    I did not have a good experience with this service center and probably will not be returning. Peter the service rep that oversaw my repair was great, he was very professional and courteous. The gentleman next door in the parts department was very professional, friendly and welcoming. I wish that I got his name so that I could give him a shout out here. However, the technician that worked on my car was very rude, unprofessional and dismissive. He was rude and disrespectful to Peter and dismissive to me. Additionally, after the repair, he parked my vehicle with the front of the vehicle in the road, creating a hazard and leaving my vehicle at risk of being hit by passing cars. Finally, there were grease/oil smudges left in the interior on my upholstery. Very passive-aggressive, vindictive type of behavior. I laughed it off but this behavior is indicative of bigger problems. If I do return it will be because of the great customer service provided by Peter and the parts guy.

    This service center is really good. The service at the desk is welcoming and honest. The mechanics are also open and upfront. I actually enjoyed the waiting room, free coffee, free wifi, a clean bathroom. I bring my 2016 outback for all its service appointments. I would recommend getting here before 7:30 am if you're looking to wait for your car in the morning. Overall fantastic service.

    Horrible customer service, one of the worst i ever dealt with.They also take a long time to repair anything, even oil changes can be prolonged. If you can deal with another service center, there definitely the bottom of the list for me.

    I could not be more satisfied with the service department and parts department of Subaru in Valley Stream, NY. They treat you as family and aim to please. Peter from service and Elvis from parts totally resolved my problem and went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my situation where I lost my key fob. It is service people like Peter from service and Elvis from parts that will always make me choose Subaru as my number 1 vehicle.

    Best place to get service for your Subaru hands down! If you want honest people with great work ana results, this is where you have to go. They didn’t charge me for job not covered under warranty and serviced it under a “good will” initiative costing me $0. Huge shout out to Steve and Doron! Thanh you guys!

    Let me start with, this service center is very accomodating, clean and very knowledgeable. dont get me wrong all of these qualities are great for a service center. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my Wrx, the specialist that I was with was Peter I believe and he offered me some services that I did not scheduled but anyways I took it because why not right ? multi-point inspection etc. He even called me to show me that my front brakes needed to be changed, so he offered me a “discounted” price but little did he know I know the price of the OEM brakes and he offered it for 390+ tax with just front brakes. I already bought aftermarket ones not even 300$ for all four brake pads. And would only cost me nothing for labor because Id do it myself. So I dont know what you’re trying to pull with that price point. and they look at me like I dont know what im talking about. dont get me wrong this place is good for a simple service. but the prices they have for different service is just outrageous, even the ones I did. but hey, would probably find a different service center.

    Peter the service representative was excellent the service on my vehicle done within the time promised... The service team discovered a safety issue ( Crack engine belt) suggested time frame to have my vehicle fixed. No pressure but stressed the necessity.

    I purchased my 2021 Subaru Outback in NJ but have been going to this service dept for maintenance and a recent no sound issue in the car because its closer to work. All the staff have been extremely nice and helpful especially Peter. They resolved the no sound from the infotainment center by replacing the amplifier in a timely fashion. This service station will be my new service place from now on. No complaints.

    When I picked up my car I saw something sticky on the mat. I asked the worker how did this happen. The worker said it was like that. I asked for a water hose and he said they didn't have one and walked away. I didn't bring my car in with a sticky mess on the mat. I also know that a service center has a water hose. I'm really ticked off at these people. They don't even try to pretend to be accommodating.

    I’ve been visiting this service center since my first car a 2012 Nissan Altima, my second a 2014 Maxima and now a 2018 maxima and they’ve taken stellar care of my vehicles and great customer service with through & through. Go to Maria and she will take solid care of you.

    I like that Gregoris is finally updating the service center! I believe they are still in process of updates the service shop should be next! It's a clean shop, just small and dark. Hopefully this comes soon! For as long as I have been going there, Gregoris still have the same 3 main service advisors which is a good thing. I been to other dealers where advisors don't stay too long, that's a bad sign which means they are not happy/not getting paid well enough/ or not in line with that dealers business practices. My only gripe is that this dealer has non existent service loaner vehicles and when you do ask for one, they frown on your for even asking for it.

I was in and out in 35 minutes for an oil change I used to go to Island Toyota on Staten Island They are horrible They stole 35 dollars in quarters out of my console The waiting areas are immaculate Thank you Doron

    Be forewarned. If you need a key made, he will not take credit card over phone to order it. You have to go in in person. Why is that? It’s super inconvenient. Once ordered you have to go in again to have it programmed. ( 2 trips total.) I can buy almost anything over phone with credit card. And the price is exorbitant, too.
