The view from the hotel is very nice. The problem with this hotel is it is far from Gangtok and you will be charged extra bucks by the cab driver to pick you up from here. I think they don't have many customers here so the hospitality is also very poor. Very few staff and the food order takes too long to get ready.

Location of the hotel is picturesque. it has a sweet smiling staff who quickly prepared some snacks for us. the hotel has clean toilets (important for tourists)

Do not go to this resort ever. Worst ever service. Had Bedbugs and mouse in my room. Rude staff too.

Very nice and homely atmosphere. Mr. Hirak Mukherjee is superb. Little away from busy town Gangtok. Beautiful scenic view. Good food. Loved the stay. Will advice all to spend few days to rejuvenate yourselves. Eagerly awaiting for next visit.
