hope this outlet stays the way it is. Very much satisfied with it. Nazar na lage

I went to McDonald's for a takeaway of 4 burgers. I asked the staff to bill me for Mc Aloo Tikki, but he was not interested in doing so because it would increase the bill amount. Instead, he showed me burgers that were 2 to 4 times more expensive than what I wanted. I told him that the prices he was showing me were too high, but he just said that the prices had increased. I was not sure because I had not been to McDonald's in a long time. I ended up not buying anything and went home. I ordered the same burgers from Zomato and got a better deal than I would have at the McDonald's VIP branch. I had a very bad experience and will never go back there again.

Opening time was 10 Am when we reached there and asked them to take the order they said we will start taking orders on or after 10:30 am only. Learn something and be obedient. This is not how you will make money. Staff is also quiet untrained and doesn't even know when it's about to open. Wasted my time being there

Vegetarian peoples be aware from this counter.... they mix up chicken material with vegetarians items..... it’s their agenda to attract spiritual trust who are believers of vegetables food.... I had been acknowledged this topic yesterday night so it’s my duty to shaken up those peoples who are true believer of vegetables food and lord......rest everything is our own responsibilities ! Nice place in vesu, clean place with very helpful staff. Better to use McDonald's app there will be huge discounts there on dine-in/takeaway rather than directly ordering at the counter. Parking space on front is not enough.

The bill counter is very time taking, they did not provide any bill with amount. Than I asked them to share than they provided. They gave less colddrink as compared to the standard amount. The fries were saugy and the burger ordered was different than we ordered. Overall ok ok

I ordered a meal and the store asked me to cancel it. The reason they gave was they didn't had someone to deliver the order they have tied up with swiggy to deliver the order than why is mcdelivery app accepting the order? McDonald's even chargerd me extra delivery charges that is handling charges and they can't deliver the order. Also there's no restaurant available nearby to order food now. I don't know why they ask for extra delivery charges when they can't even deliver the order.

Recommended. The service is awesome. She helped me get my order very fast as I had to catch a flight. She was cool and very responsive. Food is as usual (in any other McDonald's). The place is not very crowded. Minimum parking is available. Toilets and washrooms are there. Drinking water was also there.

Being a McDonald's lover this is my worst experience ever, the staff was so unfriendly and rude like yelling at all customers and saying i have high pitch nothing can be done about i if speak anything why am I are yelling at her. Definitely won't recommend ever going to this particular McDonald's atleast.

Honestly, The best MacDonalds I've ever seen. They are even implementing self ordering machine so we can order with no human interaction. The staff is also very good. 10/10 recommended.

This for not making sure whose order are giving to whom when the customer order the food online from Zomato or Swiggy And also your mcdelivery application is not working and crashing every time This my 3 worst experience in your restaurant regarding the orders Every time your restaurant makes mistakes in providing the order which is to be given Sometimes you miss an item or sometimes you give to someone else and I don’t get any update till I personally call at your restaurant So look into this matter or else I will not prefer to my known ones to place order online at your restaurant.

No unlimited Coke as in Mumbai we get refill for the coldrink unlimited but here not like that so quite else the service is good

last time i had very bed experience with this store. i ordered maxican cheese fries and same in bill but they serve only cheese fries. i complain about it then they said that we have changed product. then i told them that why you charging for maxican chesse fries.. charge only for chesse fire.. but they answered veery wrongly and told me that you do compain where you want.. same time i complain in mcdonalds website and from.my order link but they take compain but no progress. so this is very wrong.. bcz maxican cheese fries eat everyone for test of mayo and some red sous put by you but right now only giving chees fries on the name of maxican chisse fries.

Chocolate shake Rating-5/10. Feels like a normal shake. Barely any taste of chocolate. Nothing exceptional or phenomenal. Also, the price is very high in relation to the drink served. The ambience is also great overall.

MacDonalds are always good for the breakfasts. Happy meals for every one. This one is located near metro on VIP ROAD. This is the newest outlet in Surat with moder kind of interior and good for youngsters. We visit often this new outlet for breakfast.
