The treatment started in the month of May and ended in July. The complete process was painless and was hassle free. They did not forcibly push me for RCT (recommended by doc in Delhi). Focus Dental Care, Gachibowli is an excellent dental clinic in Hyderabad. My root canal and crown in 2018, my mom's flap surgery, implants, and crowns all were done here. Because of my painless and smooth experience of root canal then, I brought my mom here where she had 2 surgeries, implants, and crowns done, one procedure every week. She had been taken care completely and she is really happy how major procedures went without pain and the post care is superb as well. I recently took my wisdom tooth out and I could eat normal food within 2 days. The medicine they prescribe are really good and effective. Staff is compassionate and caring. Dr. Ajay Krishna is an excellent doctor and a leader. He is leading a world class team of doctos in his clinic. Dr. Atheesam is exceptional when it comes to surgery, he did flap surgery of my mom and my wisdom tooth removal, all within 2 days of recovery. I had visited Focus Dental Care for RCT, and it was painless, hastle free and quick. I had only one week's time, so because of my tight schedule I chose Cerec Cad Cam. I would recommend this treatment to anyone who has limited time frame, as it takes only two days to get it done - one day for RCT and second day for crown. Dr. Ajay and his team did a great job. I am very happy and satisfied with the procedure. I was initially scared, but Dr. Geetu and Dr. Ajay made me feel comfortable about the whole procedure. Downgrading my 5-star review from two years back to 1-star now. My orthodontic procedure (braces) started here in Feb 2019. Come June 2020, I’m at my hometown not knowing when the covid situation will recede so I go to another (expert) orthodontist in my city to continue the procedure and that’s when I begin to realize some of the many things that Focus did wrong thereby revealing the absolute inexperience and ignorance of them all:- 1. I was not told metallic braces are stronger and that ceramic ones are weak. I went for ceramic ones as they’d be less visible. Bad decision apparently! 2. As a result of one sitting, the upper jaw started hitting the lower brackets directly. When I went back with this observation as I was instructed, the chief dentist attended me and told me to ignore it. Result: three of the brackets on the lower jaw were broken in a few days. They never bothered changing them despite me asking, but kept trying to manage it (unsuccessfully) with circumscribed wires. 3. The extent of filing done on the upper teeth is unnecessary and harmful at some places. My gums bleed as a result of it. 4. During the 2 years that I’ve been visiting them, at least 5 different dentists took a look at my mouth for different procedures but not a single one of them told me what was wrong with my teeth and gums at large - that there was decalcification going on, and what was the solution, the right way to brush the teeth and gums (very important piece of info in my case). I did hear some useless remarks like “do you consume a lot of tea and spices?”. “-No I don’t!”, “fair complexioned people have yellow teeth” “-What?!” 5. I discussed with them about having to see another dentist in my hometown due to the covid situation, and requested them to send over the wires, brackets, records, etc. to me but they never did. Started avoiding my calls and messages instead. (After looking at their response): Yes, because of all the above, I’m glad that I could at least save the last installment amount! It’s costing me more than that here now anyway. Had you bothered to respond to my multiple calls and messages and send the requested material (on the last call when I suggested part payment in return for you sending the courier, your receptionist said “I’ll get back” but she never did! Hello!?), I would’ve felt obliged to pay you but you can forget it now. And btw, the 2 year duration that I’m mentioning is when I first started coming to your clinic before the braces procedure began. Your reply indicates that you haven’t understood my review at all. You’re saying I’ve written this review because you asked me for the last installment? Read the review again, there are 5 different complaints I’m making!
