My entire experience with Fitness Showrooms has been exceptional from the first time I walked through the door. I was looking to purchase an elliptical machine for my wife. I was met by Sam who was friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment they had. Within a few minutes he had explained the differences between models and identified what features my wife needed and where her price point was. He sent me how with valuable information to share with my wife about their products. My wife and I agreed on a specific model and told him we would be back to purchase in two weeks, Sam acknowledged that said no problem and provi8us with all his contact information. Once we came in to order the machine we were told it might be at least 2-3 weeks for delivery as they did not having any in stock of the model we chose. We paid for the unit but left a bit sad that it would take that long. Sam assured us he would do his best to get it to us sooner. The next day we received a call that they wanted to schedule delivery the following day between 12pm and 5pm. We were excited. The following day at 10am we got a call that item was out on delivery truck. Well before noon that day the unit was delivered and assembled in my basement. All I can say is Fitness Showrooms provides quality equipment and that they work within your budget. As for Sam an amazing salesman, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Big shout out to this place, I highly recommend them for people looking for equipment for their homes as we live in this new world where gyms are not open.

Happy is not the word I'm trying to find.... I have been searching high and low for a spin bike to exercise with. It's hard at times to go to the gym with two kids under 4yrs. I was researching long and hard about the Peloton bike which sounds good however the obligations and demands were not the most pleasant thing you want lingering in the back of your mind. I called Fitness showroom and spoke with Scott. He was so professional and welcoming over the phone and most of all he did not try to sell me one of his bike, instead he educated me on the benefits of all bike. Scott made it so easy to decide what I wanted in a bike and why.. I got an amazing deal and my bike was delivered in less time than expected. Scott knows his products and was so willing and ready to help me with my purchase. I felt like my business was really appreciated. I recently purchased a rowing machine from Derrek at Fitness Showrooms in Rockville Center. Derrek was instrumental in helping me to select a quality rower that would fit my budget. This will be the fourth piece of equipment that I’ve purchased from Derrek in the past three years in addition to six prior purchases I’ve made with other salesmen. (all professional and knowledgeable) I was determined to eliminate memberships and questionable facility cleanliness at gyms. I actually have a Fitness Showroom in my basement. Lol! Fantastic store with fantastic and knowledgeable sales people. We worked with Scott Yule, who was as helpful as could be. Scott took the time to walk us through the different machines, each of their features and strengths of each. My wife and I tried several machines and asked a lot of questions. We both felt at home & comfortable in the store and bought a treadmill that fit our needs. Scott worked with us on selection, affordability and delivery. Delivery was flawless, on time and the delivery crew made sure we knew how to use the treadmill. My husband and I went in to buy a treadmill and Scott was very helpful. He was both professional and knowledgeable. He helped us purchase the one that best fit our needs. He didn’t pressure us to buy or try to sell us anything other than what suited us. He explained all the advantages/disadvantages of all the equipment that we looked at which helped us pick the one right for us. It is being delivered Monday!

Scott – the most knowledgeable sales person ever! Couldn't have been more genuine, giving my wife and I information in regards to what equipment would suit us best; considering our lifestyle, work-out regiments and the space in our home gym. The place was clean, stylish and had all the latest equipment. Prices include delivery, set-up, 2 years preventative maintenance and a lifetime warranty. What else can anyone ask for??
