Today is a sad day for me. I lost my cat of nine years BRETA. I'm humbled by Dr Gowda and his team. I've known Dr Gowda 18 years now and he's never lost one of mine (dogs or cats). I thank you Sir for handling this crisis Many years ago Breta as a kitten tore her leg on a bougainvillea thorn. Dr Gowda saved her then. Again a few years later, she developed some form of bone cancer. Again Dr Gowda saved her and gave us 9 years of happiness. And today I saw my pain in his eyes. Breta and I salute you Dr Basavanna Gowda. I also thank Drs Karthik, Babita and Sachin. Not only is Dr Gowda the best, his team and services are incomparable. A hug and thank you to Anand who just broke down. Trust me, I know....! I've seen Dr Gowda and his practice grow. In all these years he's never overcharged anyone. He even adviced me to take my 6 kittens to CUPA for cauterization. But, I chose his sure hands for 5 month old TINA, because he's the best.

If you love your pets one bit … don’t take them there . Don’t do it … my girl (dog) was pregnant full term… took her there since we felt there may be complications… they delayed C section and she ended up delivering 2 puppies both died … but not one staff is available there to look at or take care of … we had to scream and call for doctors. But hardly anyone is available… we force them for a C section since we value our girl so much … she delivers 5 healthy pups and the hospital steals one … they refuse to show us our puppy and told us it had died… but the hospital sheet clearly said 5 puppies delivered … they steal your babies… their staff agreed later on one puppy was taken away by them (for the sake of their job they begged us to not tell the name)… let’s thank the doctors and the staff for making sure they destroy our hopes and crush our hearts the way they treat our family … our animals… uneducated lot paid peanuts to take care and manage your animals . They want money and they will do anything for that. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.. They do not care!!

Don't even wanted to give a single star. I don't suggest this hospital at night hours I am so happy with the day time doctor. Very very compassionate , but the night shift doctor is so unknowledged . He din't even tell me properly what happened to my dog,, when asked he simply said arrogantly said he is fine. As pet parents we r worried about our kids. We would like to know what happened and what better can be done. Just giving treatment without telling pet parents isn't agreed. I request them to put him between best doctors so that emergency treatments like in case wouldnt have any problem, and put a experienced doctor at night. Bcus night hours we come only for serious issues. I request them, Pls.

Sudheeksha Pet Hospital deserves a 4 or 5-star review. I would have given it a 5-star rating if I hadn't experienced the issue mentioned below. I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Phaneendra V S, whom i found to be highly lacking the qualities one expects from a medical practitioner. My encounter with Dr. Phaneendra V S left me with a sense of frustration and concern. It is important to note that effective communication and trust are crucial when seeking medical care, and unfortunately, Dr. Phaneendra V S fell short in these areas. During my initial consultation, Dr. Phaneendra V S informed me that the first vaccine would cost 1200rs and the second vaccine would be 600rs. Based on this information, I planned and budgeted accordingly for my pet's vaccination schedule. However, when I arrived for the second vaccination, I was surprised to find that the cost is 1400rs, without any prior notification or discussion. I have 2 pets so the cost i planned as per the discussion was 1200rs but hearing to the total cost as 2800rs after the vaccination was a sudden shock. My concern is not about the charges, (i m ready to pay the fees for the service i took, which i did pay.) but the lack of communication and transparency surrounding the pricing should improve. It is crucial for healthcare professionals to provide accurate and updated information about the costs involved so that we can come prepared and make informed decisions. Transparency in pricing is an important aspect of any professional service, including healthcare. It helps us to make informed choices, avoid unexpected financial burdens, and maintain trust in the healthcare provider. Unfortunately, in this case, the lack of transparency in communicating the revised pricing for the vaccinations has left me dissatisfied with the overall experience. I sincerely hope the management takes this concern seriously and works towards implementing necessary changes.

Dr. Gowda has been treating my pets since 2008/2009. We have known him from the time he did home visits to him owning a pet hospital, Sudeeksha. He has a magical hand wrt the surgeries. He is an excellent veterinarian. Anand is a good hand to Dr. Gowda. Dr. Kallahalli is another good internal medicine guy who is treating my pet with diabetes. Overall, they are kind and treat pets well. Dr. Gowda is usually very busy but I guess he is building a good and trustworthy team. Thank you for everything.

WORST Experience of my Life. I went their with 3 puppies who had eaten something poisonous, doctor wasn't able to identify anything about the situation, hence he gave them some charcoal liquid and glucose and he charged us 1900 for this.. Even more SHOCKING thing was that after leaving, 1 of the puppy died just 5 min after doctor's treatment, second puppy died in a few hours and the third puppy is still very sick.. I want to know who made him a doctor who couldn't even detect a simple thing that whether puppies were okay or not and what are his metrics for charging so high for a very bad treatment..

Transparency about pricing is absent. I took my dogs for the first time here, based on a friends reco. I should've read the lowest reviews here first, then i wouldnt have been ripped off 4k The front desk team is pleasant and so are the assistants. The vet , Dr Umesh, seemed trustworthy and competent at first, and was sharing pros and cons of different treatment plans etc. In the chaos of many health complaints, prescriptions, and treatments/grooming, the vet prescribed an anti tick tablet for my dogs instead of our usual spot on. He should've told us about the price upfront esp since we were asking for the price of every other aspect Before leaving, we asked the assistant to administer the tablet and we finally get billed 4k for something we could've spent just a few hundreds. If that's is the eagerness to prescribe expensive drugs I would question their ethics, competence, and quality of care.

Last Thursday, there was an accident with our little bongo, he fall down from 2nd floor, we got so panicked to see bleeding from nose and mouth. It was morning 7am, we took him to this hospital, they have immediately taken care of, and did all the necessary emergency things with at most care. Thank you so much Sudeeksha Hospital's staff and doctors.. Bongo is doing well now. Thank you so much for saving our Bongo from the critical conditions..

Used to be better at least when I used to initially take my pet 5 years ago. Dr Gowda and the assistants were very friendly towards the pets. It’s now run by either interns or Dr Umesh who prescribes the most expensive medication available. When I took my dog that was dehydrated a few months back, he prescribed a sachet of ORS that was ₹700 for one. When asked if I could give regular Electral available for ₹25, he said yes. You could. I mean… WHAT?!?! This time, it was another doctor who looked inexperienced. None of them have a kind word to say to the scared pet anyway, but this time, an injection was given to my pet, without even showing me what the injection was. He went out to another room, filled the syringe with God—knows-what, and injected my pet. When asked, he said it was a mild steroid. No name was still given when asked. During billing, I noticed that the injection name was missing again. So u asked the receptionist to write it down. What if my dog had an allergic reaction to this injection? What’s the proof that it was administered? Anti-biotics were billed for; but no prescription with the frequency was mentioned, like a regular vet does. Have been going here for the past 5 years, but high time I change my dog’s vet. He deserves doctors who treat him right, unlike you guys.

I wouldn't like to give a single star due to their money minded attitude and they won't even give a proper medication in the first consultancy and they wanted bring us again and again to have money, My 7 months puppy was having just a normal fever and they said we need to do blood test after the blood test they said for the confirmation of disease we need to do an another test they don't say in the begging in the simple way I can say is They want to loot our money they won't even provide which vaccination did they give in the treatment in prescription last thing I would say is. I request everyone not to visit this hospital.

Our cat (Minnu) was diagnosed with a kidney problem. We came to know about Sudheeksha and started taking our cat there. The facilities are very good, the treatment is excellent and they take good care if all pets. The Condition of our cat improved fast. Special thanks to Dr. Babita and Dr. Raveendra. All the doctors & staff are very kind and helpful.

I do not recommend this clinic. They can't diagnose the cause but advice various tests. Even after carrying out the tests they are not able to diagnose the cause & wrong treatment is given. This is in a way cruelty towards animals - People opting for this profession must atleast have kindness towards animals. Take more money but atleast treat the pet properly is my request. Inefficient or moneyminded doctors , iam not sure . My pet has died and I will never ever again visit this place , neither will I recommend this pet hospital to anybody.

My pet suffered stomach bloat and twisted stomach it was real fatal and emergency!! Fortunately like an angel Dr Gouda sir and his team immediately diagnosed the problem and started major surgery after conducting 1.5 hours surgery Dr Gouda sir successfully performed!! Dr karthik is the best man to consult in Bangalore i feel. Very humble. Efficiently working. He will charge less also. You can keep your pets in his hand carefree because he knows how to handle any animal. All my birds and dogs have been treated well by him and they get proper resolutions and get well asap.

Our experience with this hospital was really good. The doctors attended to our Fila dog immediately and the treatment was very promt. The attenders and the staff were very efficient and caring towards our dog. So keep up the good work

The doctors are not well-versed. Recently I took my baby kittens as they were unwell and they processed deworming which was not necessary. My kittens died by next morning. Please do not go to this hospital if you have sensitive pets. This place is irresponsible To be clear not once have any of my kittens died in early mortality.and not once had to deworm them and not due to malnourishment.. Your doctors should have prescribed Proteins and that would have been enough.. Your assumptions led them to their demise and my lose as I said you do not have any well-versed staff available And this is just not my personal opinion there are many who have suffered loses here and this is going on from years.. What I observed is the sarcastic replies you get once you leave a review as well. Hope this helps someone who is rushing to save their pets avoid this place, if you do this will be the last time you will see them live.

Worst possible pet hospital for emergency needs, night doctor couldn’t care less about a pet , we lost our pet because of their negligence

Dr. Gowda is the all time best, really understand the pain of animals. Handling staff is also good. But please be careful of the receptionist she is I'll mannered, need to go through some training on how to behave, very annoying and rude. I am not sure whether it will be taken care but still need to warn the people who are going for any kind of treatment for their pets. !!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THE RECEPTIONIST!!!

Worst hospital... I lost my pet bcoz of these foolish doctors, they are fit for nothing.. they dint even know the cause and what treatment to be given, they all were in the state of confusion till the end.. my pet died because of the carelessness of these doctors. I regret why did i take my pet to this hospital.... Plz don't take your beloved animals to this hospital coz they will just charge you extra money... Zero service... Looting the people just for the sake of money This hospital is hell for the animals.

I was suggested this hospital by a doctor whom I contacted via Google. I never thought that this hospital would provide such a good service. They operate 24x7 and give your pet the best and proper medication and care. The service is beyond exceptional and the doctors are very kind and friendly and very helpful. The price is also very reasonable compared to any other hospital I've been. Overall it's excellent. Would recommend everyone whol wants their pet the best care.

Dr Gowda has been our vet for over a decade and all I can say, he is our God... brilliant surgeon, attentive and a commited vet. His hospital facilities are superb with around the clock care and with all facilities. He never over medicates and is always available. What more can a pet parent want.

I have been here for doctor's treatment multiple times and they have excellent doctors with exceptional skills. But I am really disappointed with their grooming section because of their very unprofessional behavior. They never adhere to the appointment timings, I have always have to additional 30 minutes or sometimes an hour despite booking prior appointments. They should really keep their appointment timings. It is really frustrating and waste of the time.

Been visiting Sudeeksha since 3years - Dr.Gowda is a magical surgeon. Ive taken 3rescues for surgeries( spinal,knee and hip) and they have all recovered extremely well. Dr.Karthik, Dr Ravi & Dr.Babita are always very good doctors, extremely polite and thorough in their work. The hospital also provides very good grooming facility for pets The entire staff from the reception to helpers is very helpful and polite and its always been a great experience. It's handsdown the best pet hospital in North Bangalore and would reccommend everybody to take their pets Sudeeksha.

Poor quality. The doctor did not even check the affected area of injury. Was only interested in injecting poison killers and increasing cost. Almost no consultation but fees had to be paid for no benefit.

Hospital is well equipped with knowledgeable doctors. Staff handled my dog well during ultrasound and X-ray. Reports took slightly longer than usual, but otherwise it's a good place to take your pet to.

They handle your pets like their own. Very gentle with pets. Also diagnosis was spot on and my pet recovered from skin disorder within a few weeks of treatment.

We are regular at Sudeeksha whenever required. Doctors are very helpful but in the last visit when they prescribed medicine 10 nos, they gave 15. I didn't realize till I came home . Went back there and asked them to take 5 back . But they said they bill only as strips and even if doctor prescribed lesser than a strip we have to buy a full strip !! Medicines are expensive and the extra would just get wasted . It's a really bad way to deal by billing excess medicines which ends up wasted . I told them to keep it and give it free to someone else but that also they were not willing to do ... not very professional on this front

This is perfect and trustworthy place to treat your pet. My cat (jewel) was not eating and it was having a fever suddenly it was becoming weak at night around 10. We rushed this clinic and the right doctor treated him , I forgot the name of the doctor but this person is the one who saved life of my cat, he did all the test required for my cat and prescribed right medicine and I am happy to say that my cat is doing well and it’s recovering, I could not thank the doctor. “ thank you much for the right treatment “ .

Went there and got the medicines what I needed that was great. When I asked for a discount the person whose name I am not aware of was very annoyed and said never to ask discounts again but gave me 5% discount.

Took my kitten to this hospital. They gave my thermal and oxygen therapy but the doctor did not provided me a with a proper diagnosis. They discharged my kitten they didn't even told me to admit my kitten just gave treatment on opd basis. My kitten died the next morning with the same symptoms. I urge please provide a proper and adequate treatment plan for treating thebpets

We have been going to Dr Gowda for the past 5-1/2 years for our dogs, One beagle and Two Mudhols. Dr Karthik has been the other doctor for Mudhols. Extremely compassionate, empathetic and it goes without saying, excellent doctors. The diagnosis and the treatment has always worked for our dogs. Am glad they are in our neighborhood

Sunday early morning at 3.45 am our puppy started suffering from severe pain and she started vomiting very badly. We were very much worried didn't know what to do. Called up Sudheeksha pet Hospital and Dr Shararh immediately attended the call and after understanding the situation he asked us to visit. This is the first time we visited the clinic, it was very clean and we got an excellent service and in no time our pet started feeling better. As per google Sudheeksha pet hosp is open 24 hrs. Just wondering why the reception guy kept his phone busy when I tried calling him in emergency twice since early morning today. My pet dog is passing loose motion n vomiting from 1:30 am. Wanted to know what time doctor will be avbl so that I get him. I

2 months back our doggy was suffered from lack of blood, i was so worried abt him and we went to local veternary hospital, but they told that the chances of saving him is so difficult and he suggested us to visit Sudeeksha Pet hospital once, we visited a hospital the same day and today our baby is healthy, strong and happy. Thank you so much for treating him and giving us hope that he'll recover soon.
