I found a wonderful dental experience. I say that because my last dental appointment was a disaster. It was with a different dental business. My new team cares about me and my teeth. Dr. Wilson and her team from the front desk to every team member have truly been fantastic. I would like to recognize each individual because each person cares. Hazel is awesome at the front desk. Then Emily,Elizabeth,Jamie are caring and sympathetic to my needs. Then my dental hygienist Bailey is the best. Dr. Wilson handled all of my dental issues swiftly and professionally. The team got me smiling again. Thx,again for everything.

If I had to choose one word to describe my experience, the staff, the office and the results .. exceptional. My First visit, the first chipped tooth I've ever had so needless to say, I was a wreck. My regular dentist is in Winston Salem so that wasn't going to work, it was bad and I needed it fixed that day. They were more than compassionate. I never felt like it was my first visit at all They didn't hurry along to shuffle me in and out like so many places do. The one thing that really set them apart was that I mattered. Every single person I spoke to listened and paid attention to be able to help me not only to get through what I thought was a horrific tragedy but also to assure me they were going to do everything they could to make it all happen the same day. And they delivered. Not at all like some other offices I have been in where they say Let's talk today and come back another day and we'll do something for you. The work the dentist did was identical to my tooth, minus the chip of course. I was so blown away, relieved and happy that when I looked in the mirror I felt tears in my eyes. Overall 100% on point start to finish. That was my experience and I have no doubt yours will be no less. I've got myself a dentist here now, for sure.

Welcoming, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional are how I describe the staff at Dental Care at Coventry. I love that they ask questions to find out your concerns. Then, take the time to explain what can be done to resolve any issues. This is teamwork at its best! Very impressed with my 1st visit Had a temporary crown put in today 10/19. Dr. Wilson is thoughtful and kind. The procedure was painless! 5 stars again!

I am amazed with this place. Never would I have imagined such a modern, clean, friendly dentist office, that has appointments months sooner than most other offices! I had the nicest hygienist and she was so thorough making sure she cleaned every single spot. Instead of just doing extra and finding out at the end I have to pay more, she asked if I wanted to add on the service and thoroughly explained what it was and that it was up to me if I wanted to do it. There were a few services my insurance didn't cover so she explained the benefits and told me if she thought it might be beneficial to me, but in the end I was allowed to choose. They made me feel welcomed and like I've been going here for years. Highly recommend, especially for those with anxiety like myself.

I am a 63 year old new patient at this practice. During my life I have moved all around the United States consequently I have had more dentists than I can count. My experience at Coventry was head and shoulders above any practice I have ever been to. The office is spotless and beautiful. Elizabeth was my hygienist. She was very thorough and the gentlest touch I have ever had. My teeth feel incredibly clean. Then Dr. Jocelyn Wilson examined me. She was so kind, so personable a truly beautiful person. The front desk upon entering and leaving was another wonderful experience. I feel like I have known them forever. Hands down the best practice! I will never go anywhere else.

First time having just moved to South Carolina. The staff were quick to greet and made sure all was set for my visit. The hygienist took me back on time and did an amazing job. Met the dentist who was very friendly and thorough. Made my Sixth Month appointment. Will recommend them to my friends and family.

Wonderful results! Great place to go! The doctors are wonderful and the people that work there are great whoever it is. Very courteous, respectful, and down right pleasant. I moved here the end of June last year, and this was the first place I found! So glad I did. Highly recommended!

Dr. Wilson is best dentist I’ve ever been to! From the doctor to the assistant to the front desk staff..all are top notch, professional and kind. Zero pain from my dental procedure. They have all the newest and latest updated equipment also. We just moved here from Virginia and I was worried about finding the right dentist. I recommend them for anyone moving to Myrtle Beach or the Market Common area.

5 starts, why? 1. Fully covered under my insurance 2. Scheduling was easy 3. I had several appointments and all were kept on time, didn't have to wait like when offices over schedule 4. Each appointment was friendly and thorough 5. Check out was easy, meaning they billed me at the beginning for copay all else covered by insurance fully 6. The environment is super welcoming. The front office staff is amazing. Dr. Wilson is the best and the dental assistants that I have had have also been stellar. Even with an extraction being done, I was super calm. Overall awesome experience. I am so glad I found this place. If you are looking for a new dental provider and a place where everything seems seamless and it’s not like pulling teeth (intentional pun) when attending to your dental needs, then this is the place for you.
