The resort had great view and very big rooms. The garden was beautiful for my kids to play. The staff was very polite specially the manager the (Mr. Badal). Excellent food. Will surely visit again.

Best hotel in Gangtok we had a lovely stay over there very peaceful environment with excellent view rooms, food items were also very delicious. All the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the front office host Miss Nivadita she helped us and her smile made us feel comfortable till the end of our stay. I would surely recommend this hotel to others who are planning to visit Gangtok.

We had an AMAZING stay at Sungava with our kid. Room was cozy, clean and had good Wifi connectivity. We enjoyed all the delicious meals in the common eating area, which was spacious, well lit with a beautiful view. Thank you Sungava team for your warm welcome and hospitality. Btw one can do a last minute shopping for souvenirs from their gift shop. Sungava is one of the best in Sikkim.

Sungava resort Gantok (Sikkim) where we had 2 Nights and 3 days from where we visited lachun and lachen . This resort is so comfortable and serene where we had a wonderful stay and was so comfortable. The Manager and all staff are so nice and welcoming that you will feel happy. Miss Nibedita (host) was specifically and specially was so helpful and always smiling while assisting us in all occasions. It’s a best place to stay.

The resort is clean and beautiful and rooms are also spacious and clean. The staffs behaviour is good and helpful. But it is a bit away from MG road. Overall we loved our stay at this resort and would love to visit again.

Best services, the rooms were neat and clean, the staff was very co-operative and helpful, quick service,great food available here and great amenities!!! The main market is also near only 1.5 kms!!!👍☺️!!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gangtok!!!

Stayed with Sungava for 2 nights from 30th Sep to 02nd Oct 2023. I had booked 02 Rooms with the resort.And I must say that the resort is exactly like it is shown in pics. It is really well maintained with excellent standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The rooms and restaurant is like a 5 star property. I must also mention the behaviour of staff which is very good. They were very polite and positive to requests even at the last moment. Food was very good. Overall my stay with them was memorable. Sungava really made my trip very good. Will definitely recommend it to everyone.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights towards the end of our Gangtok trip. And this has been one of the best decisions we made. The overall hotel environment is very calm and serene and you can get an amazing view of the valley from the balcony. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hot water is readily available all the time. Room even had an electric kettle. TV is in working condition even though only a few channels are available. Wifi is available but signal strength is weak. We had 1 breakfast and 2 dinners. Food is not bad but it’s not great either. They can definitely make some changes in this area. But overall, we had a pleasant stay in Sungava Resort.

The rooms were so clean and equipped with all the facilities one could wish for.. the valley view from the room is just awesome. the hospitality given by the hotel staff is something i will always remember..the food served was delicious..great place to stay in gangtok.

I stayed with my family... A very good place to stay in. Rooms are well maintained with all modern amenities. Staffs are friendly and always there to help you out. Owner is also very caring as I traveled with my kids he help them with badminton set so that they can play in the lawn Foods were damn tasty... I will love to visit their again.

Great rooms and service. Wonderful ambience. Host Lisa was very helpful and she made required arrangements on time. She spoke very well. All the staff members are very soft spoken and helpful. We had good time at the resort. A vacation that went well. Thank you Sungava and Lisa!

I was Visited with my Family Here for 4 Nights. Room's Were So Good, View From the Room Was Exceptional, Awesome And So Beautiful. Front Office Executive Ms. Nivedita is a Good Host, she is so Nice and Well Mannered. Room Service was So Bad. And the Buffet Breakfast was Horrible. Taste less Food, and they Provide very Limited item's

We loved our stay in Sungava. They have spacious room. Room should have either AC or two fans. Staff members are very humble and polite. Many thanks to Mr Badal (manager) for all the help and arranging cabs and planning my sight seeing. One suggestion, since resort is approx 2km far from MG road, pick and drop facility would be very helpful for tourists. Variety could be added in food options.

Superb, very well maintained & very clean. Manager Liza was very co operative,though she was out of station still she managed everything over phone. Complimentary breakfast was good,and Roshan was very cooperative. I wish all my best wishes to the owner, manager & all the staffs.
