Exotica is a super busy restaurant in Hyderabad - one in Banjara Hills and the other in Hitech City close to Shilparamam. I have been to both the restaurants in Hyderabad and I personally liked the Hitech City one better because it looks more open. The food here is 5 star, no complaints. Everything that I ordered here we tasty. Customer service is speedy and good. The menu has a good variety. Items are pricey. There is ample car parking with valet service in both the restaurant chains. The place is suitable for all age groups and has a nice soothing sound of water flowing inside the restaurant. If you go here without reservation on a weekend, you might have to wait for 40 minutes or more. If you reserve a table, please go on time as they might give it to someone who walks in. To get the best tables, it's best to make your reservation 1 day in advance.

It was a beautiful balmy Friday night! The weather was just right to sit out. The ambience was soft and relaxing. We found ourselves at Zafraan exotica. The service was exemplary. The staff polite and courteous. Extremely efficient. The food was mouth watering. Beautifully presented! What more can you ask for? our mocktails were a delight. The food was a sensual delight to the taste buds. If you have not visited yet, please do. From kababs, to dal to the kulchas . Everything was par excellence. Specially the gelawti kabab, fish achari tikka. What are you waiting for? Why wait for tomorrow? Who has promised tomorrow? You have to visit as soon as possible. Why not tonight foodies?

I went for a get together. It is a happening place. The ambiance was awesome. The service was very good. There are good options for vegetarians and non vegetarians. There are plenty of options for alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The place has a valet parking service. Good place to spend weekends with friends and family.

Exotica is an upscale place in Banjara Hills . Been to this restro recently for dinner . The moment you enter you would be in awe of the ambience which has been tastefully done and it looks more beautiful when the interiors are totally lightened up . Food was yummylicious. The starters were delightful to start with , the panner & brocolli starters were succulent while the chicken malai starter was the star of the day . The main course was delectable too . We enjoyed each and every morsel of the food , the quantity given for each delicacy is generous too . The cost is definitely on the higher side . nevertheless , if you are looking for a fine dining place with family , this is the go to place .

It was a great restaurant. Dining there was like dining in a small rooftop garden. Even though it was crowded it felt all soothing and calming. The staff is highly skilled and very prompt in service. The dishes we tried both vegetarian and non-vegetarian were great (except masala papad) Only feedback is to have more than one ladies washroom as there was quite a line outside the single washroom they had.

After reading a lot of amazing reviews and watching a lot of social media reels I finally went to this place with my family. To sum up my experience here this is mostly an overhyped place for fine dining. Being a foodie I love to explore new places especially fine dinings but this place lacks in all the criteria whether it be food, ambience and service also the hyped up price adding to the so called amazing but not so amazing service. I’ve ordered Rarha Gosht, Garlic Naan, Two mocktails for lunch. The mutton was completely undercooke basically raw you can say. The garlic naan was too hard…. Small Dhabas do know how to prepare a proper soft naan. Mocktails were basically only ice in the name of drinks with little syrup added. Regarding the ambience it’s a very congested place settled up not to be considered an amazing ambience. And service is pathetic if I consider their so called ratings and prices. Nobody is there to followup and serve properly. Even after providing the feedback to the manager they’re interested in arguing that Garlic naan is always like that wherever we eat…… I mean please you might be having 4.8 Stars in your reviews but please get your chefs trained properly on how to cook. I do not suggest this restaurant as they don’t have basic courtesy towards their customers as well. I don’t know how people are adding this to as one of the best fine dinings in Hyderabad.

A beautiful rooftop restaurant. I loved the ambience, Fish areas around the sittings with flowers. Candle Light arrangements are done here. Food is tasty, I had vegetarian, dishes from Tandoor are mouth watering. Oriental food is also served here. Liquor is served on the table itself. Fish is the best served non veg here. It has both inside and outside sitting Please prefer sitting outside. Must must visit with Family or friends.

It's a roof top restaurant, with good ambience. We got seating immediately... Service was also very quick. Chicken starters were very good... Prefect spices. We weren't hungry for main course, so just had appetiser and desserts. Drinks weren't that great though... Overpriced.

This is by far one of my go to restaurants if you live North Indian food. The service and the ambiance of this place is super and you will leave the restaurant with smile. They have seating arrangements inside as well as outside on the rooftop and I would highly recommend the rooftop. Rajasthan Laal Maas, Murg Malai Tikka, Laccha Paratha and Kashmiri Pulao are a must try at this place.

We had a nice time at the restaurant. They had valet parking, which was convenient. The food was good, especially the beetroot kofta. It was soft and flavorful. The roller coaster drink was also fun to try. The service was good, too. They were attentive and friendly. The only downside was that the place was very crowded. We had to wait for a long time to get a table. And the vegetarian Manchuria was not very fresh. It tasted a bit stale and dry. Other than that, we enjoyed our experience there.

Located at a pretty posh locality of Hyderabad i.e. Banjara hills, this is an easy choice for family get togethers, since it is easily accessible and can be considered the center of modern greater Hyderabad City. Lovely experience overall, but the first step starts with reserving a table and getting there early for the meal. It gets crowded quick no matter the time or day. Use Dineout or Zomato to reserve a table a couple of days in advance. Once you're there, be prepared to spend a good 2 hours for a relaxed meal. Service by the wait staff is great and worthy of a tip. Valet parking is seamless too. Try the broccoli malai and biryani. They are the best. You can come here for family or romantic evening with your partner. You'll be well served either way. It is a premium ambience and you can expect to spend 1000 INR per person if there are heavy eaters at your table.

Reservation is a must, they take reservations through dineout app or over the phone. Without reservation it's hard to find a table at any given time (especially over the weekends) The place was too congested. They tried to fit as many tables as possible in a very small area. Due to this, the table size is not very big. We were a group of 5 and we felt it was very difficult to use the table. Better to go in the evenings as there is no air conditioning It is expensive. And the food didn't feel worth the price. I enjoyed the hospitality. The staff were welcoming and cheerful. There were no delays in the orders. As per the place, this place is well suited for date nights, family dinners and for big groups of friends (7+) Starters, and mocktails were good.

This place has nice vibes. It’s usually crowded during weekends, you might have to wait for 10-15 mins to get the table in outside area. Taste and service is good. Place is a bit costly. We’ve tried Kadhai paneer and garlic naan in main course which was good. Dry manchurian in starters. And in drinks Roller coster(Not so good). Enjoy Bon apetìt.

Given the options of many restaurants in the same segment, the Buffet's price is a little on the high side. Punjabi and North Indian influences can be found in the dishes. Their spread fluctuates on a regular basis. The starters were brought to the table, and the service was outstanding. Murg ke champ, Butter Garlic Chicken, and Hot Basil Prawns were all excellent choices. The buffet is complemented with a welcome drink. The main section's layout was adequate, and I believe they could easily handle more items given their pricing. The flavour of the Chicken Dum Biryani was lacking. The main course was spotlighted with Dal Zafran and Mutton Curry. Assorted cakes with various fillings made up the dessert section. Note: Don’t forget to pre book a on weekends.

One of the best places for foodies in Hyderabad. We had a team party over here last week and we really enjoyed the food. Ambiance was excellent. But somehow we felt the outdoor seating was little congested and seen some discomfort. Price was also little high but it should be OK for the quality and taste of food. We are here for lunch but few of them says the lighting and outdoor sitting is simply awesome during dinners. One can give a try for sure.

An incredibly charming rooftop dining that has a mix of cuisines and a beautiful setting. Waiting on most evenings and hence advisable to make a prior booking. This is a must visit place... A roof top restaurant with light music, candles and exotic cuisine. Who wouldn't want to go here to relieve stress and spend good time with partner or family! Not just food but the ambience is so perfect. There is open aquarium on the floor which is very different as compared to all the other restaurants I have been in. This is not entirely open roof top but a little close to it. Cool breeze keeps you in good mood but of you are visiting this place in winter, make sure to take your winter wear! Talking about the food, you can experience Indian, Chinese and Italian over here. And the taste of the food is so amazing. The waiters and management are always on their tip of the shoes to serve you the best. This is a family restaurant so you can take your kids, parents and your loved ones. But the setup is such that you will enjoy more when you will be with your partner. A perfect place to spend a perfect evening!

Food and service was good. However for a restaurant of this stature it was really disappointing to see the upkeep of the washrooms. Specially in a dining area one expects that the washroom would be in best up keep.

I have visited here recently and experience was good. We went for dinner on a weekday with advance reservation. Restaurant was almost full. Their service was quite good . We ordered Pan Mojito, Regular Mojito and Pink girl in drinks and hare bhare kabab and malai paneer tikka in starters. In main course, we had Zafrani Dal and breads. Food was really tasty. We sat outside and they have a candle light set up so enjoyed it. Overall good experience.

This is one of the finest restaurants in Hyderabad. Although the tables are placed close to each other, you’ll fall in love with this place within 5 minutes. Its cozy ambiance, surrounded by lush greenery, will remind you of a resort experience. There are plenty of options for drinks as well. The staff is courteous and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the taste of the food, especially the dum biryani. Overall, I found it to be a great experience and a must-visit place with friends.

Visited Exotica after a long while. The standards have been kept and interiors renewed. We had a chilli mint mocktail, some fruit punch and some mint coolers for drinks.. they were all good. Their starters, masala papad and malai murg were good. The talwari murg, probably the lesser of the lot was also acceptable. Fot main course we had a rather ordinary chicken biriyani, flaky and crumbly laccha paratha, juicy kulchas, sour-sweet-creamy butter chicken and a mind blowing dal makhani. The highlight of the mral was most certainly the dal makhni and to indicate how good it was, let me also add that I usually hate dal makhni..! The staff was polite, but a bit curt. The covid related restrictions were taking up a lot of their time. Overall, it was a good experience.

Exotica Restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Hyderabad. If I could give 10 stars I would have definitely opted for that. It had a huge variety of appetizers at the start including boty veg and non-veg options and mocktails. Then comes the buffet with ample amount of different curries, fruits ,desserts, rice , rotis etc. The scenery and the ambience was really great. On the rooftop, like a cabana style. I would recommend going in the night due to the stars in the sky and also the beautiful lighting. If it's in your budget give this place a go.

Ambiance was good, "Talwar - e - Tandoori murg" was awesome. But mutton dum biryani was just okay. Sometime we felt a bit unattended. Restaurant was full and all possible precautions were taken. Overall it was a 4 star experience.

Been here on multiple occasions and have always opted for an outdoor seating only to have an awesome experience. Light breeze always serves as an icing on the cake. They have an arrangement of sigdi and blankets during the winter season. The service is prompt, the food is lip smacking, drinks blended to perfection, staff is courteous coupled with a great ambiance. Some might feel a pinch in their pockets as compared to its peers, but its totally worth it and is a must visit.

The best place for those who love north Indian cuisine. The taste was quite different and interesting from all the other north Indian restaurants. It's a bit pricey but the ambience is great as it's on an open terrace. Night ambience would even be better. must try items - Passion fruit Collins, kulcha, murg kasturi and butter chicken masala.

A lavish, classy roof top restaurant. Tiny pond with fishes, lake side grass and tiny water fountain create a tropical feeling. Good food, good ambience, good hospitality and serves drinks too(for not so sober ones;) ). Ofcourse, All of these comes at a handsome cost. A dining for two would cost nothing less than 3k. I've enjoyed lunch here with friends. Heard that evenings are more exiting here.

Oh my god , this place felt like heaven , the best part of this restaurant was the continuous breeze of air as it was an open terrace restaurant coming on to the food part , I have got no words how tasty was the food , I had many appetisers and drinks which were enough to fill me. A very highly recommended restaurant by me .
