Very good resort with nature beuty. Very good food. Extraordinary service. Well maintained, neat clean.

An excellent home on the beach. A perfect place for a quaint weekend away with your family and friends. The location is unmatched with plenty of restaurants and other shops nearby for the essentials. There were a couple of minor issues with the bathrooms but were addressed proactively by the management. Would love to go back again.

Location of the property is great. Just in front of the beach. Rooms are also quite spacious. However there needs to be improvement in terms of food specially breakfast. I feel tariff is quite high for the facilities offered.

The trip to this property was a disappointment. The location was awesome, the hotel is built well. But sadly the rooms need a lot of work & attention, from broken toilet seats to broken fans, to amenities that are yet to be installed. We did not even get the key to our Suite & had to call the manager every time we wanted to open our door. Service was OK, I do give it the benefit of the holiday weekend rush for being slow. Food was quite good & tasty. Wifi was good & strong, with the bedroom TV connected to Youtube. For the price charged it was really not worth as apart from the beach, there is nothing else in the place to pass time. Their other property UVA Meredian is really quite nice & I would anytime recommend going there instead of this place.

Excellent view of the sea, we have booked 2 villas sea facing, Awesome food and service Well maintained resort with all possible amenities. Mr Umesh and team were always present to our requests and experience was went beyond expectations Local fish curry was yummy, Morning breakfast spread was good

Beautifully designed rooms. Stunning sea view balcony. Amazing food. Loved local chicken curry and neer dosa. Prawns rawa fry was delicious. Will recommend to stay and dine. Surely will come back

It's so beautiful place one can directly book near kodi for best class experience. Food is also delicious inside the hotel. Their gesture is good. Overall we liked a lot. Will be happy to come again for same resort in future whenever visit kundapura, thank you uva Sands manager & team.

Visited last week with family excellent location but the rates are so high like in taj fort agvada or Leela palace or oberoi hotels..but service is zero no safety no security no beach gaurds no good food horrible food...i recommend uva meridian instead of this place...rooms are clean n neat...but no recreational facilities for children or family..only gud for lovers or couple only...

Pathetic property definately not worth the money at all. 2-3 hrs of power cut daily with no power backup, we slept in the dark without ac or fan. Service is horrible, no bell boy to take luggage. Too many dogs in the property with dog litters everywhere. Horribly maintained property, dirty and poor room ameneties. Water was not flowing through the shower so we had to use the tap. Location in google maps was incorrect

This hotel was the worst experience hotel ever. They charge you so much but deliver zero. To begin with, no bell boy was there when we reached the hotel. Took 20 min for the bellboy to come and take our luggage. The power keeps going, no power back up is there. There will be no electricity in the room for half an hour and no one cares. The staff is very laid back. Slow and poor service everytime. Not wearing the uniform of this hotel but a different hotel they own. A staff rung the door bell 10 times continuously in the morning only to ask tea/ coffee. The room wasn’t cleaned until asked 5 times to clean it. The liquid hand wash finished in the washroom which wasn’t refilled. The coffee machine was dirty. No fresh towels were given. While check out, no bellboy came despite waiting for it. We carried our own luggage. Very very poor experience of our entire stay.

Please avoid this property. For the price that they charge services and quality is pathetic. AC in the rooms are horrible. Even after complaining no action was taken. Frequent power cuts with no back up. Food is below average and expensive. Please take the price of rooms in writing. I was committed for a lesser tarriff but on checkout was told a higher tarriff. There are many other properties that give excellent service for this price. Only good thing is the location of the property which is quite good

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The staffs were always motivated to help us.The food was excellent,the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met.the beach house ambience was lovely and very serene.we look forward to coming back.

Very beautiful and well maintained resort . Very helpful staff especially resort manager and other staff was also very friendly and polite. I would recommend to have a stay in their corvette room with balcony to have a pleasant stay with a beautiful beach view. I thank uva sands to make my vacation with my friends so wonderful and memorable .

We stayed at Nista's place en route from Kerala. From the onset itself Nista was an amazing host. There were some electrical issues at the property that she made sure were rectified before we reached there. She is a fellow dog lover and so our dogs had the run of the place. Her property is right on the beach and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the beach was and so so clean. The location of the property is just top notch. We had an amazing time and would love to return soon.

Stayed here in the first week of October 2022. The place is new and still being set up. One can see work happening, but since its new, the facility is clean and great. The standards of the accomodation is very good. It is not still fully equipped with the facilities needed of a place of its quality (like a safe, a mini-bar, etc), but you can see that its work-in-progress, and all this would be up soon. PROS: The location: Right by the beach, which is great !! The standards of the accomodation, which is great quality. However, we would suggest sound-proofing the rooms, as a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms travels into the room. The manager, Mr. Titus, was very helpful and friendly, right from the booking till check-out. However, service was a bit low, but nothing disappointing, and we understood that it was due to some attrition. CONS: Food needs to really be improved to meet the accomodation standards. If you need people to spend the entire day at the place using other possible facilities to be offered at the location, they need to be comfortable eating at the place and UVA needs to have better quality and variety of food. We did not find breakfast the best, and it needs to improve quite a bit.

Amazing property and location. Very next to the beach. Lot of privacy. Beach is also clean. Waves are bit harsh. Suggest not to go deeper. Manager is good and responds quickly. Easily visible that property is under staffed. They are struggling to provide the service. The place is secured but adivise to management is to increse the Security especially in the night and evening. 10min drive to kudapur town where Lot of restaurants. In-house restaurant is also good (a bit pricey). Swimming under construction currently. Overall it's worth the place.

Lovely place. Entire beach for yourself. Beach is pristine and it's a great experience to sit back and enjoy. The resort is enjoyable, still in the process of development, as it is just few months old.

Lovely property right on the beach with mesmerizing views from the room and balcony. The property is brand new and the rooms are very nicely and tastefully decorated. The bathroom is massive. They have a restaurant onsite. The directions can be a bit confusing but look for Beejadi Fisherman's Cooperative building and then locate it from there. Overall, lovely and relaxing stay albeit a bit pricy.

Long weekend. Wanted to book beach facing rooms. But all were sold out. Got garden facing rooms. Elegantly designed with all amenities. Few indoor games for kids. Cycles were there to roam around. Food was delicious 😋. Hospitality was excellent. Team never said no to any of our requests. They were always there with Smiling faces. Will come back again. Pool and spa under construction and almost completed. Will be ready in 6 weeks. Will book again this time sea facing rooms for sure Thanks team uva sands We had a memorable holiday

Beautiful view from room balcony, Right in front of sea, Restaurant food was awesome.. Enjoyed local fish curry , rawa fried pomfret. Buffet Breakfast was good and moderate selection. Will come back again Highly recommended

I was here with my Family for two nights, I must say this place is a must to stay what a way to start the new year. This place is absoutely tranquility, The beach being just at the door step, you can just walk into the beach from the rooms, the Rooms are amazing we got the beach facing rooms, and the view from the balcony showing the sunset was amazing. The Food was amazing and excellent service, one of the stewards forgot his name was always ready to serve us, and right at call, the rooms boys doing the bed were excellent. Good Show TEAM UVA SANDS, will definitely make it a point to come back with more people and recommend to a lot of people
