Jessica Grieco was absolutely incredible in helping me plan my first-ever trip to Disney with my family. She answered my million questions, booked everything for us, including the hard-to-get dining reservations. She truly was invaluable. We had the BEST trip and couldn’t have done it without her vast knowledge and wonderful tips! She’s just so sweet too and even checked in on us while we were there and sent us a little treat. I cannot wait to plan our next adventure with Jessica.

Exceptional support and organization with every trip! Christine has been planning my trips and has done a great job, such great attention to detail with so much information, tips, tricks, apps and on demand support when needed through the trips. This past week we spent a few days at universal and it was amazing, Christine gave us some great information and it made our trip very memorable and stress free. Not easy to do at such a big park, but it truly was everything we hoped for and more. We’ve been using ET travel now for the past 2 years and have not looked back on this choice moving on from other travel agencies. They just don’t measure up! Looking forward to our next trip!

Carissa Crowley was fantastic! The top 3 things I loved about working with Carissa is her 1. communication and how friendly she is, 2. attention to detail, and 3. product knowledge. We booked our family vacation for Christmas at Universal Studios with Carissa. She was recommended from a past client in a facebook group and we could not be more pleased! Carissa spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me running different pricing scenarios and was able to clearly communicate the differences in hotel options for our stay. She even found us a Florida resident rate for our room and stay which saved us a ton of money!! We were able to get extra perks including fast passes which made our days in the park so much more enjoyable. I must also mention we booked this last minute (16 days out) because our work schedules are so crazy we can never plan anything too far in advanced and Carissa handled everything with elegance and ease! She followed up with emails that had some great information about the parks and hotel and even got on the phone with us again right before our trip to ensure all of our questions were answered. We highly recommend Carissa, we will be using her again in the future and will be referring her to all of our friends and family! Thank you Carissa, our family is so grateful!!

We used ET Family Travel - and agent Jenn Bond specifically- to plan our recent trip to WDW in Orlando. Jenn Bond was AMAZING in guiding our family through every step of the booking and planning process for our week long stay. Her knowledge and personal experience of staying at numerous hotels on-property helped us select the perfect one for our stay. Her thorough understanding and explanation of every Disney aspect - from transportation to dining (locations, menu items), to optimal ride times to help me plan a trip to maximize our own experience each day before going - was just amazing. She took care of our transportation needs to and from the airport, meal reservations, and helped us decide which “extras” were right for our family to make the trip even more special. She was meticulous with every single detail from planning through questions I had while we were there. Could we have done all this ourselves? Probably. Possibly. But no where nearly as efficient, as smart, as stressless, or as easy as Jenn made it for us. We will absolutely be using Jenn again for our travel needs. It was the smartest decision we made to make this trip magical!

We were so lucky to have Ari Anderle plan our Disney vacation! My wife and I were completely overwhelmed since we hadn’t been to Disney in a long time and this time we were bringing our 3 young children. We wanted to make the most out of our trip and she really helped us do that! She put making our dinner reservations as her top priority so that we could get the best time slots. It was our sons 7th birthday while we were there and she made sure it was extra special! Even the small details like reserving a rental car and stroller service or helping us set up a DAS pass for our son. We would have been completely lost without her! We are so grateful and thankful to her for planning a vacation that our kids will remember forever!

It's no wonder you can't find a single one star review on ET Family Travel. It's because there is not a single negative thing to say about this company. One travel agent in particular has my business for life and that is Ashley Harrison Fuller. Ashley is an extremely organized and detailed person. Even down to the most minute detail. As someone who is very detailed and organized myself, I could not appreciate this more. Ashley booked a trip for us to Disney World for August of 2021 for my daughters birthday. My mother who would have been traveling with us had to have emergency surgery the week we were to leave. I called Ashley in hysterics (she also doubled as a therapist that day) and Ashley immediately got on the phone with Disney and rebooked our trip. She was on the phone for over FOUR hours and somehow managed to make our trip even better than before. She managed to get us a highly coveted suite at the Grand Floridian at Christmas time. I had always wanted to go to Disney at Christmas and she made my wish come true. She was like my very own Fairy Godmother. I went from being complete hysterics to completely elated! Every last detail was perfect. From dinning reservations, Genie + (which was brand new at time), to Mickey's Christmas Party, she even knows where every character in the park is. I told all my friends that trip was the easiest trip I've ever taken and that was WITH kids. Disney is a beast but not with Ashley's help. She goes "to infinity and beyond" to get you prepared. If you read all her packets, watch her videos, follow her Instagram posts, you can NOT fail. Ashley is also available every step of the way. Any questions I had while I was there, she was quick to respond. For these reasons and many more we booked another trip for this October of 2023 (8th-16th) and again it was "practically perfect in everyway". She got us every dinning reservation, Bippity Boppity Boutique reservation, and Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween Party tickets. Every detail was covered. Ashley even offered to get up the next morning after the Mickey's Not so Scary Party and book our Genie + and Lightning Lanes so we could sleep in since it was a late night. We had so much fun once again that we turned around and booked a 10 year anniversary trip for my husband and I for this December. I am looking forward to what is already looking to be another amazing trip planned by Ashley. I get asked all the time for my tips and tricks on Disney and I always tell people that there is only one you need to know...... Use Ashley Harrison Fuller as your travel agent. That's it! So, if all this is not enough to convince you then I don't know what is. Let her work her magic. She does not disappoint!

We started working with Jenn Bond about a month before our trip to Disney (Hollywood Studios & Magic Kingdom) and all I can say is WOW. Jenn planned not only an amazingly successful trip for us, but was so vigilant about getting us to everything that we wanted while being incredibly kind and caring along the way! She planned out all our reservations for food and rides and gave us every tip and trick in the book to easily and quickly navigate both parks. Not only did Jenn make plans for us well in advance of our trip, she remained available throughout our entire time at the parks! She gave us a steady plan for everything we should do, how we should do it, and in what order we should go about every ride and experience, all while still leaving us time to “do our own thing”! Jenn made everything seem so effortless and made our trip completely stress-free. She is AMAZING. I can say with 100% certainty there is no one else I will go to for any vacation help in the future!!! We are so grateful!!!

Jenni Bond was incredible. She helped me plan a trip to Disney for my daughter's 13th birthday. I could not have done it without her. Not only did she present multiple options that were within budget, but she also created a plan that allowed us to cover 4 parks in 3 days! My feet still hurt, but we accomplished everything we set out to do. She provided an overwhelming amount of support and was literally with us (virtually) every step of the way. If you're going to Disney, I highly recommend Jenni (aka Mrs. Bond ;)

Lauren Nacewicz was simply amazing! She helped us plan a rather large family vacation/Retirement trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for 10 adults and 6 kids. We could not have done this once-in-a-lifetime trip without her. Lauren expertly dealt with our all-inclusive resort, getting us the best possible rate and saving us a lot of money, in addition to a lot of stress! She also researched and reserved a very reputable transportation company in Cabo (at a very reasonable rate) that could accommodate our entire group for the 50 minute drive to/from the airport. Even though Lauren advertises herself as a professional Disney expert (which I’m sure is very true), I am here to tell you that she is so much more than that! We will definitely be using Lauren again for all our future travel arrangements and confidently recommending her to all of our friends and family!

Being a mom of two, plus working a full time job I didn’t have the time to do my research for planning our trip… Vasilia did everything from hotel comparisons, dining reservations, stroller rentals, park hopper passes and so much more.. She even gave me a listing of every ride, in every park that was suitable for my girls!! The communication didn’t end once the trip was fully booked. Ashley Fuller. Enough said. Ashley booked every dining reservation we wanted, she was personable and checked on us during our trip! She made planning this trip a DREAM.
