This was an amazing experience from start to finish. They were extremely helpful with scheduling and explained everything when I arrived. The space was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. At first, I didn’t think I would fall asleep and next thing I know I’m waking up! Their prices are reasonable too!! Definitely going again!

This was second time at Reset Float and it was just as wonderful as the first. It’s extremely clean and professional. Your mind and body are completely relaxed when the float session is over. The shower is great too. Towels, shampoo and body wash are all available for use before and after floating. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend.

Today was my first time ever doing floation and infrared sauna. Every step was explained beforehand start to finish by Raymond, very professional. Went in with my girlfriend for a 30-minute sauna and it definitely exceeded our expectations. It was much cheaper than I expected. I also loved that they have Netflix and YouTube inside. I felt totally relaxed after! I'll definitely go back considering how affordable and close by it is.

I started using the float room at Reset Float to help with my nerve pain. The owner is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and always checks to make sure everything is just right. He remembers your preferences after your very first visit. The premises is clean, bright and welcoming. You feel a sense of peace the moment you walk into the door. The float room itself gives you a few choices to make the experience one that is best for you. I like that the controls are big push buttons so even if you are in the dark, you can find them easily by touch. The owner offers many discount packages, but there is no hard sale or pressuring. Your entire experience is structured around you feeling relaxed and in less pain. You truly feel the owner cares about you as in individual person and not a dollar sign, as many places do. I do find my sciatica pain, tightness of the muscles in my neck and nerve pain get better and my busy brain calms down and relaxes. If you are going to try Floating or any of the other health benefits offered, I definitely recommend Reset Float in Forest Hills.

Did a reset float and it definitely did not disappoint. The owner is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about the spa. It was a great time to destress, unwind, and meditate. They are quick to respond in the chat on their website. I also called earlier that day on Thursday arrange a time for both me and my friend (since they are closed Wednesdays). They have multiple pods (for the float) which are in separated by room. Great chance to go with your partner or a friend to relax and do some self-care. As they recommended, it’s smart to bring shower slippers, as you will need to rinse off both before and after the float. They are very keen on cleanliness, which I appreciate.

The Reset Float located at Franklin Square was very professional and friendly. Really relaxing and comforting environment. Will definitely come back and I highly recommend.

I loved this place! Totally relaxing. The music and the good smell from the moment you enter make you feel like you are no longer in New York. Spectacular customer service, Raymond explains the services very well, clarifies your doubts and gives you very useful advice so that you can have a better experience and get the most out of the service. I love this place. Clean, large rooms. Fairly priced and they have mostly pods instead of the open tanks 👌 Nicest float studio Ive been to. Staff is great & offer infrared saunas as well. Ive been traveling for 5 weeks and I cant wait to get back and recharge with a good float. Check it out.

I got the derma-planing with facial, the aesthetician was really nice and patient. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. She explained every step along with why it’s beneficial. Would definitely recommend.

I've been here one other time before my last visit. I have to say, the float was just amazing. It takes a couple visits to get used to it and be able to fully relax and get out of your head. But when you do....it was the best form of relaxation I've had in a long time. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Reset Float for years, and I’m always pleased with my experience. The host who checks you in and gets you setup for your float therapy session is always awesome and very pleasant. I highly recommend this service. I usually do float therapy sessions at Reset Float 2-4 times a year. However, this location has gotten busy and popular over the years, so I think a thorough cleaning or replacement of the shower stalls in the therapy rooms are needed.

This was my 4th time visiting this location. I usually book float suite but it wasn’t available. I booked the pod but was apprehensive about feeling claustrophobic. It was explained to me that I didn’t have to close the cover if I was uncomfortable with the space. When I went in, I had all intent to keeping the pod open. But I was so comfortable, that I closed the lid. It was roomy and not claustrophobic at all. I will definitely be going back.
