I recommend making an appointment time rather than a walk in . I had a bit if a wait, about 40 minutes . People with appointments waited less time. The staff was nice. The Doctor was a good listener. He did not rush me even though he was the only Doctor there, and they were very busy. I do recommend using. ER-DOX of Freeport. You have an option of walking in and changing to a later time if they are busy so that's a good option. They need more help but all in a a good experience.

This location sucks. They never have enough staff and the staff there is so rude. They say things like I’ve seen 60 patients today I need to go home. “I don’t care” closing early and when you walk in not offering alternative locations. The person running front desk today that’s not her job so she was all over the place. Not her fault but the PA didn’t help, where was the doctor? This is a chain right? You guys have to do better. Zero stars literally.

The receptionist (Debbie) wasn’t friendly .she couldn’t check me in the system she told me if I get a bill I need to submit it to my insurance company.The waiting was so long even though the was only one patient in front of us. We’re in the flu season and they don’t have any flu test. The Doctor had a very strong smell of cigarette The worst experience

I came for a hand injury that I have been dealing with since last Friday. Wanted to have it x rayed to make sure it wasn’t broken. The doctor didn’t even look at my hand or x ray just tells me to follow up with neurology for a pinched nerve and prescribed naproxen and lidocaine topical cream. Waist of my time to go. How do you not even look at what’s wrong before making a determination

Had a good experience at this urgent care office. Reserved a spot and uploaded all documents before going. Was taken in almost immediately. Received good care. Everyone we encountered were very nice and courteous. Dr. A explained everything and seemed very thorough.

This is one of the best walk ins I have been in!!! They are very caring the receptionist was so attentive and helpful and that's nice because when you don't feel good it's nice to be treated kindly!! So Thank you to all the ladies that helped me today you are all wonderful!! 1/17/24

Staff/ Everyone, And Service was Excellent. The Doctor that Saw Me was Attentive with Talking To Me about My Diagnosis, As Well Spoke To Me About Managing My High BP. Poor management. Insufficiently staffed. Front desk staff is not friendly and made me feel I was inconveniencing them by asking for my test results. They will not call you to update you, not to let you know the results are back, not to let you know what the results are, and apparently they won’t even inform you if your tests never made it to the lab. The staff does not seem to know or care what’s going on at all

Great place to get your healthcare needs taken care of. No long waits and staff are courteous and care about you. Ask all the right question clean facility.would definitely recommend .
