Very bad store dosen't have most of the products mainly standing 15 to 20 minutes in billing counter finally don't no change and asked us to buy some other products instead of balance. Never do visit here.

Pretty good offering of products but they could have had some fridges for the drinks

STAFF ISSUE Today became uncomfortable with the staff at Smart Point There was a very long line at the counter for payment When I came to the counter after 20 minutes, Before that, one customer came middle of the line made a bill, she did not say anything to him. And we are standing at the counter for 20 minutes when I my turn came they told me counter is closed at that time there is 4 people at in line When I shouted on them they mad my bill

One of the staff a very dark girl at the counter today gave me one rupee change less. When I asked her to give the proper change she made me wait and asked for change from another girl with a Sarcastic smile on her face which shows indecent attitude and lack of manners. These girls I think come for low salaries from low category and culture hence they don't have manners. All are not like that but this one particular girl is like that. Due to her behavior I left the shop and did not take the change. I narrated this incident to another staff girl at the door. Even if we ask for our own money they make fun of us. What if customer gives one rupee less will reliance staff let us take the purchased goods out of the shop? It's not the question of one rupee or two rupees money but what counts is the mannerisms of the staff girl. So far I never faced any problems from gents staff. All are well behaved. I think some garbage women think that there is nobody to question them in this world. Please kick out all arrogant low category women from your staff. If you hire them for low salaries they will surely show their low class behavior. Hereafter if I see her in your shop I will not purchase. It might not make a difference to you but surely some more people will have similar experiences am sure and also give you the same feedback. Please fire that girl from service. Send her home. Dismiss her instead of just suspension. This is my suggestion. Rest is upto the management. We can purchase outside also we were alive even before reliance came to Kundapura. I have no problem with reliance but the staff who face the public should be from a decent and cultured background. Else your image will get a beating in public. Your brand name will suffer. Check CCTV if you want. I need not complain I have other options but since I have been a frequent visitor I have cared to write it today for corrective action. At workplace women should not be kept more in number else they gang up and make fun of male customers and invite nuisance. This is my general observation. This dark girl was in first counter located at extreme left.

Store is good but hard to find parking space and also has very less billing counter have to wait in queue..

I don't know what's with the policy with laptop bags inside the store everywhere they let us carry the laptop bag inside I am talking about the other smart outlets. I just asked them if a bag is allowed inside the store The employees are very rude They said " if you want to shop keep your bag outside however your bag may be precious but not for us". At least form common rules and train them properly to treat customers at least they should have a common etiquette on how to act.

Parking is very big concern.. Dedicated parking lot of this store is occupied by Local Auto wala and staffs are least bothered about this.. Staffs are not co operative.. And very rude..

I always chose to shop from reliance in other cities but kundapur reliance has to be the worst one i came till date. They don't even mention the prices the offers offered , u have to open jio Mart app from your phone to check the price in shop..Thats insane

One good place for several things. But limited collection.

This location is not match, to what Dmart (Udupi) offers. There are lot of options with groceries for a rural(not urban standards) family to thrive with. However, its not as fresh as, how other Reliance outlets are. Half of fruits are decayed. Vegetables are not fresh. Pricing on outdated and nearing expiry products are good. Avoid fresh and poultry items here and hit the local market instead. For cosmetics, household/cooking items and toiletries, look for the price discounts before purchasing.

Good for nothing... The offer price they display on the racks and during item scanned at payment desk will be totally different. I get offer message on whatsapp and when we shop in smart point it will be mrp price. If we ask the staff they have zero knowledge on offers. Whatever the scanner price displayed will be final. Buy 1 get 1, Buy 2 get 1, 50% off these kind of offers whatever we get in whatsapp message is just a myth. Most important thing staff are totally unprofessional not much trained and they have very less knowledge on the products. I visit smart point kundapur only coz they accept sodexo rest other departmental stores charge 2.5% gateway charge.

Customer talking with the staff they shows very rude behaviour..they don't know how to talk infront of public..
