The Vivanta is a great place to live in Aurangabad. It is in a great area and very green surroundings. It is quiet and peacfull. The hotel is quite beautiful inside too. It is well maintained and kept clean with great pieces of art around which is what the Taj group is known for. All the rooms are clean and tidy and all the toilets are clean too. Only problem around the pool area is the mosquitoes. If you sit there too long in the evening, you will get eaten alive. The restautants serve great food where the service is great & the staff are very friendly.👍😁

A very good experience. 5 stars to the rooms, service and food. The staff is at your service 24*7. The food was very good. My special request to provide something that you can eat while fasting was adhered to and they gave me an amazing packed breakfast. Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing. The chef in the kitchen came out every meal to make sure we liked the food and made us wonderful packed lunches for the days we ventured out for the whole day; the staff at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. The beds were comfortable. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it highly.

Good property. Staff is very courteous and hospitable. Starting from Front desk to restaurant to housekeeping all the staff pamper you and try to make you feel at home. Food at the restaurant is great. Property is huge. Surely keeps up the reputation of the taj brand.

We had stayed at Vivanta Aurangabad before, and this time too, the experience was great, staff were great (courteous, welcoming), service was awesome(timely). The in-house restaurant has varied options, and the chef and team were very friendly, and eager to help with custom requests. The room was nice, and we experienced the comfort and luxury of the hotel.

Second time staying in this hotel This hotel should not claim as a 5 star hotel. Since the service of front desk is fairly poor. I feel like i talk to a 1 star hotel service. The management skill is poor. The room and environment and food are all good!! Should change the whole front desk team that’s all :)

The staff was beyond exception, especially in the restaurant. I cannot rave enough about the kitchen team and the lovely food. The head chef was outstanding and our dining room servers were fabulous. THANK YOU! But, the grounds are not consistent with the quality I've come to know at the Taj Resorts. I understand they dropped a star in order to gain more customers, but you can't do that when you're iconically known for the highest standard in customer service and beautiful properties. I'll still consistently visit Taj, because your staff is superior and I have enjoyed my numerous vacations with you but...

I stayed in this hotel with my family on holiday. It is a wonderful hotel with beautiful ambience, excellent facilities and wonderful services. The hotel building is in a beautiful Moghul palace style with well-pointed lush gardens and in-the-garden dinning setting for guests. All rooms have beautiful views to the garden or the swimming pool. The staff are all super nice and are most helpful to attend your needs. I had a request for personal reasons to change the rooms and they arranged it happily for the second night of our stay. The kitchen staff are very nice (Santosh Shitak, Sainath Rathod) and will do any extra yard to meet your request. The rooms are good and very clean. It was a wonderful stay for the family. I highly recommend this hotel if you come to visit Aurangabad!

I could give more stars if the option was available . The rooms are amazing.view is serene and breakfast is just an experience in itself . Mr virendar sing in latitude was very warm and welcome . I have yet to stay here. I am trying to reserve a room and want to confirm a few details before confirming my reservation. The quality of their call center could be way better. I spent 1 hour connecting to their reservation assistant five times. I tried calling from three different numbers, but the voice was breaking every time, and there was a lot of disturbance. I could not hear them at all. I could listen to their operator, but the voice quality went to zero when they transferred it to the reservation officer. One time I could speak to an operator at length, but she blamed my network coverage. Ridiculous phone service, not even worth 1 star. There better outsource to a good quality call center. The one they are having is pathetic.

Superb hospitality. We chose this place for our wedding anniversary and they made every effort to make us feel special. Very kind and cooperative staff. It was a very pleasant experience. They took extra efforts and even couriered our forgotten items back to us. Thank you team Taj Vivanta.We look forward to come again.

It was excellent experience of Taj culture. Very well mannered staff at front desk, room service and dining room. Each one is very cartious, we specifically wish to mention the name VAISHNAVI , a staff in dining very polite and caring. We can't stop us to recommend all our knowing circle for Vivanta.

I was in Aurangabad for a meeting and We decided to meet at this place. My experience was excellent. Friendly staff and excellent service. Outside sitting in restaurant is very good. Gardens are very well maintained. You also get chance to look at old armors/paintings for display.

Like every other Taj, this place holds up its level of service. The staff is extremely courteous especially the restaurant staff namely Shyamal Mandal, Sarika and Pradip. Its a spacious property with fun minigames like Croquet and a mini golf area. There's also a lovely pool surrounded by beautiful lawns. All in all, loved my stay.

We (myself, wife and daughter) stayed at Vivanta from 26th to 29th Jan 23. a) The property is excellent with lots of greenery, open space, walkways, soft lighting along the pathways. I liked the color scheme of orange in the staircases. The lobby is spacious and well decorated. Swimming Pool is well maintained. b) Upasana Madam in the reception gave us an early and smooth checkin. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had a beautiful view of the swimming pool. The attached verandah was excellent. Beds, the single sofa ( orange and red combination ) and everything in the room was touched by class. Mr Shivaji Chauhan and Mr Mishra from housekeeping was always helpful and smiling and took care of our any extra needs c) The Latitude restaurant team service made our breakfasts and dinners something we looked forward to everyday. The spread was luxurious and each and every person in the restaurant took personal care of the guests. Mr Sainath Rathode (Chef), Mr Santosh ( Restaurant Manager), Mr Shyamal Mandal, Mr Pradeep, Ms Sheetal and Mr Bhattacharya (Chef) personally came and enquired everyday about the food and service. All our requests were kept with a happy and smiling face. Particularly liked the made to order stuffed parathas. On our last day, the team bid us goodbye with a Bon Voyage cake. One of the best Taj Hotels to stay. Located at centre of city, room service is quick, food is really authentic and delicious. The pool guy was very good serving us beer and taking care of us. Shahuji was very good in room service. I took photos during Full Moon, the palace looks really looks like actual Palace.

We had a lovely pit stop here while driving down from Mumbai to Nagpur. The staff is very polite and helpful. Property has gardens and games to keep kids and adults both occupied. Palace like architectural design is breathtaking at night!

Beautiful building. Breakfast and Dinner buffet was good, and the main chef & manager were friendly and helpful. The appliances and furniture in the room seemed to be a little dated, and bathroom looked 3-star-ish. Had an old tea cup (with tea bag still in the cup) in my patio, so I was a little skeptical on how much they pay attention to cleaning. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, and I would definitely consider this place again when coming back to Aurangabad.

It's an old property, needs updating and maintenance but on the other hand has the old Palace charm too! Taj hospitality is the best anywhere and the staff at Taj properties are the best! Excellent breakfast spread and we enjoyed room service for dinner which was prompt and was a healthy meal.

Beautiful property with Mughal-like architecture in tune with the location. Of course the service was warm and efficient as always with the Taj properties. Staff are so welcoming and helpful n attentive at all times. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Best place for wedding destination. My daughters wedding place. Management highly committed and co-operative. However scope to add few more rooms and atleast 1 more banquet hall.

I am writing this review after a long time of our stay. It’s a nice property in Aurangabad but has old looks and definitely needs some improvement to match with the Taj brand. The rooms are large and the twin beds are of good size. We were in room that had marble flooring and swing in the balcony. We were here during Holi vacations. The hotel had organised a small Holi celebrations in the garden area with some nice complimentary snacks, sweets and thandai. We had a nice time during the celebrations. Kids enjoyed playing with water from garden pipe. The hotel staff also joined in the celebrations. Over all nice experience.

We had an amazing stay here. Vivanta has beautiful architecture right from the entrance to the room interiors. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very polite, welcoming and helpful. I personally loved an ambiance more. It has lush green ways around. Serves really good food. Thanks to Chef Shubhadeep Bhattacharya and team Sagar, Swapnil, Aslam, Sarvesh, Shital, Santosh, Ambadas. I would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here for two Nights.It was overwhelmed experience with taj aurangabad.it is soul peace location totally Greens surrounding.great hospitality. Very humble and polity staff with smiling Face and always eager to do their best for their guests.they even planed surprise decoration and cake for our son birthday celebration.specily thanks Sandipji and miss Upasna for that.even thanks a lot for heavenly yum food chef him self Mr.Sainath, Mr.Vikram, Mr. Dheeraj and Mr.Santosh.we love to come every year. This was one of my best stays in Aurangabad, and I am glad I chose Vivanta for my short trip to Aurangabad. I wanted to give a surprise to my wife for her birthday by choosing a great stay and I was pleasantly surprised by Vivanta who made it more memorable by organising it special for us. They decorated the rooms with balloons and flowers, and made special arrangement for birthday cake... All this made me and my wife awestruck! The entire services were exceptional right from reception to restaurant to administrative and facilities. We had booked all meals - breakfast, Lunch, dinner and it was the best choice to go with, otherwise the food would have costed quite handsomely. The chef did an amazing job as I loved the mutton curry and other non vegetarian items. The entire staff were so very caring and provided very good service and ensured our stay was a perfect experience. I would like to take few names like Mr Gautam pandya for helping me with my booking, Ms Upasana at reception, Shalin, Arun, Sankete Iqbal. This team did wonderful job! Thankyou so much to the entire team. Next time if visit Aurangabad l, I know where I need to put up.

We stayed at Taj Aurangabad nearest point to visit Ellora and Ajanta. Its a beautiful property. On arrival greeted by a very courteous Lata was a pleasant surprise to see a lady in the front welcoming us. Our room was clean with plenty of water and a very comfortable bed. Having stayed in other Taj properties a few things needs updating hence the reason for rating a 4* i.e. we couldn't use the garden cafe as it was being maintained, Towels and cushions needs updating in bedroom and a few minor things like plumbing needs attention. We totally understand with covid pandemic businesses have suffered and given time it will get resolved. We compliment the restaurant staff. They were excellent at all times especially Amba and team couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable. He even got the chef to prepare food to our requirements and the chef came in person to see to us. The breakfast food was the best with and great coffee and plenty of food options. Again as mentioned a few things needs updating fresh juices(rather then cartoon) including the toasting machine. We would stay at this property again.
