Its really a wonderful clinic...Dr. Pushpa always guides her patients what the best treatment for them which really means a lot. She handles people so well , we really do not come to know when the extraction is done. And staff is also superb...they always deal patients with a smile...and the way covid protocols are followed that is really appreciable.

Going to a Dentist can be nerve-wrecking experience for most of us; at least that was the case with me. But since I have started to get my dental work done by Dr. Pushpalata, I have seemed to hold my calm in the Dentist Chair. I am glad that I was referred to Hansa Dental Clinic by a family member. I have had so much dental work done in last 10 years at various reputable places in India and outside India. Got tooth removed in Australia and now had to get implant done here as I moved to India. Checked few clinics but didn’t feel comfortable with attitudes of doctors and staff. My good friend recommended this clinic. From my 1st phone call to book appointment to the final stage it seemed easy. The whole process was 4 months. Great team! - timely reminders b4 appointments, follow ups after treatment, cleanliness, proper guidance from doctor, covid procedure, prompt whatsapp reply etc. Dr Pushpalata has great attitude. She is soft spoken, listens to you has got soft hand during surgery. Overall great experience and definitely recommended. Also the ample car parking space made it more convenient! I have been getting my dental treatments done with Dr. Pushpalatha Desai since my teenage years. She is extremely skilled, makes me feel comfortable and safe, and always provides the best guidance and treatment. She is also an excellent communicator, and takes the time to explain the procedure to keep me informed and less nervous at all times. The clinic is clean and hygienic, staff is polite, helpful and great at managing time to ensure shorter wait duration. The dental clinic maintains its cleanliness very well. The staff is helpful and supportive. They follow up with reminders. The doctor is highly skilled. I have done a root canal here. I have also put a new cap for a previous root canal crown (it was done at another clinic) which loosened and came out. Recently I have undergone wisdom tooth surgery. It was done by a visiting doctor from Surat again highly skilled. I have anxiety issues whenever I need to get work done at the dentists. This time I asked for a run thru of the procedure which the doctor provided, so I knew what would happen. That reduced my anxiety and I was peaceful. The entire process went well. The doctor was a rockstar. Calm and confident in his attitude and explaining. I thank the hansa team for all their valuable service.
