This place takes forever to see patients. I’ve never had to wait less than an hour to be seen. The longest I have ever waited was 3 hours, just for a checkup by the way. The staff are unprofessional and the office is old and small. Would not recommend this medical office for anyone to go to.

If I could give it less than a one star I would. This place really sucks, I’ve been going here for years because my mom goes to Dr. Rohr and they always took at least and hour to see me. They don’t have any consideration for patients and take new patients that walk through the door faster than the take someone who has been waiting there since they opened. The staff brushes you off when you bring that to their attention which is extremely unprofessional. They aren’t up to date with having the files become electronic, instead they have them scattered around the office.

This office does not accommodate electronic submission of medical claims. It's 2022; maybe there should be some progress on that front. Because of this reason, even though the doctor is in network, they refuse to submit the claim, so I'm being billed for it. The receptionist, Cathy, and the dentist, Dr. Agbary, were perfectly pleasant, knowledgeable, and I was looking forward to establishing a relationship with this practice. I did not want to believe the reviews or the ratings on Google. But unfortunately, I got burned; hopefully you don't experience the same as me.

Staff was polite and nice to me. It was my first time there. They directed me to the dentist upstairs. Everyone was polite and nice up there as well. No problems for me. I wished they would do the root canal that they said that I needed. I still can't find a dentist that takes my insurance. It's frustrating. Wish someone would help me. I'm in terrible pain everyday and I'm tired of it.

They get the job done but the communication is horrible. Called on a Friday to ask if I can pickup the results on a Saturday. They said yes anytime from 9 to 4. I got there on Saturday at 11am and they were closed.

I love these doctors. I have been taking my kids to them and myself since they were babies, and they are now all in college… The doctors have always been very good, and have always been there for us… the nurses are very kind and the head nurse that runs the office, Doyna (not sure how to spell her name) … does a great job! No complaints.

It takes over 2 hours to see a doctor they are very un organized it’s a waste of time going here.

The Doctors here are good but the front desk is were the problem is especially the orange hair lady no patience and rude but the rest is good

Only fault you have to wait awhile to see the doctor. Other than that the doctors are very good be going since 2017.
