EXPRESS SERVICE ANYMORE.. NO PROPER SERVICE.. Same problem will exist again n again... After service.. A lady will call for feedback.. When u report.. She will pretend as if they care... She will ask to bring vehicle again.. When u take vehicle there.. Again.. Same story.. TVS & Co should relieve ARASU and find an alternative. BELOW POOR! .

    Dear All, After a decade of riding a gear bike, I wished to have a scooter model vehicle. So I visited this showroom, there was literally no rush or crowd, yet the sales people were extremely careless and unprofessional. They didn't even want to provide basic details about the vehicle. I went to book TVS Jupiter, I had visited this showroom 3 times and experienced very bad response and reception every time. - First time went to get some basic details and take a look at the vehicle. No proper response, so I turned back. - Second time I went and asked for the quotations and they said they don't have quotation book available. So will share through WhatsApp, but later they sent brochure of the vehicle and cropped part of excel sheet, which they will be having on their hands as a price list of all models. Which was a worst part of their response. - Third time I went for booking directly with all necessary documents. I was about to book immediately, but still I didn't felt happy with their behavior and responses. When I visited earlier they said ready stock is available, at time of booking they said 20days waiting period. My wish for buying a vehicle was turned into bad experience because of their negligence. It's best to avoid this showroom, even though it's nearby. I Will never step in this place again.

    Very Very Worst Showroom...No proper response for any of my queries. They don't even pick my phone calls once I booked the vehicle. I booked a Jupiter125 with them. But It took 1 month for them to tell me that it will take another 15 days to deliver the bike. And in that one month my job is to call them every 2-3 days to ask for an update. But they never took my call in a single ring. When they take my call they spoke harshly and told me it will take another 2 days to deliver the bike but they never delivered any bike to me. MY KIND ADVICE TO THEM "IF YOU DONT WANT TO GIVE PROPER RESPONSE TO YOUR CUSTOMER THEN DONT DO THIS BUSINESS.JUST CLOSE. I am unable to give 0 star rating. So giving 1 star rating.

    One of the worst service I had in my life,this is second time i have been disappointed with the service. TVS company should think of before giving franchise to these type of unethical vendors- Arasu TVS I gave my streak @9 Am and the delivery time is @ 5pm, I didn't get any update (call)till 4 pm,then I called the number they said they didn't started the work,then @ 5pm I called they said that the started working on the Vehicle. Believe it or not they did the service in 45 min (Guinness world record) by Arasu TVS. Now tell me how will be service obviously it will be worst. So those who are seeing this review do not go to Arasu TVS. Go to some other service center.

    Don't be misled by the 4 star rating, I guess the owners rig the Google reviews. Worst behaviour and customer service. It is actually the GM/Owner who behaves rudely and disrespect customers. So there is no way for grievance redressal. They don't have basic manners and use bad words against customers without any respect for even senior citizens. Never had such an experience in my entire life. They don't even deserve one star. If Google provided an option I would have surely given them negative rating. Will never step in this direction again.

    Worst TVS service center. Most often they will say no stock for many of the spares. Often my vehicle was returned without addressing the main problem reported. They will just change the oil and do washing. They don't seem to understand the main issue reported by the customer or they simply don't care. Don't go here and waste your time/money/energy - useless.

    Had multiple service attempts in a single month for my apache bike without issue being resolved. There is no proper response or followup. Either service personnel are not aware of how to fix it - or they are just trained to change engine oil and clean the vehicle alone. Please do consider servicing your vehicle if the problem is complex - better to approach other dealership.

    Good thing is They provide service on Sundays too... Quality of service is not consistent all times... Mostly they will complete service within a day itself.... Update on March 2022: Quality of service is diminishing No response for customer queries πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘ Water wash in pathetic... Even we can wash better with facilities in home 😐😐

    There are no zero-star options available; otherwise, I would have given that rating. The sales and service are subpar as well. I purchased my bike six months ago, and at the time of delivery, I informed them that I would pick it up at 4:30 pm. However, when I arrived, the bike was left outside and covered in dust. This was the worst experience I've ever had. They eventually took my bike, washed it, and returned it to me around 7:00 pm. I spent approximately Rs. 2 Lakhs on my bike, but there was no respect for my time as a customer. Recently, I encountered an issue and brought it in for service on a Saturday. They were unresponsive regarding when it would be ready, and they only called me on Monday to inform me that it would take 10 days to replace the product. This is a clear example of poor customer service, with no regard for the customer's time. I would recommend considering another showroom or a different brand altogether.

    welcoming during new vehicle buy is good, but after service is poor, not taking the vehicle for the first service even we visited two times , they refused both the times ! because it is free service they are saying frankly they wont take it,

    Worst service. Only when you purchase a bike the service they provide will be good. They say its free service but they charge every time you leave your bike for service. Not even a water wash is done during the service. Least expected from TVS.

    I bought a new scooty Pep+ for my father. They didn't even call for First Free Service. They said, we have already informed you on the day of delivery. I said, we might forget. But it's your duty to follow up with the customer for the regular service. I was not happy with the way they spoke. After speaking to the manager srinivasan he said I promise you to get the best service and he said I cannot provide you the first free service, but I will provide the 5th paid service as free service.

    The worst service ever for a bike if you want to save your time please dont go there. my 7month apache rtr 200 4v got an issue with ECU and the bike was not starting i gave my bike for the service and it was morethan 30days now 02/02/2023 they were not giving me my bike, not attending the call, poor customer service. what they were doing for 1month! brought the bike for the indian brand and now i am suffering from them. BECAUSE OF THE SHOWROOM LIKE ARASU TVS,TVS BECOME THE WORST BRAND FOR THEIR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Felt very bad for buying an indian brand TVS. PAYING MY OWN MONEY FOR GETTING DEPRESSED AND SHAME FOR BUYING THE BIKE.

    Everything was flawless. I chose a model/color that was already in stock so delivery was fast. Anitha was professional and stuck to her commitment all the time. Paperwork was smooth and efficient. Delivery was given exactly as per time commitment and vehicle was ready when I reached the dealership. I hope their service will also be as good.

    Instead of finding the problem they always try to convince us that, issues in bikes are common and we meed not worry about and instruct us to drive with the fault. Mechanics are also not so skilled. Even the senior mechanics are convincing us to drive the bike without worrying about the issues. The spare parts section is also very lazy and slow. That girl in spare parts section always refuses to place order, if the stock is not available at that time. Then how can I get genuine parts? Atlast I took my bike to local mechanic shop, there they adjusted my clutch wire from touching the radiator and the cost was just Rs30. If some higher officials are seeing this please inspect your workers and talk directly with customers about the issues as and when possible.

    I don't know how to give a ZERO rating. I think that should be introduced mainly for this TVS service. I have been using only TVS for more than 2 decades. But it was a Very worst experience with their service people. I purchased my scooty from them, when I went for 3rd free service they told me my battery was not working. Those people asked me whether I changed the battery when I didn't take the vechicle anywhere else for service and they took nearly 45 days to reply whether it comes under warranty. All those 45 days my vehicle was at their place. No proper response from them. Every time i called they would give me some reason and would ask me to wait till next week. After a long follow up they told me warranty has expired. I was using my vehicle for my daily work commute. Without any other option, I asked them to just return my scooty without replacing the battery.When i took the battery to a local battery shop they told me just by looking at the number u can verify its warranty which is just a few minutes work and the version of the battery in the new scooty was a very old one.These people gave me a very bad experience trusting any other TVS service centre. Their services Don’t even deserve one star rating.

    We want to book TVS Zest model scooter, we waited for 1 hour, sales person didn't come, very bad response and reception. No fan and no AC for customers. Fully occupied by house flies. Totally gained a worst experience at Arasu TVS, Kunrathur branch.

    I gave my Ntorq for paid service and clearly mentioned other issues in the job sheet. They didn't service my vehicle for one day and when I called in the evening of same day they said will start next day morning as they will start paid service vehicle only after completing the vehicles which has come for free service. I can't get this, then why they are taking for service if they can't do on a particular day. Next day morning they called and said that parts which I requested to replace (Cone set)are in good condition only, no need of replacement and they did genral service only and within next 1.30 hours I got call saying vehicle is ready for delivery ( was surprised how's that possible). As soon as I took the vehicle out from service centre vehicle got switched off by itself few times. Next day I checked with the nearby mechanic, he opened and found that carburettor was not cleaned, new spark plug was also not working fine and cone set was totally gone, has to be replaced. Even in general service just they are only replacing the parts like spark plug, air filter, engine oil but they have not even touched the carburettor to clean which is a basic thing to be done in general service. Their only thing is to charge the customer in the name of spare parts replacement and labour charges but not to service the vehicle and solve the customer complaints. I request to not get fooled in the name of authorised service centre. Better can go out to a good mechanic which will be very genuine and transparent. Wondering how they got the 4 star rating...!!

    I have worst experience with Arasu TVS. I handover my bike for General service + New shock absorber and new indicators installation, they agree and accepted. In the time of delivery, they did only General service, and I asked them for new spare parts installation, they advised me that, you buy the spare parts other shops currently we are out of stock. They have no spare parts and reckless services. Their service only for money and not for customers satisfaction. Conclusion. Arasu TVS don't have Spare parts. They have only General service.

    Sales is bad, scratched my new vehicle during delivery. Service is bad, not able to fix the throttling issue in my vehicle even after leaving the vehicle for few days. Go here if you get better deals.

    Firstly, their delivery timings is after 6pm. In my case, there was a physical damage however they passed qc. When I asked for qc pass sticker, they said they dont stick it nowadays. I then asked for a proof and denied to take delivery. Providing helmet along with 2 wheeler is a mandate and per law. I had to mention that to get it. Btw RC delays are ridiculous, taking more than 2.5 months and still counting. Wont recommend arasu tvs even to my enemy.

    My vehicle is just 2 years old. But from Arasu motors. Once, in 6 montsh we service at Arasu only. My last service was done on 15th July. Vehicle did not start next day onwards. We submitted teh vehicle again on 20th July, we were told that battery has problem & we have to replace. We agreed & paid. Vehicle stoped on our return home. Its not starting also. Check invoice no: 2011

    I have called the showroom twice, for getting the details about TVs XL 100 vehicle. The lady who attended my call have told that an executive will get in touch with you. But no one has called me. It seems to be that they are self sufficient in sales and they don't want any further sales.

    Pls don't buy from Arasu Tvs, they are cheaters, very very very very very worst worst worst service, they are cheating on spare parts...they don't pick the phone, make the customers to wait for long time, if there is option to give -0 rating I would have given, I have ever seen such a worst customer support service team, really disappointed that TVS team has given dealership to these kind of worst people, they don't respect the customers even a single person in the Arasu TVS from the watch man to the sales person and head of the service...

    Very worst experience. I took my scooty zest for service and the person who attended the service is unaware of the vehicle at all which means as she doesn't have knowledge on what is the issue. Finally call logged and delivered a day later however worst service bcoz in my entire 8 year's of service this is the only service centre that serviced with problem that I have never experienced earlier. After servicing, my scooty stops suddenly in few metres which means abruptly stops 10 times for 1 km. I took too local mechanic he changed the power fuse but the reason is they did some poor service at Arasu service centre. At that time onwards I stopped servicing my vehicle at Arasu TVS

    Hi, I have booked TVS Jupiter Classic drum brown colour on 20th october 2022. We have booked by advance payment, they told us that scooter will be delivered in 10 to 15 days. But after 11 days they have called me and informed that we booked for 4 lots butΒ  jupiter classic model drum brown colour not available and also they are telling about availability time date. I dont know Why thisΒ  communication given now . So i am cancelling my booking and refund my advance payment amount. For refund they are asking letter for that. In this showroom Mr. Mugesh supported us upto his level. But tvs didn't support him & us. So i will never come back to tvs. I didnt expect this will happen in tvs showroom.

    I Had the Most Smooth Experience in Buying my iQube from Arasu TVS. They Helped me with Vehicle Booking and RTO Formalities with such a ease. I even Got My Vehicle Home Delivered free of Cost. Their Hospitality is Excellent. I would Much Recommend them than Other TVS Dealers.

    After inquiry using the phone number got from Google, Danalakhsmi mam contacted within an hour from Araau TVS and later in the evening I had seen the models of ntorq and purchased it. The process is very smooth and all the personnel here is very friendly. they helped me to choose the best model. Also after 4 days on I got the delivery message. all this are well processed. And mam is very cooperative.

    Good customer experience right from the time of enquiry through the vehicle delivery. Got a better exchange deal. Mr. Arun who attended me was very responsive even after I took the delivery of the vehicle. Best place to buy 2 wheelers.
