A short walk from Music academy, the stay was pleasant. Staff good. Cleanliness good. Wifi connectivity good. They don't have a functional resturant. But they do have a make shift galley and food may be ordered to room. Food was tasty and well prepared. The complimentary breakfast is simple but satisfying. Pricing could be cheaper. Particularly when the duration of stay is longer, and when the place doesn't have 100% occupancy.

The stay here was pleasant, with all the basic amenities required for a short accommodation. Complimentary breakfast was provided on all days, even though we needed it earlier than the usual kitchen timings. Lunch and dinner is available on request and some refreshments were also procured on request. The manager makes sure that all our needs are met and advises regarding travel recommendations and nearby facilities pretty well. Thanks Mr.Vadivelu and team for a smooth experience.

Excellent service with a smile at the front desk - accommodative, prompt and with good quality. The boys are from various parts of Eastern India - who deserve a break. They are honest and hard working too. The location couldn't be better and the pricing is value for money. Their tie up with the nearby hotel - for breakfast - is handy.

Located at a convenient place. Friendly staff at reception to allot room quickly. Facility for room service available. Areas that need Improvement for me use this facility again..1. Quality of linen and towels need to improve a lot. Bed was not comfortable especially due to the linens possibly not washed to best hygiene. 2. Towels quality and wash quality very poor and mot hygienic.. 3. Bathrooms have very minimal convenience even no soap holders. Broken facilities and poorly maintained fittings. 4. Step in to bathroom makes safety an issue. 5. Window type poorly maintained AC very noisy and controls not working. Overall rooms are not at all worth the money I paid. 6. The night from 1130 onwards heavy noise from outside not allowing me to sleep at all. When tried to call reception at 0030 hrs only security answered and was not sure what to do nor he knew whom to call. Wonder how an emergency will be managed as i did not get any info what number to call. Rooms are not sound proof and hence I had to face internal AC noise and Externally from some other source. Overall a bad experience. I am sure the management will use my candid views to Improve the facility quickly

Great place for business visits , this place was an easy access to all the places in Chennai. It has become like our second home.. great hospitality, friendly service, trustable place, neat rooms and good breakfast! All the staffs were kind and nice.

I had a really great experience especially with the service of the Hotel Management and Staff, everyone was extremely helpful and kind and the area is great. I felt very safe during my stay and can only recommend it!

I had a short stay at Lloyd's serviced apartments and arrived at an odd time in the early morning. The staff at the reception helped me check in without hassle. Mr. Vadivel had already arranged everything the previous night itself. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed in Lloyds Guest House, Chennai in December 2023 for 17 days. We also stayed previously in few occasions. We found our last stay was slightly expensive but also found the room is more clean. Mr Vadivel took very prompt action whenever we need something or had some issue. They added chef and kitchen at the guesthouse recently. Food was cooked and delivered to room when we ordered few times. Food was excellent. Other staff are also friendly and helpful. We hope to stay again during our next trip to Chennai as well.

I searched many places and found this. It is very clean and polite staff. The room is big one with sufficient space and worth of money spent in that area. The staff specially Manager Vadivel, so polite and very helping. We stayed there for about a week and during the time, we called reception many times for various requests, they helped in everything and made us comfortable as we were new to Chennai. The room is very clean and maintained well with regular cleaning. Strongly recommend this place

I stayed @ their royapettah hotel, With my wife and kid. It's a safe place for staying with your family. The staff.. especially the care taker was very responsive, courteous and was always readily available to attend to our needs. The cook was very cordial and he prepared the food as per our requirement. The care taker was genuinely attentive... I would definitely recommend this place to any one who wishes a hassle free stay...

I stayed here for two days. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, the room service is quick, the people are very polite and responsive. My stay here was very good i would highly recommend it to anyone around this area.

We visited the place in extreme summers, but our comfortable stay in the hotel made the whole journey so pleasant that I would recommend to stay here again. Very courteous staff. Always willing to help. Due to proximity to city Center and temples we prefer to stay here. A good, safe place to stay with family.

The staff here were very welcoming, friendly and hospitable the whole length of our stay. They helped us book taxis online as we didn't have an Indian bank account and helped us with registering for Indian SIM cards by receiving an OTP to their number for us. The room was large with plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases. We had a delicious free breakfast delivered to our room each morning - South Indian or omelette on toast plus tea or coffee. Every floor had a drinking water dispenser that was always topped up. There is a good sized lift so no need to lug heavy cases up the stairs. The location was very good, just a 30 minute walk from the beach or a short tuk tuk drive away. Also there was an ATM right across the street and the India Bank office was always useful for giving tuk tuk drivers directions back to the hotel. Overall a lovely stay with lovely staff-highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay with family. Very cordial staff. Mr.Vadivel , the room boys and the kitchen staff were very well behaved. The food served from their kitchen is very homely and tasty.

Stayed here for more than 3 weeks. Safe place to stay. Mr. Vadivel and the receptionist were very polite and helpful. I stayed for one month to pursue Celta course in British Council. The attenders and the manager provided the best care. The property has 360 degree surveillance and home made food available anytime. The stay was amazing especially the manager Vadivel in the reception was so kind and helpful. The location is walkable distance to the US consulate. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a decent stay in a good locality.

(1) The counter staff Mr Vadivel was very polite and good. The other staff hardly showed any interest in our presence. (2) Complementary breakfast was ok. No variety. (3) No hot-water kettle in the room (but I guess Agoda said it's there). (4) Minimal lighting in the room. I could not read in the room since there was not a single bright-enough light. (5) The WORST part however is the PARKING facility. Open parking with the LEAST-COOPERATIVE SECURITY ATTENDANT. Huge chambers jutting out of the floor in the parking lot damaged my car tyre everytime I parked and took out my car. One day, I had forgotten to lock my car, and the inside light had remained switched on for over 7 hours. The attendant told me this when I next went to my car. He could have informed the counter staff to intimate the same to me, but didn't bother to.

Excellent place for family stay. Rooms are good and service is excellent. we stayed for one day , the manager, staff and restaurant chef all are very good humble, kind and always ready to help/guide you.

This service apartment is in heart of the city. Location is very awesome. Beach is nearby, malls are nearby, you can almost access all the areas from here. I stayed for many months in this hotel and it has became like my second home. Since its located at center of the city, u can access anywhere from here easily. The rooms are big enough to move around and they maintain it with all hygiene measures. Customer service and hospitality are highly appreciable. Especially the manager Mr Vadivel is best in his job and so helping. Will recomend for all type of stay and u will be happy for the stay.

The place is very good. The staff is also very supportive. They offer good accommodation considering the area and the price in that area. The only problem which I faced was that the breakfast was not available even though it was opted for. However, you get a lot of places in the nearby area for your breakfast.

The primary reason for feeling good about the stay was the helpful nature of Mr.Vadivel, the manager. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. He is an asset to the owner of this service apartment. The two negative points about the room were 1. The walls of the room had some stains and so needed painting. 2. The plumbing should be improved and in particular, the water stagnation in the wash basin. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Mr Vadivel who is the manager is very courteous, attentive and super helpful. The housekeeping staffs are also very kind. We stayed almost 25 days and it became our second home. Only minus was interior it can be redone.

Rooms offered to us at a very nominal cost in a location which is in heart of the City. Service is exceptional. Mainly Manager Vadivelu attends to each request of ours in person like ensuring the cleanliness of the rooms, avlblty of water bottles, effective AC, heater functioning etc., He arranges us Coffee and refreshments too at an affordable cost. Management is working on providing food to Customers and Vadivelu assured that this facility will be avlble in a weeks time max

Me and my friend were staying in the Hotel for a month, the accommodation provided by them was so good, the staffs were very friendly and approachable and whenever you ask them to do something(cleaning, food, water,..) they’ll do it no matter what the time is. It’s a safe place for women who are looking for a place to stay alone and comfortable. Definitely will recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in this area.

The apartment is located in a good area. Marina beach, railway station, Express Avenue mall, Parthasarathy swami temple, Ramakrishna math, Sankar nethralaya are all in close proximity. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Visited with family. Room was spacious and clean. Manager and staff was very cooperative. As a tourist, many tourist places was easily accessible. Price is also reasonable considering location. 24 hour checkin is also an advantage.
