I
went
to
see
Dr.
Torre,
had
an
ultrasound
examination
the
same
day
and
had
a
blood
test
a
few
days
later.
1.
Office
is
awful.
It
was
the
first
office
which
asked
me
to
offer
my
credit
card
information
in
my
first
visit
for
cancellation
fee.
2.
Dr.
Torre
is
not
too
bad,
but
also
not
good
enough.
She
didn't
listen
to
you
carefully
and
just
stated
the
diagnosis
based
on
her
experience,
not
what
patient‘s.
3.
The
ultrasound
I
had
included
many
items
that
I'd
never
seen
when
I
did
ultrasound
in
other
places,
which
charged
fee
for
sure.

Front
desk
is
very
irresponsible.
I
requested
ultrasound
report.
After
I
waited
for
a
half
hour
and
requested
again,
she
asked
me
what
do
you
need.
They
seemed
to
have
a
new
machine
and
she
didn't
know
how
to
use
it
and
just
ignored.
Finally,
I
received
the
report
without
any
image.
4.
The
nurse
who
did
venipuncture
for
me
was
very
rude.
She
tried
two
times
but
no
blood
came
out
which
was
pretty
painful.
She
blamed
this
on
my
thin
vessels
not
her
skill,
not
to
say
any
apology.
And
she
asked
me
to
go
to
other
labs
if
the
next
attempt
still
failed.
I
don't
know
if
this
office
only
has
one
person
doing
this.
5.
I
received
a
bill
for
Office
Visit
separate
from
venipuncture.
Yes,
just
office
visit.
The
representative
on
call
confirmed
that
as
long
as
I
appeared
in
that
office,
I
would
be
charged.
Why
don't
you
rob
the
bank?!
I
don't
recommend
this
office.
