Disappointed :( Got a gel manicure and regular pedicure from this salon for the first time 2 days ago. I was excited because of all the great reviews and decent pricing. The woman who serviced me was very sweet and trying her best but I am not pleased with how my nails came out. First off, a very limited range of gel polish colors. Once I did select a color it was much different on my nails, but I didn’t care enough to change it. However, when we were done, I looked at my nails and they are a weird pink with white in it. It looks like I painted my own nails and missed a bunch of spots. I attached pictures so you can see what I am referring to. I thought it wouldn’t be noticeable to other people, but 2 of my friends immediately pointed it out. For how much I paid I was not expecting this. I was trying a new place just because its close to work but that would be my last time there.

I called recently to make an appointment for my cousin and I for the champagne jelly spa pedicure. When I called, the woman who answered told me that if I wanted to make an appointment, I would have to go to their website. Really?! I went to the website and had to navigate through a timely, ridiculous process to create a profile. They also wanted my credit card info to add to my profile. I was going to pay cash. I booked the appointment for 2 people. Mind you, the 2 pedicures are $100 each. I did not receive any confirmation. Fast forward, I called the salon the day before we were supposed to go and spoke to the same woman. She said she never received my booking. I then asked why I couldn't just make an appointment over the phone, and her answer was that they are too busy to do that. Too busy?! They call that customer service?! Now my credit card information is floating around somewhere in their system😡 I guess they didn't need the $200 we were going to spend. I shouldn't have to create a profile to make a nail appointment. Go somewhere where you can call and actually talk to a person who is not "too busy" to make an appointment and inquire about the different services. My cousin and I went to Be One Nails in Oceanside and had a fabulous experience. And by the way, they were more than happy to talk to me on the phone to make an appointment, and take the $200 plus we spent that evening.

The best nail salon in Long Island. They are usually very busy so we always need an appointment. Staff is very friendly and Paola will definitely do any design you want in your nails. Very professional 👏

I have been a long time client of from head to toe but started laser hair removal treatment for a full leg on October 29 2022. I must say… Top of line equipment and talk about those RESULTS! I noticed such a drastic change in the way my hair started to grow back after only one session. Today was my second session and I just had to leave a review because I am so happy with the results and wanted to let the world know what an amazing team Paola has at her salon! I immediately fell in love with this salon and it’s energy and just can’t get enough! If you are looking for a facial, Evelyn will make you feel like a goddess. She will relax you with her amazing hands and make your skin feel reborn and hydrated and leave you glowing! Highly recommended !!!!

I got a laser facial done at head to toe and it was absolutely incredible. My skin is so clear and glowing from the facial and I saw results right away. I will definitely be going back to do it again. I also have been getting my nails done for years at this salon by Paola and she is the best. I wont go to anyone else. The salon is fun and welcoming and their work is great. Would highly recommend coming here for all your beauty needs.

Paola and from head to toe is amazing!!! The most talented team!! This salon has it all!! They are so creative with nail designs and can create any look you ask for! I love my acrylic nails with designs and micro bladed and shaded eyebrows. Paola and her team can achieve any look your going for! They are professional, friendly, welcoming, and attentive ! This is the best nail salon to go to . I've never had a better experience both with my nails/ pedi and customer service. I come here every 3-4 weeks and am treated like family. I really like the ambience of the salon. All the ladies were a professional and polite. Very considerate of how you would like your nails done. They did my pedicure great. And for my gel manicure, they could’ve done a little better with the shaping and making sure each nail was even on both hands. But overall I liked my time spent there

I have been going to From Head to Toe for 5 years and I would never consider going anywhere else. Paola is very talented with the designs she creates and knowledgable about what is good care for everything from your face to your pedicures. The rest of the staff are great. Very sweet ladies. The shop is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. If you want gorgeous quality care, this is the place for you! If you are miserable and just want a quick, cheap, half *ss job, go elsewhere. Don't mess it up for the rest of us. Good vibes only over here!

This salon is amazing. They staff is warm and welcoming. They do amazing designs and will ensure that your nails look amazing when you leave. I also do my laser hair removal here! I am African American decent with extremely sensitive skin and their laser treatments have worked wonders for my skin. I one thousand percent recommend! You must follow their instructions to the fullest extent to see the best results though! I have also gotten facials here. They use PCA skin products here. They will Taylor the facial to your specific needs and have you walk out looking amazing. Try them out!

I’ve been coming here for over 4 years now and it is THE BEST. Paola always gives me the best designs (from simple chrome to swirls, gems and more) and my pedicures are always great. Not only is Paola an artist and her team follows suit but the vibes in the salon are amazing as well. I’m always laughing from their shenanigans. They really make you enjoy your time there. Will always recommend this place to anyone!

I come to this salon for allllll my beauty needs- hence the name, from head to toe! There’s literally nothing this salon doesn’t offer. I’ve written before about how much I love the nail services offered here but today I would like to specifically rave about the facial service! Evelyn makes the experience amazing and does TOP TIER work! My skin felt and looked amazing after going to her. She assessed my skin and educated me on what works for my skin and gave me aftercare instructions. I’m officially addicted to bettering my skincare regimen and never miss my facial appointment! And speaking of skincare, I would also like to mention laser hair removal. I started with a Brazilian and it is soooo worth it! I used to wax every month but ever since I’ve lasered, I haven’t looked back. I love the machine Paola uses because it’s not painful as other ones because it shoots out a cool mist along with cool air. It also has settings for my darker skin, which I appreciate. I can go on and on about this salon but I’ll keep it short 😂.. Come to the salon- you won’t b disappointed! Thank me later 😊

Hands down the best facials!! The atmosphere is so relaxing! My face is always glowing for days! 10/10 highly recommend! Also recently started laser treatments and they are amazing. My armpits always had that dark shadow no matter how much I shaved .. with these treatments it has gone away! No More shaving!! This salon is so professional, clean, and friendly!

My daughters and I have been going here for years. My level of satisfaction today is the same as the first day I visited- 100%- superb. Paola, the owner is the most professional esthetician I have met, she puts so much love and care on all the work she and her team perform. Her team is amazing, there is nothing you ask them to do in your nails that they would say no to. You ask, you get it. Their prices are fair and aligned with the quality of their work. Place is clean and hygienic and that’s priceless. I do gel maní and pedí and i go 3 weeks and my nails still look good. My girls get the more elaborate nails’ art. But this is not only a nail place, I just completed my first session of laser hair removal and I am soooo happy I invested in this. I have gotten facials and waxing before. Never been disappointed with any of their services.

I got laser hair removal done at From Head to Toe - amazing experience! The laser is brand new and has a cooling system that makes the experience much more comfortable and minimizes pain -(I’ve had laser in the past that hurt much worse)! The salon is clean and inviting. I’m very happy - after one session I already notice a difference! I can’t wait to see the final result!

Honestly I would give this place zero stars if I could, more so because I spent $105 on nails that didn’t even last 4 days. I do not do hard labor work or anything that would damage my nails, within less than a week my nails are already chipped and two of the gel dip powder acrylic nails already came off. I’ve paid about $40 - $50 less less for basic acrylic dip powder gel nails that last almost 3 months. They are nice however the work is not worth the price they charge.

I have been going to From Head to Toe for over 5 years now and have always had a wonderful experience. Paola the owner is not only an extremely talented nail technician but also an amazing human being. She gets to know her clients on a personal level and truly cares. I don't live close to the shop however I make sure that every 3 weeks I make my way to her and allow her free range of my nails and have never been disappointed with any design. I have watched her train new technicians to become talented nail technicians as well who are now also in high demand. I highly recommend From Head to Toe for all our beauty needs including waxing, facials and laser treatment. If you haven't booked with them yet I recommend you do
