    I just bought my first Nespresso machine back in November the girl who sold me the machine was extremely knowledgeable In the different machines and helped me pick one catered to my liking. When I came back for more nespresso pods I was greeted by a kind worker named Peter he was very friendly and smart and He gave great advice since all the different pod flavors get overwhelming! The customer service here are one of the main reasons why I come in-store versus buying online!!!

    One line for taste testing, machine purchases and refills of pods????!!!!! 45 min wait, 3 people in front of and we can't can't enter bc of taste testing?!!!!!! Why am I a customer here? Better service at Dunkin or a gas station. 59th Street location is much more elegant and competent.

    My wife and I had decided to give Nespresso a shot, but we were stuck between two models. So even if it was about forty minutes away, I decided that going to the Nespresso store made the most sense so I could see both machines for myself and go from there. And yes, I had to wait when I got there. The girls working there were very apologetic, and they made me a nice coffee to drink while I was waiting for my turn. I had time, so I didn’t mind. The experience I had there with Amy was worth the wait. Her advice was phenomenal: she talked me through some of the concerns I had between the machines, and she taught me things about the machine I never would’ve known if I had just grabbed the machine online. Not just about the functions of the machine itself, but also about the flavors and the company policies that work to the advantage of the customer. Amy gave the best insights, and she clearly wasn’t trying to just sell me something: she wanted to make I had the best thing for me, and that’s not the kind of experience you can put a price on.

    Don’t own an Nespresso but am an espresso and coffee consumer. Had one of their delicious samples whilst having a pleasant chat with one of the employees. Very knowledgeable and kind lady. Discussed their flavors, machines, and about coffee in general. Great experience.

    I felt so welcomed! Amy is precious, sweet and professional! I came in just to look and walked out with two amazing coffee choices! I got El Salvador (which is where my family is from) and I got the new Storm boost (the cool green colored one )! She was the best! I'm not sure if y'all read this but she deserves recognition for how she treated me! I will definitely come back when I run low of my coffee!

    I cannot stop commenting that my experience buying a Nespresso machine was very pleasant. Amy, the person who assisted me, was very kind, professional, patient, and she clearly explained to me how the machine works and all the necessary details to make the purchase. I am really very grateful to Amy and her willingness to help me choose, she is very professional!

    The customer service was amazing! I was greeted right away and the sweetest worker helped me out. She recommended me some great coffee options. I was able to sample coffee and will definitely go back!

    My husband and I always shop here and everyone is so helpful and always gives suggestions . Well today the lady behind the counter seemed like she didn’t want to help us and her body language showed it as well . She had a tone and an attitude. My husband didn’t catch my hint when I said oh we can buy on line . Then we both walked away after spending about 170 dollars on coffee and were wow she was nasty . I know it’s holiday time but there is no reason to have an attitude.
