I had an an Mri imaging for my abdomen. I had anxiety because I am chlorsophobic and the nurses Erin and Valentina were super nice and sensitive to my apprehension. Ninno was also great and Antella was super when i was in recovery. It was a great experience and I would do any further MRI at this place. I appreciated the staff and their professionalism Danny

There are many things I look for when entering a medical practice for the first time. Three small things for me, aside from what I think of the Dr. are… Cleanliness, personalities at the desk & promptness. All to which this facility checked each box. If I could give 10 stars I would. Everyone was so nice and sweet. There was not a long wait time. Everybody were knowledgeable and treated me well. I would definitely recommend this doctor and place.

I would have gave 5 stars if the wait to to get in the back wasn’t so long my appt was at 2:00 I arrived at 1:30 I didn’t get called until 3:05 which feels like for ever when you haven’t ate since the day before , other then that nurse Julie is the best she was so nice and pleasant and explained everything to me very well !!! Thanks Northwell other then the wait they did an amazing job

Staff very kind & courteous. Thus 5 stars. Facility clean . Wait time has never been an issue. During the scans the staff have gone above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable . I was very impressed with the cleanliness and how organized this place is. The staff are very nice and professional. Appointments were all on time. My problem here was that the doctor who scheduled these tests for me, gave me no instructions and didn't discuss what any of them entailed. Because of this, I ended up prepping for a CT scan that I was not able to do, due to severe claustrophobia.

The place is very clean and the staff is very caring. They are on time, I didn’t wait long at all. They know you’re scared and the person who did my mammogram was so caring. I really appreciated that. I also received an ultrasound and she was great also. I was very pleased with my care while I was there.
