My wife and I met with John McDonough who took his time showing us all the different treadmills in his showroom. He was very pleasant and informative. He did not rush us and made us try out all the different models until we knew the perfect fit for our family. He explained all the features in each treadmill model in comparison to the other models. Lifefitness treadmills by far are superior over the other competitive treadmill companies in 2020 in the market. But its important for you to go and see John as he is so knowledgeable that he will make your home fitness equipment purchase a most pleasant experience. He doesn't pressure you in any way. John was great helping me purchase my new treadmill and dumbbells. Extremely knowledgeable with the equipment in the store and easily explaining the difference between them in laymen’s terms. He didn’t try to up sell me on anything- and the service- from being shown the treadmills to delivery was top notch. Delivery was in a few days. Great experience and I will definitely be returning in the future to get more equipment.

Jim was an extraordinarily nice compassionate and helpful man. We had a trying day driving all over Long Island for a stationary bike for my dad who has Parkinson’s with one sales person after another being rude, discourteous or unhelpful. Finally, after the store next door ignored us, we found ourselves in Jim’s store. Within minutes he found us an affordable bike that was comfortable for my dad and made us feel so special. He was so helpful and caring and I highly recommend his store, not just for his great products and service, but knowledge and his kindness. Thank you again Jim.

Purchased 5000.00 worth of equipment in Dec 2020. It was delivered January 2021. Our contract says 3 years service January. No specific date was given. We attached an email conversation with manager John asking for more specifics on the warranty but were never given it. Someone called me last year asking me to extend my warranty which was up in January 2024. Normally if no specific date given then you would assume it's up end of January. When I called today, April told me my warranty was up Dec 1 and I would have to pay 395.00 just for service call. When looked in my folder and told her I had January written on the receipt she put me on hold and now said it was up January 15 and I would still have to pay for service even though it's only 3 days later and nowhere on my receipt does in say it expires Jan.15 Needless to say, I will never shop here again and you just lost a very good customer.

My wife and I purchased a treadmill and an elliptical trainer from Damien at the Manhasset store back in 2011 and couldn't be happier. We recently met with Damien again and purchased a spin bike which we received today. Damien is great to deal with and doesn't push you into making a purchase. He is very knowledgeable about all the equipment he has on the floor, other fitness products on the market and trends in the industry. By knowing about each equipments features, warranty,etc. and having the opportunity to test out the equipment, we were able to make a more informed decision. The level of service is great too. From arrangement of delivery to the actual delivery and from the arrangement of maintenance service to the actual maintenance of our equipment, the staff at Fitness Showrooms has always come through. A friend and a relative of ours have since made purchases from Damien based on our recommendation and they couldn't be happier. Fitness Showrooms is a very well run company and it shows by the exceptional people they hire. My wife and I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a quality piece of fitness equipment at a fair price.

This past weekend, my wife and I and 3 kids visited the Fitness Showroom in Manhasset. The Director of Sales,Damien Golding, helped us find the right treadmill and other exercise equipment for our family needs. He was very knowledgable and incredibly patient through out the process. He was also great educating my kids on the benefits of the equipment and helping them try many of the products available. They have been in business for 25 years and I am very confident that they will stand behind their product which is very comforting given the size of the investment. Damien was terrific and I would highly recommend him and Fitness Showroom and their products to my friends and family.

Recently, I purchased some gym equipments at Manhasset Life Fitness Showrooms. Mr. Damien, the salesperson was instrumental, resourceful, knowledgeable, patient and courteous as he helped me select a numbper of pieces of equipment that are a great match for my goals and what I'm trying to achieve in terms of fitness and health. I highly recommend Damien as a good resource for anyone who wishes to purchase gym equipments or those who want to put a mini home gym together.

I went to Fitness Showroom to buy an elliptical. I needed a rugged and strong one because it was for not only the family but specifically my autistic son. I spoke to Jim Wojnarowski sales manager about my needs for my son and to say he addressed my needs is an understatement. He pointed me to True Elliptical which could handle my weight requirements for my son and is rugged. Jim, the whole time during the sales process kept focus on what was going to be the best product for my son which was a high priority. Once the sale was completed I was shocked at the rapid speed of the delivery, which was the next day. My son and I have using the product since. My son has rapidly increased his endurance and slimming down already as well as myself. I can't thank Jim enough.

I had a great experience from the sales to installation and use. Andrew was patient and knowledgeable. He showed us how the different machines worked and the difference in use and prices per machine. The showroom has many different types of weight lifting machines in the back of the store to chose from. The delivery was within a few days and installation was a few hours. All the way through from sales to installation the team was professional, respectful and courteous. We purchased the Hudson Steel brand cable cross over. We have been using for a few months know. Well built, Very smooth and comes with many attachments to work with. I highly recommend the store and product.

Jim was great helping me pick out a recumbent bike for me and my family. He was super helpful and pleasant to work with. He helped me to understand the equipment and find what would work for our needs, and I felt like he genuinely cared about my family's health and fitness. There was a minor mix up with one component of the bike, which I was afraid would be hassle to work out, but I called Jim and he was super friendly and helped me resolve it completely and quickly. Had the bike a few weeks now, the R3, and really happy with it. Thank you, Jim! A++
