My visit at total orthopedics and sports medicine with Dr. McCormick was a very pleasant experience. The doctor helped me very much with my problem, and resolved my condition. Also, the girls were very nice and friendly. I was recommended there by a friend and now I also recommend anyone that is interested in having total pleasant experience and helping them with their issues would go there.

Dr . Dengenis is very thorough with his evaluations and makes sure he explains everything until you understand. He is compassionate and has a great sense of humor. His “bed side manner” is comforting as his patient.

Dr offers an everyday person side which makes him very relatable .He thoroughly answered my questions and eased my mind and addressed my concerns.Post surgery 3 days so far so good My backside generally looks better than this , just a couple days post op

I went to this office in an emergency. It was right before closing, I got a shot and was measured for a brace. I didn't use the brace for about a week. I started to use the brace and every time I used it it would fall. What I wanted to report was that I went there to see what could be done with the brace. The receptionist was very rude. There are two ladies in the front, the shorter one didn't even take my name. I saw that they kept calling people and I couldn't be called because they didn't have my name. They talked about shots and were goofing off while I was fuming in my chair. I went up again to tell her that I was waiting and she just told me that they are aware that I was there. I finally got to see someone (can't remember her name) who stated that they couldn't do anything about it. You billed my insurance $288 for a brace I only used twice. She gave me another appointment for 11/30/23 at 4 which I need to cancel because I will never go back to that place again. DO NOT GO THERE RECEIPTIONIST IS RUDE.

Doctor Thompson has given me my life back by conducting a successful surgery on my spinal cord. He is warm, knowledgeable, thorough, and completely professional. I highly recommend him to anybody who is suffering from chronic pain.

I had my ACL repaired by Dr.Dengenis. He did an excellent job. He’s very knowledgeable, has great bedside manner, and always answered my questions thoroughly. Front desk is friendly. Kristy particularly helped me with an issue with pharmacy the evening before my surgery. She went above and beyond!
