I think very burst hotel.we stay 2 night but our experience was not good . There was no water in bathrooms in first 24 hours. Behaviour of the owner is very bad. We saw he misbehave number of customers. He charged 22000/- for zero point from us and he pay only 10000/- to driver at last we pay 2500/- more to driver. Number of times owner is telling a lie. My suggestion to tourists never stay in this Hotel

It was a bad experience when I visited there in May 2017. The restaurant is average, but the staff was offensive. They denied us any money receipt at checkout. It is far away from MG Marg. A visit there will require taxi fares. Mr Sadhu at Sikkim tourism Kolkata office will surely offer you this place, but never should you fall prey to that. Far better hotels at cheaper rates are available

WORST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER: We have booked this hotel for 1 day with Rs 5700/ with tax for 3 adults. The room was given to us very small with a queen size double bed (not at all suitable for 3 persons). The cupboard was very dirty without any hanging rod n hangour. Food was served in dining with dirty glasses for water. They changed it 3 times but all were given dirty, we drank water at last directly from the bottle . They served lassi with stinking rotton smell , we had to left that. Worst experience was on next morning when we find there was no water supply in bathrooms since previous night. The manager shouted at us that this is the rule of hills that scarcity of water prevalies in gangtok . On request they supplied only 2 buckets of water . Breakfast again served with nasty utensils n without spoons even, plain dry toast without butter n jam n smallest omelette of earth was th only option for breakfast for which we had to wait at least 2 hrs

Nice stay at unbelievable price.Though doubtful while booking about the offer, enjoyed once reached the hotel. Awesome View from the balcony. 3days spent in Gangtok memorable due the comfortable stay. SUITABLE FOR FAMILY.

Excellent Motel. Mountain view from here is superb dining hall is quite good from there u can get the view. Got the hotel @1k in September top floor. Geyser, Tv & wifi available. Edit: This hotels owners are changed & complete staff & prices too, so can't say about this now since I didn't stayed here again .This review was posted earlier on sept 2018 it's sept 2020 now.

This particular hotel authority cheated us. We booked the hotel from OYO, after our booking confirmation we called to that given number and a lady probably the manager received the call and she again confirmed us about our booking,and we gave a brief of our arrival at Gangtok, Sikkim on the booking date. After reaching gangtok, we called that lady and asked about the exact location of the hotel and the lady firstly said us that we hadn't any booking and not only that she didn't say the address properly as embarrassed us. And we were of 14 guys including 4 children. After three hours we booked another hotel( agarwal palace) by spending extra 10000/- rupees. Later agarwal palace informed us that this is your policy. Now you pl tell me how many stars you are expecting?

It is a awesome place according to me because of the rooms and cleanliness you can get with a wide view under your budget. Lack of experience of the hotel may matter but otherwise it's really a beautiful hotel in Gangtok with a very homely atmosphere. I loved it.

Pros: Price is optimum. Rooms are good with attached bathroom and gyser. Food Quality is Homelike and not readymade. Staff behaviour is good. Hotel View is quite good. Cons: No Laundry Facilities. No WiFi & Newspaper. Food pricing is a bit higher. Housekeeping services are not so good. No Proper Room Service (Booked 17 - 20 th July 2018)

Location is good. The owner tries to help others but due to many other reasons, she is a bit arrogant. Business ladies must take suggestions from people to serve better. Many a people may not accept her rudeness. But time will make her more matured and provident.

Horrible service by owner and housekeeping. Worst experience. Owner needs advance payement for stay and then will deny services as promised before. They just wany to make maximum money in this pick season so fooling customers. They charged us online for three room bed and then provided room for two people. They took lots of comission for booking taxis. Took advance payement for that too and then next day there is no taxi provided. It was two day stay at hotel and were worst days of our trip. No water for first 24 hours. Note: Please do not be attracted by photos because services are pathetic.

The services provided at this hotel are pathetic. Basic cleanliness is not present here. Food quality and staff quality both are below par. And for any additional services you have to request at least 2-3 times to get it done. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was my bad that I had ignored previous reviews. I won't recommend anyone else doing the same mistake.
