What a wonderful experience I had at Kravit Jewelers. My mom bought me a very nice watch for my 50th birthday which needed to have a couple of links taken out. I took it to Kravit Jewelers because a friend recommended them. The service impeccable and inviting. Danny helped me. He was kind and informative because I knew nothing about this watch my mom bought me. I will definitely return for future purchases. In addition to the service, the store's aroma is divine.

Super friendly and clean with a great selection of all sorts of things, but I went because I heard they’re the best in the area for watch repair. Trusted them with a low end Swatch automatic- a little pricey (21$) for a new screw in watch link repair but the turn around was immediate and they were super friendly and helpful. I will return for repairs and purchases.

Wonderful family owned business. My family has been customers of Kravit Jewelers for over 30 years. My sister and brother-in-law had their wedding bands designed by one of the owners. They are beautiful and very unique. I wouldn't go anywhere else for aquality piece of jewelry. The staff is very knowledgeable and they are nice as can be.

I needed to have a Chain repaired, and I of course went to Kravit Jewelers. They are reputable and always do a great job with anything I bring in to the store. I would’ve have given 4 stars, but it was not ready when promised. When I called two days after the item was promised, they did rectify the situation and had the item ready for me the next day. I do understand that during these pandemic times things aren’t always received when promised. The repair was excellent, and I will always go to them for my jewelry needs.

These guys were amazing. Natalie took care of us. We came in for a ring guard for an engagement ring that was a little too big. She broke down exactly what we needed to know about resizing & gave us different options. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to force us to choose a different option. She ended up giving us the plastic ring guard free of charge. She was so sweet. They also had a bunch of hand sanitizer which made us feel safe! I would recommend them 100%. We are definitely coming back to resize.

I brought my engagement ring in for repair one of the prongs cracked. My sales associate Trish was so helpful and explained the process of the repair. To my delight my ring was fixed within a day, such great customer service. My ring looks brand new!

I got my engagement ring here when they were still at their other location and unfortunately I did not have the best experience, but I have to say the new management they have now did the right thing and really went above and beyond. They took the time out to hear my concerns and when I received my ring back this time I could tell the quality of work was much better than it had been before. He was very honest and let me know right away that the particular model I wanted was hard to come by. I dropped my watch (Rolex) off for a repair and service. They gave me an exact quote and took their time explaining the repair and process of sending it out. They notified me as soon as it came back and had me come in to get it at my convenience. When I got there, it looked brand new and they even re-sized it for me.
