Today,
I
visited
the
salon
for
the
2nd
time
to
have
my
eyebrows
done.
I
was
inclined
to
return
after
a
satisfactory
facial
during
my
1st
visit,
for
which
I
consulted
with
Rajesh.
Consequently,
I
decided
to
engage
with
his
services
once
more.
The
eyebrow
service
went
well,
but
the
real
issue
arose
during
billing.
To
my
shock,
Rajesh
instructed
the
receptionist
to
charge
me
for
a
βfull
faceβ
threading.
I
promptly
corrected
him,
emphasizing
that
I
only
had
my
eyebrows
done.
Despite
this,
I
overheard
him
insistently
directing
the
receptionist
to
maintain
the
"full
face"
charge.
When
presented
with
a
bill
of
Rs.
590,
I
clarified
the
eyebrow
service
charge
with
him
not
once,
but
THRICE.
Feeling
that
something
was
amiss,
I
contacted
a
friend
who
visits
the
salon
regulary.
She
confirmed
that
the
standard
charge
for
eyebrows
is
Rs.
200.
Reiterating
this
to
the
receptionist,
she
admitted
that
I
was
being
charged
for
a
full
face
threading
due
to
Rajesh's
directive.
When
I
questioned
Rajesh
about
this
discrepancy,
rather
than
admitting
his
mistake,
he
stated
he
would
"balance
it
out"
during
my
next
visit.
To
add
to
the
discomfort,
he
justified
his
actions
by
implying
I
was
overdue
for
a
facial.
Though
he
returned
my
overcharged
amount,
he
didnβt
offer
an
apology.
Instead,
he
appeared
indifferent,
and
kept
talking
about
the
"next
visit"βa
visit
that
will
certainly
not
take
place.
I
am
profoundly
disappointed
with
this
misleading
practice,
which
not
only
casts
a
shadow
over
the
establishment's
integrity
but
also
reflects
poorly
on
their
regard
for
customers.
I
strongly
advise
anyone
seeking
services,
especially
with
Rajesh,
to
exercise
caution
and
verify
their
bills
thoroughly.
In
conclusion,
I
cannot
recommend
this
establishment.
Itβs
disheartening
to
encounter
such
deceitful
tactics
in
businesses
that
one
trusts.
