KALYAN Jewellers is a FRAUD Hi All, I just wanted to let you all Kalyan customers know how FRAUDLENT Kalyan jewellers is and how they cheat their customers and steal their money. This will be a little long but I was trying to help others to be aware of this fraudlent jewellers, this is my own experience I faced. Please be patient and go through the entire review. Recently (on Dusshera 2021) I visited this showroom located at Panjagutta to buy new ornaments (Ring and Bracelet) by exchanging the old ones. I've selected new ones and after that I've given my old ornaments for valuation. Here the real story began, He took my ornaments and came back with valuation report stating that your ornaments are not pure. I was shocked. The Ring is about 85% pure and the bracelet do not have Halmark and it is not certified. Finally they said we will be deducting 2 grams (1 gram each approx) due to lack of purity and halmark. So I laughed and informed him that at the time of purchase they said it is 100 % pure and you'll get the full amount during exchange. Then I revealed the truth "I purchased those ornaments from the same store in 2019" I showed them the proof. Then they told me sorry for that and we are not going to deduct anything now. I asked them deduction is not my concern now i'm concerned about purity, is this gold really not pure or they trying to cheat me and steal my hard earned money. They have no answer how come the gold became pure now. I hope this will help the new and existing customers of Kalyan jewellers, do not to trust them be vigillent. *****This was followup to my recent review as i was unable to reply to the answer provided by the name shop owner Dear store owner if you really concern about the issue you should take this up and take necessary action how to resolve it just posting an auto reply kind of thing and giving us the email to report the issue doesn’t help. Dont try to show the customers that you have addressed the issue. Any ways I have posted this in Google and every one can able to view this even kalyan customer care as well I dont want to run behind you by writing emails and explaining the stuff again an again

Although wide variety of ornaments there but staff is lazy .. We could not find suitable ring for my teenage son. Too much % wastage. Too slow in making billing even though it's not crowded.

A wide rang of gold ornaments available in this showroom .you can see in the photographs there it is shown how much organised way and plenty of options to choose from. I think akineni nagarjuna the actor is the main person in promotion of kalyan jewelry showroom.as my personal experience is a bit bot that much comfortable here so i gave underrated the showroom..as there sales persons r not unto the mark i assume a 3 start rating is just enough to mark the experience.hopefully joyalukas n kalyan compete with each othwr and gives us a better option for selection of jewelry at one place.these showrooms are situated near panjagutta circle beside panjagutta central shopping mall.

Nice collection in all categories like gold and diamond 💎, Specially in wedding collection and light weight jewellery , experienced and friendly staff. Overall nice experience.

Went on 05212023 with my fiance to purchase necklaces and bangles for the wedding. Sales person was very rude. If we ask for any designs in our mind, he just refuses and makes fun of you. I suggest people not to visit there. If sales person spends 15 to 30 minutes on you, He will not let you go out of the showroom unless you purchase any item, Otherwise he insults in front of everyone in the showroom shouting aloud. Worst place. Attitude and manner less staff. In joyallukas we just purchased platinum wedding ring. But sales person gave even diamond necklaces just to see how it looks on me. He gave atlest 5 to 6 necklaces which were out of my budget. Joy allukas is so kind. I purchased my necklaces and bangles from Joyallukas on the same day.

An beautiful range of jewellaries can be found there. They also offer discount at a particular price... By the by the place was nice

One of the best gold ornament store in Panjagutta. Good ambience nice range of collection of jewelry. The value addition (% of wastage) is too high when compared with other jewellery stores. Sales persons are more interested in explaining the monthly scheme instead of showing the jewelry what we are looking for. Less option for ear rings and finger rings.

Honesty and liability are the second name of Kalyan. They actually do the steps which they show all in their advertisement . Making charges a little high but products are at it's best.

Nice Ambience and Good to follow the this covid situation safely we can buy a Gold hear the entire staff has wearing masks and gloves and the screening of every customer and provided disposal gloves overall great customer service. But hear the some staff has not maintain the social distance chit chat at counters this is only the problem management can look in to this

Please note diamond prices doesn't raise same as gold and inspite of having guarantee card you will not get 100 percent cash as on date price at time of selling only 90 % cash you will receive or need to buy different diamond ornaments where new price and making charges not guaranteed,also never opt for monthly schemes In Kalyan diamond jewellery range is very less Also punjagutta shop under renovation with worst toilets maintenance, no tea or coffee offered inspite of buying expensive jewellery and requesting tea Avoid Kalyan Avoid punjagutta stores Too much making changes

The staff are bit lazy and rude.they don't know how to reach a customer in a polite way. And billing takes too much time.to get one envelope for bill,to give us our item in a bag they took even more time..which I don't think is a good shopping experience.I hope they don't do this with other customers

Very poor service. Till we order the item, they behave nicely. Later they never look back knor respond..here they won't entertain you to exchange our old ornaments, they simply say something or the other. They want to just sell their items.. don't waste your time and money here. Tyou have several other stores in Hyderabad.

Online store has multiple options. The offline store doesn't have much designs to display. Go to the website for more light weight and trendy jewellery

Today I went to buy nose ring for birthday gift, in kalyan proper response of agent was not correct, as nose ring in gold is not available is said by agent to a customer straight forward on face, first he said u can give feedback to our company when I asked for feedback form, straight away there is no form available, running around in this summer for birthday gift is so difficult to purchase for loyal customers of kalyan bad service, I will never visit kalyan again, they lost one customer this morning.

Kalyan jewellers had multiple designs, but you have to check on VA, it is more as compared to other jewellers. You can bargain on VA, they will reduce the price based on your bargaining power.

Very Poor and Unprofessional sales men, not bothered to attend to customers, had to wait for few mins and then ask for sales men

Good place to buy jewellery for your family there are many good designs and if the required ornament is not to your size they take orders on it also

The making charges are very high compared to other jewellery shop.They charged us 23 percent which was very high in my opinion. The collection and design is very very less.

We purchased gold chain last month at night time it’s not looking like as 22 karat gold looks like something rose colour gold, we recognized that next day morning time we are very loyally to the kalyan jewelry’s but we didn’t expect this kind of product from them, please its my advice to check them before buying but not under the bright lights please After the billing they can’t exchange it as same price totally disappointed

Collection of new designs available and Making charges are too High as compared.....

Purchased some items in a hurry while going to a house warming function. I took 2 minutes to select the silver item but they took more than 15 minutes to give the bill...at last i was told the bill will be sent via what's app . Poor service

Wastage rate and making charges are too high and we are not at all happy,we will not come again . These schemes are useless ,bank fds better than these schemes. dont go for this.waste of time and money.

I have been here around 6 times and this place has never disappointed me nor let me leave without buying anything . And collection bought from here always gets me good praises .

Never take their monthly deposit scheme. I felt cheated. Normally they offer some discount but if you have deposited under monthly scheme discount ZERO .Making of Diamond item is very poor.Last year I bought one Diamond bracelet .After a few months it cracked. Due to Corona we could not immediately go and after our visit they asked for deduction of Rs.10000/=.When I enquired I was told that it was a casual wear.BE CAREFUL WHILE PURCHASING.

Hmmm... meh... This is a feeling you are left with when you leave Kalyan Jewelers. This is not because of the variety of Gold or Silver items they have, but because of the SERVICE, and that, is definitely below par. When there are more than 20-30 Jewelry stores on the same road, the 2nd most important thing is going to be the quality of service provided, 1st being the product range and quality. Prefer Tanishq over Kalyan, anyday and everyday.

Schemes are good but no one will know about it advertise to know middle class family.explain to them.

Worst service and I have lost my valuable money investing in Kalyan Jewellers. Do not go by the name, your investment is not safe. Also do not believe the 4 level assurance it does not exist.

Located at the most prime locations of Hyderabad that is Punjagutta, under flyover n next to Central Mall. Staff is excellent and hygiene is excellent too. Good furniture and fully AC.. The best jewelry designs. If you have bought any Gold jewelry which is diamond studded and any diamond is lost during the course of time,they can replace the new stone free of cost..overall excellent..

Collection is good. Salesperson Somasekhar was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Only reason for 3* is their billing process. It took 45 mins for selection and 90+ mins for just getting it billed. Note: we had 2 scheme redemptions and 1 earring exchange but that is still not an acceptable time.

Sales team are friendly and have the patience to show all the collections which a buyer needs. Only negative is no one had bothered to ask the client what they want as soon as someone enter ‘s the showroom. I had to wait for 15-20 min for someone to attend even other buyer’s too. Later I was being assisted.
