Since last 4 years I am with Lowe’s and still I will say this is the best place to work for . This is like family for me 👍🏻

Cleared all the rounds. Hr discussed salary and other benefits.. Haven't heard since then. When I mailed asking about the offer letter they told that position is on hold. I don't hold any grudge against them because I got a better offer in another company.

Lowe's is a good place to work. Working environment is good. My teammates and manager are really supportive. We never behave as a co worker, we speak or interact as good friends. That matters a lot.

Recently I have been here they are the world's 2nd largest home improvement company. Operating the business from Manyata tech park.

Awesome infrastructure, working environment and culture. New campus is awesome. Reducing the review points as employees are not treated equally. In one of the event a family 10+ people attended the event but I got to know all employees were officially communicated that only 4 family members will be allowed.

A fantastic place to work. Great facilities like Gym, a huge dining hall and a fantastic workplace.

The interior is really good and the work culture is also nice. The lunch is provided free till 200 rupees.

Highly politicized organization with some old leaders running it in dogmatic fashion and getting funds from parent organization without too much of delivery. Merit isn't promoted. Nepotism and groupism is high. Might work for freshers to learn as salaries are good, but not so much for experienced professionals unless they get shielded by a group or bosses from US

Let me say this first, THE BEST PLACE TO WORK. Being part of Lowe's is definitely advantage for once career.

Huge building complex. Good ambience from outside .Tight security. Good garden. Colour of the building excellent and pleasing.

Nice ambience with a walking space for employees then there is a small water fountains also there is gym area for the employees to workout at, few art works near reception. overall it's nice place to work n enjoy.

Can’t speak for the whole company, but within my team the work culture was pathetic. Fancy on the outside but it’s all about work extraction. The team lead and a senior analyst were taking credit off of the team’s hardwork. Labour laws in India must be strengthened.Sadly, this is what happens when MNCs outsource work from other countries and common people like us put up with the abuse coz we don’t have an efficient support system. This job made me realise we work to live and not live to work. They had the toxic expectation of working beyond my work hours which is ridiculous! If one is efficient enough to finish their work on time what’s the point of extending?

Lowes is lovable company .. like very much. Cooperative. Only suggestion recruitment is not so good. Talented people are paid less. Don't judge base on communication.
