A
holistic
retreat.
As
we
stepped
into
the
shop
we
were
transported
into
a
zen
surrounding
with
a
beautiful
aroma
of
lavender,
serene
sounds
of
nature
with
an
array
of
charms,
trinkets,
&
gemstones.
We
booked
a
private
experience
with
a
yoga
instructor
in
the
pink
Himalayan
salt
cave
to
celebrate
out
girlfriend’s
birthday
and
a
relaxing
mama’s
day
out.
As
we
stepped
into
the
room,
the
ground
was
covered
in
pink
Himalayan
salt
and
the
air
was
infused
with
low
vapors
of
the
salt.
The
dry
salt
therapy
is
know
to
reduce
stress,
help
decrease
mental
fatigue,
reduce
inflammation
of
tired muscles
&
help
strengthen
our
immune
system.
The
gentle
salt
waterfall
at
the
far
end
of
the
room
also
let
out
saline
vapors
as
it
slowly
cascades.
We
had
a
45
minute
session
with
Joyce,
our
yin
yoga
therapist
&
also
sound
healer,
she
was
great.
She
came
around
to
realign
our
positions
while
gently
helping
us
feel
a
deeper
stretch.
This
therapeutic
experience
was
exactly
what
our
bodies
been
craving.
We
left
feeling
relaxed,
peaceful
&
a
bit
taller
as
we
focused
on
our
postures.
