Sandy’s party supply never disappoints for any and all your balloon needs. They have provided me exactly what I wanted for backyard parties, my bridal shower and now my wedding! The balloons added fun and created awesome Photo ops while my bridal party and I glammed for the wedding. Thank you for another great balloon display!

Sandy's is the ONLY place to order balloons from! Forget the flower walls! ORDER BALLOONS FROM SANDYS INSTEAD! They will customize anything you want. My daughter was having a leopard print themed bridal shower. They told me to trust them and I did and WOWWWWWWWW! They did not disappoint. Look at the pictures and you will see the balloons were the focal point of the night. Can't thank them enough!

Great store for party supplies and balloons however will never rent tables and chairs from them again. Both were filthy and took me hours to clean 40 chairs the night before an event. When brought to their attention they credited me $20. Not exactly a fair deal after paying $170 for tables and chairs.

Terrible terrible customer service. First, they have two big signs on their door saying "mask required". After rushing back to my car to get a mask I walk in and none of the staff were masked. I told the lady who sort of seemed available that I was interested in an arch and balloon centerpieces and she says "ok ill get you the book". Didn't ask what the occasion was or if I knew what I had in mind nor the date. Nothing. So I proceed to open the book and say "I'm specifically looking for something I saw on your fb site, they're hot air balloon centerpieces for my shower" to which she responded "if it's on our site it's in our book" and continues to pace back and forth and talk to the owners and other staff about the lunch they were about to have and her weight issues. Everyone there was more interested I'm their pizza and garlic knots than taking some time to help a customer. It was a terrible experience that leaves one feeling like a burden, a bother. If you are interested in retaining patronage, share interest in the event with the customer. Don't pass them a book and expect them to raise their hand when they see what they like off this book of shadows. Make eye contact, smile, show them the sections in the book that are specific to what they're looking for. Ask when the event is, what the occasion is. Something. Disappointing. Ive been going to them for years for my party needs. Even the owner gentleman used to be much more personable and today everyone was just heavily invested in pizza and who eats first and who won't eat because they're fat. Felt like I walked into someone's home to be a bother instead of a professional party supply company. Never again. Wouldn't be such a big deal if I wasn't an already busy mom of two with very little time to go to these places in person. Their store hours are laughable. I'm sure I'll be able to find elsewhere who will gladly help me and take my money for something worthwhile.

They have a lot of Balloons and party supply options. I needed a specific size and letter foil balloon, which was not visibly displayed, but the owner was kind enough to go searching and found exactly what I needed!! Thank you. It was much appreciated!!

This was our first time using Sandy's for a party. Sandy's had come recommended by a friend from our town, who had swore by Sandy's calling them "the best around". This friend was not wrong. When I went to Sandy's to place my order, the girls who worked in the store could not be more helpful. They listened to my ideas and offered suggestions and recommendations. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in developing the design for the decor. The day of the party the decor was delivered in a timely fashion and looked beautiful! We were extremely happy with the service and product we received. I highly recommend Sandy's; you will be satisfied with the service!

I can’t rave enough about this place. They go out of their way to help you find the perfect party accessories. Their prices are reasonable. The variety of colors is fabulous! No more Dollar Tree or Party City for me. Sandy’s is my go to! Ask for Tracy! You are the best!!!!!!

There are so many fun things for all kinds of parties. The selection of balloons are tremendous. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help. Parking is available on location in the lot or on the street. I recommend anyone looking for party supplies to check this location out. You wont be disappointed.

Recently ordered chairs for a graduation party and all were very dirty and stained. I will say that the pricing was fair, but I was not at all satisfied with the maintenance of the chairs.

Lots of stuff here for a party. A bit PRICEY! Not impressed how my purchase looks 24 hours after purchase compared to the 99 cent store balloons. But oh well 🤷🏽‍♀️. Still they have A LOT of inventory in one place, makes shopping easy.

Great experience ordering balloons for my sister's bridal shower. Due to COVID I had to reschedule multiple times and ended up completely changing what I wanted. Sandy's Party Supply & Balloon Brothers Co. were great throughout the whole process. They put together exactly what I wanted and the balloons were beautiful. The delivery was on time and set up was fast and easy. Highly recommend.

Great service, Great products. BUT... I had my 7 year-old son with me. They wouid NOT LET HIM USE THE BATHROOM! Had to take him across the street so he could pee in the bushes. Who does that?? They heard it from me and their lame excuses did not fly. Heartless....

Wow. The balloon Garland was my favorite decor piece of my whole engagement party. You guys truly outdid yourselves! I WAS SO HAPPY with the turn out! Thank you to Julianna who helped me through facetime because I live an hour and a half away from LI and couldn’t make it in, to talk about the color scheme of the balloons and who also was very helpful in general. And huge thank you to the gentleman who put this beautiful garland together and to both him and the woman who worked with our circle arch and we’re quick problem solvers when putting the garland on the arch. I cannot thank you enough for making my engagement party that much more beautiful and special… I was so EXCITED/HAPPY with how this came out and we received SO many compliments!! We have patronized Sandy’s for a long time for party supplies and balloons, and have always been very happy with the service we received. Last weekend, we use Sandy’s for balloons for my daughter’s sweet 16 and the arrangements they made for us exceeded all expectations! The young lady who helped me with the colors and designs was friendly and accommodating; she also made some great suggestions. The garland was beautiful and the columns were perfect. Delivery came on time and the young men who delivered the balloons could not have been more pleasant. Great experience (again) and I highly recommend Sandy’s!
