    I purchased these Dior sneakers 3/11/2022 at neiman Marcus in Roosevelt field mall. 3/18/2022 I came to exchange for a bigger size because when I got home and tried the shoes on I realized I could use a bigger size. The sales associate Wendy told me it wouldn’t be a problem to exchange them. She went to the back and never came out. The sales manager Vincent came out and explained that we wouldn’t be able to exchange them because it looked worn. I explained to him I’ve never worn them only in store and at home. As the attached pictures show. He insisted he couldn’t exchange them because he would have to damage them out and he didn’t want to take that store hit. He told me to sale them online on at Mercari. I asked for someone higher he said the store manger will be in next week “Doris Wilshere” Vincent and Wendy were very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I called customer service and they handled the situation for me and was able to get my a return label and process my refund. I am now ordering my shoes on the Dior website. Lesson learned just order from the actual brand. You’ll never go wrong!

    Great store! Has a lot of high end selections and the discounts are great. It is usually not crowded in the store and there are bathrooms. It is also well and has a lot of staff to help you.

    Hi I enjoy shopping in person and I found a disparity among the service I received in the store. I shopping for a fragrance in the Maison Francis section and there was one employee, a Caucasian woman, there that did not feel welcoming at all and honestly almost turned me away from purchasing anything . However there was one employee who was very kind and not stand-offish that I sought out to buy my fragrance with. Just wanted to reach out so you can improve your customer experience Would leave a one star for the first employee I encountered but leaving 3 for the kind one

    Horrible experience, Manager Denice and coworker Mike where very rude I wanted to return my Fendi shoes that I wore only once and the shoes were already beginning to unglue , I spend over $800 for them and Lisa was advising I should bring my shoes by the shoe repair , I shouldn’t take long walks with the shoes raising her voice at me and Mike was advising that that shoe is not a snicker . I was humiliated by both of them not surprised by all comments above !!!

    Their return policy for the perfumes is not good at all, I bought a perfume online at Neiman Marcus and didn’t really liked it, Asked for them to exchange or store credit. They didn’t offer anything, Macy’s, Bloomingdales and Nordstrom are much better, I won’t recommend anyone to buy from Neiman Marcus

    Sales associates here seem helpful and friendly before you make a purchase, but that amicability seems to die once the order is complete. My mother-in-law purchased a handbag for me, but since it wasn't in stock, the sales associate offered to have it delivered directly to my home. When I asked about delivery times, she estimated it would get to me in around a week. Two weeks have now gone by without a peep, and since then, I've been given the runaround. I've made calls to the department, urgently requested callbacks, and even dialed the exact sales associate's number from her business card. Each time, it's felt like I've been given the brush-off. I'm tempted to call them out in light of the purchase price, but the truth is that no customer should be given such a hard time, regardless of how much an item cost. What's worse, I've had both friends and acquaintances who have had similar issues with Neiman Marcus orders - wrong shipments, no communication, and carelessly packaged or damaged luxury goods. Bottom line: Beware of placing in-store delivery orders here. You're better off purchasing available stock, or - better yet - someplace else.

    I have been in Garden City for the last 2 weeks for business. Thursday I took a walk over to the mall for some well deserved retail therapy. 1st stop- Neiman Marcus, I shop at the storein Boston quite frequently. I have never been so disrespected before at any of the stores until now. I walked into the shoe dept. planing on buying a pair of golden goose sneakers. Not far from me were two saleswoman just chatting along , laughing and having a grand ol time with themselves. I walked over to them to ask if I could see a pair of the sneakers I was looking at for 15+ minutes without being acknowledged. The blonde lady looked me up and down with a snotty look, turned to the other lady with the same snotty look. I said hello, they both said hello back and literally turned their back to me. I was so disgusted that I left the mall. Little do they know, I could have bought 3 pairs and wouldn't blink an eye to it. But, instead of making a great sale and commission, the were disrespectful and plain ol nasty.

    I went to Neiman Marcus today. I had a horrible experience that almost brought me to tears. As soon as I entered the store I was browsing around the men's section. Two men dressed in black came around me and was following me. Then I bought a gift I was waiting for the gift to be wrapped. Four different workers came up to me asking me asking me if I needed help. I was looking at my phone in no way was I displaying any behavior of someone needing help. How did I become a suspect by just walking in the store. I did nothing to warrent to be treated like I stole something or came there to steel something. When all I was trying to do was buy my daughter (who likes men's clothing over woman's clothing) her 14th bday gift. It's was a very stressful experience. I would not recommend it to anyone.

    Josh is a very nice person, he was as sweet as he could be, we got a very nice YSL handbag 👜 the medium Loulou matelasse shoulder bag with gold hardware. and he was very patient and accommodating, I am keeping the relationship for any other designer purchases at this store.

    I’ve been a long time Neiman Marcus shoe department shopper and I’ve shopped with many of the salespeople who have been wonderful. I recently purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Phillip Satriano, he posted sale shoes on his instagram. I was not happy with the shoes and went to return them. It was the most uncomfortable experience!!!! Phillip grabbed the shoes away from the saleswoman that did the return and acted as if I had committed some crime for returning shoes. Then he actually had the audacity to block me from his instagram!!!Clearly customer service is dead, since when is it a crime to return shoes that don’t fit. It’s a shame that because of him … his associates who I have always found to be courteous will lose out on my future business. Neiman marcus, you might want to educate Phillip in the art of salesmanship, just because he has a popular instagram following doesn’t give him the right to treat customers the way he treated me today!!!

    Love love love. ❤️ and u would too. Yessss! Just be prepared to pay an arm and leg for items. Save your pennies and buy something that you deserve and makes you extremely happy. Why work so hard and not treat yourself. Come on at least twice a year especially your Birthday Day. Life is stressful but Fun as well. So enjoy the times that aren't stressful and shop here. Lol. Whose going to treat you better than you?

    Today I walked into the shoe department to try on and purchase a Rene Caovilla shoe. Firstly I was not greeted by any of the 4 customer service reps standing on the floor. However, eye contact was made with me multiple times and then turned away. I held the shoe in my hands for about 3/6 mins as they proceeded to pursue their conversation and look at he occasionally. As a customer service rep myself for a know company I found that very unprofessional and I decided to take my business elsewhere since no one had the desire to help me. I will not be returning to this location.

    All the rules are in favor of neiman marcus. They do not make it easy to return or exchange items. I had a bag that I purchased online for in store pick up for $3800. Upon picking up my order I opened the shopping bag. I saw the bag was damage. I made several attempts to exchange the bag for a new one. They would not allow me to exchange the item. It was so frustrating I ended up returning the bag and purchasing it from saks. In the future I will be hesitant to shop at any neiman marcus store as well as online.

    I am glad to come to find out I am not the only one with negative experience here! Neiman Marcus name is being bashed and it’s losing its reputation by hiring unprofessional and rude sales associates! Store mangers are not trained for their jobs nor do they have the knowledge to be working for name brand store like Neiman Marcus because it’s obvious problems are keep on occurring that speaks loud for itself! I came to order a dress for an event of my life, I found the dress by myself without any help from the rude sales associates. Came to order my size to sales register and the sales associates rushed the transaction, she asked me for my name and phone number I only assumed that the dress is being shipping to the store because of the high value of it. When she gave me the receipt I asked just to make sure I said when can I come to pick it up from the store? Because I was obviously giving the receipt without expiation! The associate responded to your home! I was like my house? You didn’t even ask me for my address? She had to void the transaction and do everything over because they had an address for me in their profile? By the way this is my first time purchasing something from them! Then the associate took the correct address of my home to ship the dress and said it will take 3 days to come! 3 days go by and I called to find out where my dress is and no one can find out where my dress is. There is no record on the system I order dress although my credit card was charged and I have receipt!!! I had to wait for the associate to come back to work to be told sorry I revived an email and someone else order the dress before you and we have no dress for you??????? Really?? You couldn’t care to call me and tell when you received that email so I can make arrangements or refined my credit card? Her respond was sorry I’ll refund the money! That’s it!!!!!!! I called to speak to manger I was advised there is no duty manger! Then called when the store just opened the store manger is busy???? Really??? Please avoid this store at all cost and go else where! Very rude and unprofessional and clueless!

    Terrible service / experience at ladies shoe department. Skip the displeasure of the long island house wifes/ shoe sales people and go to were the customer is treated as one. Go to city, and have better attention and service.

    10/11/2021 My husband and I went to Sanit Laurent to buy a bag that I want to buy. When the sales saw us, she was using a mobile phone and asked casually any needs help? When I asked her to pick up some bag styles for me, her attitude was very impatient and she kept throwing things while taking things, and her expression was very unfriendly. I have always trusted Neiman Marcus when shopping for luxury goods. At that time, I wanted to buy a bag after a dinner date with my husband, but after receiving such treatment, I never wanted to go shopping in such a store again. I would also tell my friends or family not to go through Bad shopping experience!

    The products were as expected, but if you're looking for any service at all, go to Bloomingdales or Macy's. Staff outnumbered customers by far and did not bother to approach any customer. My friend and I spent about 20 minutes in the shoe section with three attendees who didn't bother to glance at us when we made it clear within their earshot what we were looking for. Then, we spent about 10 minutes upstairs and once again were not given the time of day by staff.

    I have been shopping with Michael In the mens shoe department since the doors opened at this location. To say I’ve been a loyal customer is an understatement looking back at all my purchases dating back to close to 5 years now I’ve spent close to $20,000 on shoes at this location and I only have been working with him. I find it disheartening and I am completely disgusted by the lack of customer service across-the-board not only with him as well as management. I have reached out several times and I have yet to receive a phone call in regards to the lack of customer service as well as being taken advantage of. I am not the type to complain being in customer service myself. However I’m so disappointed that I’ve reached out to Vincent who has yet to get back to me regarding this matter. It’s amazing how I’ve let this go on for so long and was even considering purchasing more merchandise online only to find out that my insider points are non existent, when Michael has shown my entire closet to my friends while I shop dropping thousands of dollars on merchandise. I will no longer be a client at this location nor will I ever give neiman Marcus anymore business going forward. Thank you Michael Gunther and Vincent for your lack of customer service as well as your ignorance I hope to hear from you soon

    This review is for Alvin Days in Designer Handbags - Roosevelt Field. I came into the store yesterday and was so lucky to have Alvin as my sales person. What an amazing young man! I wasn’t sure what I wanted and he went and pulled about 10 bags for me. I wound up not buying anything, not because they weren’t beautiful, but I didn’t want to spend a lot for a very casual bag. Alvin not once got annoyed that I was taking up his time. I never felt rushed. He was so pleasant and truly nice and genuine when I explained I didn’t want to spend a lot. I even showed him a picture of a bag one third the price from a vendor Neiman’s doesn’t carry, and he said it was perfect for what I wanted it for. Wow! Can you believe such honesty?! I find that many sales people get an attitude when you walk away not buying anything. Not Alvin. He is an asset to ANY high end store. More sales people should be like him. And when I’m ready to buy that expensive bag, I will not hesitate to go to Alvin. Thank you Alvin for making this an enjoyable experience and not leaving me with a regret as to why I bothered coming into Neiman’s. Other sales people should take lessons from you on how to treat customers!

    My experience here always varies. Staff is either really helpful and attentive or will ignore you completely. They don't always have everything in stock but most sales associates will offer to help you order it online.

    Very clean and very organized store. Sanitizer is available. Store is not crowded plenty of room. I can not say anything about the staff because there does seem that many and didn't get the opportunity to interact with anyone.

    I like this place a lot, but I wish there was a bigger YSL variety! I was helped by Gail a few times. She is very friendly and welcoming. They have a lot of amazing brands here.
