I'm impressed by how i was treated by Monisha at the store. She took my number and called me to notify that there were discounts for a watch that i had liked earlier. Smooth delivery. Keep up the good work Monisha!! Happy to see accountability in you.

It has a good staff support who responds quickly and tried to get the service that you want, whether it is the latest in the catalog or spare parts for casio watches bought somewhere else. Recently a strap was replaced successfully by them with no issues. Some of the products seem to be highly priced, but the quality is worth it. It is located on the upper ground floor of Rmz Galleria mall(Yelahanka).

The people who work here are horrible. I had given my Casio watch for repair. I told them beforehand that I need the watch to look clean when they give it back and yet when I received the watch back I could remove the dirt and unwanted particles from my own hands but they refused to clean it. And their attitude was pretty upsetting. As soon as I walked into the store the shopkeeper was least bothered to help me he was just engaged in his phone. This place is the absolute worst I've been to. Please try to visit a different store. This store is just disgusting.

I had been to this casio store to pick up my Casio digital keyboard yesterday. I picked the keyboard in the packed condition. The store manager was good enough to offer to keep the packed items namely the keyboard, keyboard stand and the carry in bag all the way to the mall's basement parking. While setting up the keyboard at home I found that the keyboard adaptor wasn't there. Immediately i called up the store manager Mr. Arvind. His response was so comforting, when he assured me to deliver it at my home by today forenoon. To my pleasant surprise he was at my doorstep much before the expected time! This I felt, is customer Care; to the customer's delight. Casio store RMZ Galleria mall Yelahanka will surely gain, when Mr. Arvind is around. May his tribe grow!

I was recently visiting the area from the UK and went to this shop thinking about buying the latest GShock Mudmaster GWG2000. Syed Zubair who was working there could not have been more helpful. He even delivered the watch to my hotel the following day! He was a great guy and his knowledge was superb. Many thanks again Syed, and would highly reccomend using this shop.

I purchased Casio watch in this showroom last year on21 April 2021. Watch is under warranty but they are asking money for battery replacement.

Not at all happy with this store. One of the worst Casio store in terms of customer service! I visited the store in the evening at 8pm. I wanted a particular model, G5600E-1DR. There were two employees in the store and both of them were least bothered to even assist me. One of them was sitting at the counter, wearing earphones and not even bothered what the customer is asking instead of assisting me and the other younger guy was obviously clueless about the model and it's specifications. After I kept insisting that I need this particular model, they did a random check on the Casio online shopping website and told me it's not available anywhere in India and they can't get it for me!! Such callous and horrible behaviour! BUT guess what? I got the exact same model available in another Casio store and they got it for me within 3 days! I'm an avid G-Shock collector and I've been buying them for years! Shame on you for such DISGUSTING customer service. I'll make sure to let everyone know about the pathetic lousy customer service in this particular store and tell them to avoid this store!

A great Casio store with wide range of watch models to choose form. Thsy have the Casio vintage collection ,so if you are an old timer like me seeing the calculator watches will bring smile to your face.A very knowledgeable executive, Syed, who was able to provide all details. If you are looking for a Casio Watch and are in North Bangalore do vist this store in RMZ Galleria Mall.

I would like to give zero rating for this store and the staffs over there. I went to this store to get my watch battery replaced and I had to wait for half hour for the technician to come as he was on break. By the time he came there were two more customers waiting to get their watch repaired. The technician came and repaired their watch first and made me to wait for another 15mins. When I questioned the staff his response was nothing and he just smiled and said sir pay the bill.

Helpful, courteous, and efficient customer service at this Casio showroom in Yelahanka. Very prompt attention to specific requests and timely service! Would like to specifically mention Mr Sanjay Jain's professional support throughout the purchase process and his and Mr Aravinda's routine follow-ups.

This is one of the most sleepiest showsrooms in the mall. The manager Nasser is so lazy. He would not give you details even when you specifically asks for. He does not have knowledge about the watches. Very bitter experience.

Had a Casio Youth watch got it from Flipkart, damaged. Went to this showroom along with all "paperworks". They took it in, apparently it was beyond repair for some reason. They replaced it with a new watch. Really good customer service and every service status was updated to me on time via phone. Highly recommended shop. Special thanks to Zubair.
