Located just near the fort in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities. The rooftop cafeteria of hotel was great.when i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

Nice roof top restaurant. Nice , cordial staff. But ...but .. avoid deluxe rooms its aweful. Super deluxe rooms are better. Only super deluxe. Rest very unhygienic rooms.

It's a beautiful hotel with a great mountain view. Rooms are beautiful spacious and cosy. Very helpful staffs. The location is magnificent. At the heart of the city. But we has some issues with the food service. It is understandable that it was off season but we never got the food we ordered. Other then that it's a great place to stay with the family.

It's just an average hotel with a small family room and quite a old building. the location is beautiful and the veiw from the top floor at the early morning was attractive.excellent dinner was served and food quality was good.hot water supply was continuous and overall it's worth for money

rooms were decent...services were okay...food were costly as compare to the quality of the hotels...location was good...if u were lucky than u get a view room...hardly 2 view rooms in each floor...okay okay experience..

Rooms and toilets were smelling. No WiFi in this place. Except few peoples the staff is not so good. Although it has a nice view of Gangtok as well as the main market. Which is an advantage. But if I were you I would look for another hotel in main market. No offense.

Very good Hotel in the main market area of M.G.Marg. Hotel staffs were very friendly. If you want mountain view room then you have to opt for atleast Super Delux Rooms. Specially view from the top floor restaurant is just awsome in the morning. Complimentary Breakfast and foods were delicious. The Luxurious and small cars can come in front of the Hotel. I stayed there in Last week.

Best Hotel....Situated at the Heart of the city near by M.G. Marg, Rooms are well Decorated, staff are good, well behaved and cooperative also. food quality is extremity good and the view from restaurant is just awesome.....

It is a very good hotel located right at the heart of Gangtok. Service is also good. Staffs are very cooperative. Sanjayda and Mr Das are always ready to help you. Executive rooms are excellent.
