The price for this property including the services are damn reasonable. Staff is polite, would assist the guesy in everything possible way. In short best property to stay in Bikaner if you are on a budget trip.

Awesome experience. Excellent service.. Well behaved1 staff. Money worth hotel i have ever seen in my professional life. Cant compare with another hotel. Neat and clean room full of Luxiouras in affordable price.

I stayed for one day.. staff was so cooperative… food was superb..I highly recommend this place for the solo female traveler’s… hygienic and safe place to stay!

Hotel was just at a walking distance from Bikaner railway station (5mins max) staffs were very cooperative and friendly. Time to time room services were being asked and gladly helped us on any queries. Good place to stay for family.

Hotel ka saara staff bada co operative hai or room are cleaned and well managed/ maintain Owner behaviour very nice 👍 and dinning room designed very spacious.

We had stayed here on 12 nov 22 , the room offered here are worst at a very high level price. Please dont go with the rating of these place. The ratings here are scam, hotel staff force their every guest to give them rating in front of them and so many give 5-stars rating due to it. Totally avoid it.

Very clean hotel and rooms, Staff are very cooperative and good, described every facilities and available every time when call them. Very good for family. Just infront of Bikaner Railway station. Must consider this hotel when come to Bikaner.

Solid room, very helpful staff. Issues with smoke getting into our room, and the bathroom smelled of mold. Hot shower was good and the bed was clean and excellent.

Had the best time here!! Rajat and everyone working at the hotel was amazing. Rooms were good with hot water! No issue with water stopping or water going cold. Room service delivered food on time and reception always lovely when answering the phone to send stuff up. We had some issues and needed help getting our bus to pushkar and also getting a parcel from jaisalmer but the hotel staff helped us immensely. Super responsive over whatsapp, sent recommendations on food and attractions and suggested a driver as well as snake dance! All amazing 10/10!

Right from check In to check out, it was as smooth as butter...people at the reception was super helpful... The best part was that left luggage facility where you can keep your luggage even after check out while doing a city tour... If u have a late night train...no problem...The hotel allows access to a common seating area and a toilet with shower facility!!!! Good job Hotel Shri Gourav...shall definetely visit again!!!

I got all expected facilities including room service, wifi etc. It was one the best experience for me. Thanks to Hotel Sri Gaurav.

If you check in early morning (1a.m.)and check out after 11:59 a. m. in same day then will charge for 2 days which is not jistified,I think so. I checked in 12:35 am and check out 9:35 pm on dated 12.10.22 and charged for 2 days. Cleaning and staff behaviour is highly appreciable.

Quite a small room but well kept and clean bedsheets, though the mattress was bit hard. It's very close to Junagadh Fort and other important locations. There is lot of voice that can be heard from the hotel. Can hear phone rings and bell ring from other rooms.

A very nice surprise here at the Hotel Shri Gourav. We just walked in off the street and asked for a room and they showed us various rooms for us to choose. We chose a top floor room which was clean and quiet considering it was next to train station. Service was fantastic as they help negotiate our taxi prices to ensure we weren't ripped off. Anyway, this is John and Rod off to our next city for another adventure.

"Homely friendly hotel Only stayed 1 night but the hotel has standard rooms and very clean. All the staff from reception to restaurant were really friendly. It is vey central and walking distance of all local shops cafes restaurants and bikaner railway station .

It was a Comfortable Stay. Hats off to the staff who were very active for any kind of issue. The hotel is near to Bikaner Railway Station. If you want a luxury stay in budget, then Checkin to the hotel. Overall experience was good👍

I have stay 2 night 3 days in this hotel during my official tour at Bikaner, Hotel room's are very neet and clean, hotel Staff is very sportive, nd food are very testy.
