My
wife
and
I
had
decided
to
give
Nespresso
a
shot,
but
we
were
stuck
between
two
models.
So
even
if
it
was
about
forty
minutes
away,
I
decided
that
going
to
the
Nespresso
store
made
the
most
sense
so
I
could
see
both
machines
for
myself
and
go
from
there.
And
yes,
I
had
to
wait
when
I
got
there.
The
girls
working
there
were
very
apologetic,
and
they
made
me
a
nice
coffee
to
drink
while
I
was
waiting
for
my
turn.
I
had
time,
so
I
didn’t
mind.
The
experience
I
had
there
with
Amy
was
worth
the
wait.
Her
advice
was
phenomenal:
she
talked
me
through
some
of
the
concerns
I
had
between
the
machines,
and
she
taught
me
things
about
the
machine
I
never
would’ve
known
if
I
had
just
grabbed
the
machine
online.
Not
just
about
the
functions
of
the
machine
itself,
but
also
about
the
flavors
and
the
company
policies
that
work
to
the
advantage
of
the
customer.
Amy
gave
the
best
insights,
and
she
clearly
wasn’t
trying
to
just
sell
me
something:
she
wanted
to
make
I
had
the
best
thing
for
me,
and
that’s
not
the
kind
of
experience
you
can
put
a
price
on.
