This location is better than most locations I’ve been to on the island! For the most part the front desk staff is pleasant and attentive to guests. Bryanna is consistently great and pays attention to detail. She’s is friendly which makes the overall experience painless

Bryanna is wonderful and very knowledgeable. My waxing is always done to perfection without any burning from hot wax and quickly. Because she knows how to apply it for best results. I highly recommend her for you waxing!!

Love this place. Staff is friendly. Appointments are easy to book and reschedule if needed. Place is clean. Services are always well performed and quick. I’d like to shout out Kayla who waxed me recently. She was professional, friendly, and did a great job. I would highly recommend Kayla to others.

Trish is wonderful! She is always smiling and is great at what she does. I book with Trish in advanced to make sure and I’m so pleased with my services. Trish in the new hyde park/lake success location is AMAZING. Her product knowledge, waxing and taking care of the skin is so helpful. I've never had someone who waxed me actually care how it came out or recommended products to help my skin and hair. Will forever only go to her now!
