Table for four please. Timing is absolutely everything! It only took 3-4 minutes before the friendly hostess seated us. That was much appreciated. Our server Keith immediately stopped by our table, introduced himself and shortly thereafter took ours orders & delivered salad and breadsticks. Keith had a wonderful personality, was friendly, patient and accommodating. The restaurant was full and we still received exceptional service. No excuses we’re ever made for anything. When a request was made to surprise the birthday girl with a song, the request was met with a cheerful smile. The food was delicious, the service exceptional as mentioned, the restaurant had a good vibe and the staff was very friendly. The parking though… we drove around for five minutes or so looking for a parking spot. This because Olive Garden shares the parking lot with Costco and a few other major retailers. Be prepared to walk unless the stars are aligned in your favor and you slide into a spot by the door. Aside from the parking, this was an amazing dining experience🤩

So the food itself was really medicore and the pina colda drink I could barely taste the liquor. The pasta was dry and didnt taste good but the shrimp was decent.The waitress she was really nice and i like how they kept checking on us. The waitress and the manager (i assume) kept asking if everything was alright.

I love the big 🥗 salad & my hub loved the minestrone soup. My favorite is their Fettuccine Alfredo dish. The garlic breadsticks are very good too. Friendly staff & food was served in a nice timely manner. Will visit this location again soon.

Food and service were both subpar at this location. We definitely did not get treated like family. Our server took forever to bring our food, she was no where to be seen when we needed salt and pepper for the blandest gnocchi soup ever. I’ve been to this location once before for dinner and it was a much better experience. Perhaps the lunch crowd don’t get the same service.

Its our first time to visit this particular branch. So far their also good. We waited a few minutes before being serve but understandable since their full house when we came. Everyone are nice, and accommodating. The foods were serve good, and freshly made. Aside from their yummiest pasta, We love their salad too. We will surely come back again next time.

I love Olive Garden, but this place was a total disappointment, and I will definitely steer away from it. First off, they talk in Spanish (I guess it is Spanish), and they switch to English when they talk to us. I am actually fine with it, but when they talk right beside my table, and seemed to be talking something about us, that would not feel too good. It is a place of work, so be professional - speaking English so everyone understands is part of being professional. Secondly, they missed one item that we ordered and gave us something else, and then, they charged for it. I simply politely told them that we did not order this, and we would love to have what we ordered. But I did not know they actually charged us for the thing we did not order. I don't like confrontation, so I did not say a word. Thirdly, I valued a place heavily by its bathroom. At least for Men's room..., I would not use it anymore. If it were not for my whole family was there already in the place, I would had left if I were all by myself. Finally, my little girl, younger than 3 years old, touched the little screen on the table for a few seconds. For that, they charged 2.99. Oh well. We will continue to like Olive Garden, but we will never go here again.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here. Our server was Michael, and I tell you he was AWESOME! We didn't have to ask for anything but the check. Michael and his whole team were on point! I had a long day and was beat. Michael made suggestions on the soup and that was a pick me up and delicious. We are grateful to have been placed in his section. Thank you for everything!

Today my waiter was Andrew. He did an absolute stupendous job in welcoming us too our table with fast paced and a very warming tone. Very funny guy as well as professional! The food here was peak; very fresh very warm. I highly recommend the Zuppa Toscana side. As a food connoisseur and an expert in food services. I very much give this my most humble liking.

7/29/23 For Olive Garden 1246 Old Country road Westbury NY. It's okay if you just want to fill your stomach and you are starving. Appetizers are decent but the entrees are not exactly what I would call Italian food. Drinks are good and service is as well. Maybe for someone that's never actually had Italian food and doesn't know any better it's fine. But at best the sauce is like ketchup. The most simple of dishes like a chicken parmigiana leave much to be desired. It's like getting a chicken parmigiana sandwich at Burger King. Overall the place serves its purpose which is to serve the masses. You can have an enjoyable evening going with a group of friends. Just go with reasonable expectations. Not winning any culinary awards but it's not supposed to.

Olive Garden is always a good place to eat and highly recommended 👌 😋. Service was great with wait time more than 1/2 hour or so. Please go and visit and enjoy the meal with family and friends. Salad and breadsticjs are fresh and awesome.

The restaurant was jam packed as expected. Reservation is recommended specially on weekends. Good food, the four cheese pizza has a buttery flavor which I like, but I highly recommend the anchovies pizza. Our server LJ did well, very attentive and easy to approach.

I don't know if it was because it was a Saturday night and very busy, or if it is an everyday occurrence, but the food and service was terrible. Our waiter did the bare minimum of taking our order and giving us our food, but never returned to give us more breadsticks or drink refills (so much for "all you can eat breadsticks" 🤷‍♀️). Then to make for an even better night, they served me old, decaying broccoli(zoomed out it just looks like seasoning, or burnt from a pan, but if you zoom in, you can clearly see slimy black mold). My daughter ordered ravioli and couldn't eat it because the sauce tasted weird, and my husband ordered a pasta dish that he said was "tasteless." My boys had the chicken tenders and they said they were good.

I got the never ending soup salad and breadsticks lunch special for 10$. This offer is Mon-Fri 11am-230pm and it is a good deal. I ordered zuppa toscana soup, and chicken gnocchi soup, along with house salad and breadsticks. Very good value for what you’re getting, and you could have as many bowls of soup as you want…

Went here with very low expectations but my experience was beyond outstanding. The food was amazing, the chicken and shrimp carbonara was very flavorful and delicious. Anthony provided the best service ever. He was extremely personable, very attentive, and very polite — probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had. You can tell that he loves his job and cares for his guests. If you’re looking for a quick spot to dine in, with great hospitality and food, this is the place to go.

THOMAS, by far the best waiter here. I’ve been here a couple times and it always decent except for last week I had a waiter who was barely attentive and didn’t even introduce herself. Thomas on the other hand greeted me and my girlfriend with a smile, introduced himself and made the experience feel personal and comfortable. He was very attentive always making sure we were okay on refill and making sure we enjoyed the food. 10 out 10 server right there. Smooth as ice props to him!

Prom night, this restaurant was a great way to spend quality time while waiting for the daughter at her prom. Best down time I have had in a while. Gave the food 4 stars, as my order of shrimp and calamari was a bit salty than usual. Otherwise, it is a great place.

I came to Olive Garden on a Monday for dinner with friends. Waitress was attentive and made me feel good. Best of all, the food was so good and hot. Olive Garden is the best.

Amazing!!! After telling the server that I’ve had certain bad experiences at different OG’s; he offered an amazing service! The margarita was delicious. The plates were great and warm and just perfect. Richard was absolutely a great waiter. Will be going back there just because of his service.

Nice and fast service. No waiting time to be seated on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Our waiter was very pleasant and courteous. Food came out piping hot and was delicious. Portions were quite enough for a single person. Plus with unlimited salad / soup and breadsticks.

I have to be honest..it was my very first time eating here! The food is very good..i will definitely be back!!
