    There aren’t enough words for this horrible facility. The customer service is disgusting. First, and most importantly, the front desk stole my ID and refused to return it, while asking me to leave. Next, the front desk personnel is rude, and inefficient. Additionally, they are completely inconsistent with what they tell you. When you speak with patient services over the phone, they tell you that your documents will be ready at the front desk, after you walk in, if you want to pick up copies of any documents and or records. When you arrive however, not only is the paperwork not ready, the front desk has no knowledge of the situation. They then try to turn everything around and make the patient look like a bad person. They perform idle threats to customers, and blame them for the office’s negligence. I’ve never seen a horrible business such as this, to blame the customer for their own wrongdoing. As for the technicians, radiologists, and doctors, they are actually nice, knowledgeable, and very polite. Unfortunately the front desk area acts otherwise; they know that this is a horrible way to treat clients, but they don’t care. They don’t want you to speak aloud about their incompetence. Additionally, because they use a third party service to process your medical paperwork, and scans, one department has no idea of what the other is doing. It truly is a complete debacle, and circus. Actually that’s an insult to the circus, but I digress. If you care about your health, and those of your loved ones, I advise you to go elsewhere. Don’t waste your money (and insurance) here. Radiology places are “a dime a dozen”. With that said, personally, if there were no other facility in NY (Northwell or otherwise), I’d still rather drop dead, then get my X-ray, scan, or image in that facility. Northwell, does not need to become richer; the facility doesn’t deserve my business, and since they don’t care about me, I don’t care about them. They are a prissy self-serving entity, especially this facility. Ironically, there are exceptions, such as Lenox Hill, LIJ, and many doctors outside of that facility. It’s interesting how they feel that they can play the threat card, when you try to expose how wrong they are, and try to explain yourself. They seem to think that they can buy anything and anyone, including their private police precinct and security. Luckily, they can’t buy me, due to the fact that I see right though them, and I don’t scare easily with their idle threats. Any facility that goes that far, to treat you that way, is clearly not very reputable. Don’t let the name and or Long Island/Nassau/Lake Success/town, fool you. Go to a facility that cares about health and your well-being, not about money.

    My 98 year old mom had appointment for sonogram to determine source of abdominal pain . Appointment was 12:10, she was seen at 12:05 and received her treatment from the kindest, most respectful and considerate technician. She informed us as to when the result would be sent to mom‘s doctor along with sincere wishes for her to feel better. Excellent care and experience.

    I have scheduled my appointment for Sunday bc I really didn't want to miss more days at work. I went alone bc my husband was taking care of out toddler. It definitely isn't a great way to spend your Sunday but the people who work there made it all good. Starting with the front person, nurse who put my IV in and the technician Justin. Amazing people, thank you for being so great and making this unpleasant experience very fun!

    Walked out of a scheduled X-Ray appt. The circus act of mask wearing is over. Northwell should get over themselves. I don’t need someone telling me to wear a mask while that person has it wrapped around their chin. Or the other receptionists who have it wrapped around their mouth like a badge of honor. Maybe if I wrapped the mask around my forehead that might meet northwells policies. Let’s get back to reality people. Please. I have no problem going elsewhere for an X-ray.

    Worst customer service ever. I've been calling to see if they have received my prescription, been on the phone for 1 hour and 15 mins and no one picked up the phone. I decided to end my call because I cannot wait longer on the phone. I will change this location and get a better one that's interested in their customers/ patients. Very frustrating to call these people also if you are lucky to get through with them they always give you wrong information and very rude on top.. So depressing dealing with these people. The manager needs to pay more attention to these workers that don't want to work.

    I was there today for a needle biopsy. I have to say the Dr. Was amazing. the nurses and technician were so kind and caring. We all talked during my procedure about life and things. It made it go very fast and we had a few laughs as well. The women there are great. Thank you Dr.Ramos. Nancy, Joanne, and Danielle.

    Friday June 9, 2023. On 6/2/23, I went in at 1:32pm, to Northwell Health Imaging Center. I check in for my 2:45pm, procedure of CT chest abdomen and pelvic with oral and IV contrast. After 2:30pm, I received oral and IV contrast. I waited for a little while. Later, I was sent in a room for the CT scan. Twice on the table I got nervous and frightened. I could not go through with the procedure because I am Class of phobic . A nurse name Susan last name unknown came over to comfort me. I explained to her how I was feeling. She advised me, " Please try again or go back in the waiting room and go on your phone." "I will keep on checking on you until you feel comfortable to go in again." I asked, "Will you be with me?" She replied, " Yes, I will be with you every step of the way." The nurse kept on checking on me. I told her, "I was ready." The nurse placed me in another room, made sure my eyes and ears was covered by making sure I did not see or hear the machine, guide me safely on the table, talking to me and making sure I was comfortable. I ripped off the hospital disposable shirt to feel comfortable. The nurse placed a warm blanket on my chest. Then I became calm and comfortable. The nurse and another person behind the glass kept talking to me. They instructed me to breath and kept talking to me. I completed the procedure. They both congratulated me when I was finished. I thank everyone and left the room. I spend my time at the center from 1:32pm through 4:15pm. This is why I chose Northwell Health Imaging Center for the second time. I truly appreciate the staff and trust them with my life. You'll are the best. Thank you nurse ,"Susan." Again, Thank you everyone. I love Northwell Health Imaging Center for life. Thank you.     Would like to Thank the staff for the wonderful experience my son and I had on Wed, Nov 1st, 2023, at the Imaging Center. Professionalism, Courtesy, Cleanliness, Good Service... Wow!!! We were impressed!!! Will definitely recommend!!!❤️❤️❤️
