I
called
recently
to
make
an
appointment
for
my
cousin
and
I
for
the
champagne
jelly
spa
pedicure.
When
I
called,
the
woman
who
answered
told
me
that
if
I
wanted
to
make
an
appointment,
I
would
have
to
go
to
their
website.
Really?!
I
went
to
the
website
and
had
to
navigate
through
a
timely,
ridiculous
process
to
create
a
profile.
They
also
wanted
my
credit
card
info
to
add
to
my
profile.
I
was
going
to
pay
cash.
I
booked
the
appointment
for
2
people.
Mind
you,
the
2
pedicures
are
$100
each.
I
did
not
receive
any
confirmation.
Fast
forward,
I
called
the
salon
the
day
before
we
were
supposed
to
go
and
spoke
to
the
same
woman.
She
said
she
never
received
my
booking.
I
then
asked
why
I
couldn't
just
make
an
appointment
over
the
phone,
and
her
answer
was
that
they
are
too
busy
to
do
that.
Too
busy?!
They
call
that
customer
service?!
Now
my
credit
card
information
is
floating
around
somewhere
in
their
system😡
I
guess
they
didn't
need
the
$200
we
were
going
to
spend.
I
shouldn't
have
to
create
a
profile
to
make
a
nail
appointment.
Go
somewhere
where
you
can
call
and
actually
talk
to
a
person
who
is
not
"too
busy"
to
make
an
appointment
and
inquire
about
the
different
services.
My
cousin
and
I
went
to
Be
One
Nails
in
Oceanside
and
had
a
fabulous
experience.
And
by
the
way,
they
were
more
than
happy
to
talk
to
me
on
the
phone
to
make
an
appointment,
and
take
the
$200
plus
we
spent
that
evening.
