What I noticed in recent days is .. I have visited two times in this shop .. even though our billing is less amount we came I mean we enter first time than other party .. Owner paid full attention to Sound party we have waited much time over here .. My self and My wife faced a bit weird of his activity towords us.. After next day Delivery at dispatch .. We have asked for Good box for kept spectlkes but he initially acted he is having one quality of box only .. before my eyes only he given Good box to sound parties ... like middle class people when we go he is not carrying much ... Honestly I have written this comment .. I do not have any grudge on him ... and decided my self I should not next time onwards ....

My father in law suggested this shop. I was apprehensive before going. But though the shop has crowd they took good care of each and every customer. The eye check up and frame selection was quite smooth for both me and my wife. After speaking to the owner I have learnt a lot about doing business and guaranteeing the customer delight. He promised to deliver the spects the next day but delivered it on the same day. He under promised and over delivered and charged very minimal when compared to other shops. Quality is above my expectations. Highly recommended.

Arihant has lot of good collections at a reasonable price with lot of customisations. Staff is very helpful. They also offer repair services within no time. Customer service is simply superb!!!!

It was such a waste... He put two different types lens in my specs... Never trust this store a total rubbish.. I still have specs nd I can prove it... my site increased from 0.25 to 1... You won't grow by cheating others like this

My frame broke in less than a month and they said nothing could be done except buying a new one 😔. Prices are cheap but dont buy frames which are 400-500 they are very very low quality and easily damaged in less time and no replacement will be done.Buy frames which are 900 and above which have quality and warranty,staff are good.

I went to the shop three years ago to get my glasses adjusted. Mr. Srinivas adjusted one pair and suggested replacing the frames for the other pair. I was impressed by the service, when I needed a new pair I went to the shop again. Srinivas took me through options and helped me select two pairs. Pricing was exactly right and the customer service is excellent. Deepak helped me by adjusting the new pairs when I picked them up. I recommend this store for in person shopping or online shopping!
